I went in looking for apple pie ice cream that I read was coming back. I came too soon although I Did find blackberry/ hibiscus! Scrumptious. I paired it with rocky road in a pint cup and I was set! ❤❤ 31 flavors!

I went to BR (Del Amo and Bellflower in Lakewood, CA) for a three scoop sundae. This is what I was given. The girl was young and new. The guy that was training her told her to use the sundae scoop which turned out to be about half the size of the normal scoop. Either they have changed things or he was ripping me off. Of all of the times that we have been there they have not used a small scoop that looked like it is the one that they use for children. Also they only put about one tablespoon of hot fudge on it. I asked them to put more and he said that it would be extra. I do not know if this has happened because of the $15.00 per hour wage but one thing for sure is that I will never go there again. My wife refused to buy anything for her. The cost of this was $6.99. I do know that I will never go to that one again. If I could I would post a picture of it. Do not waste your money because they have changed.

Went to this location 30 minutes before closing. They had already began to put stuff away. Hot fudge was cold. I can’t even begin to tell you how rude this lady was. Kind of a heavyset Hispanic girl with a few tattoos. She was complaining about how far she had to drive home. She got absolutely everything wrong. I told her what I wanted several times. And still continue to get everything wrong which just made her more angry. Very poor customer service. She told me that the owner of the store told her to put everything away 30 minutes before closing. Closing time is 10 o’clock which means you do not put stuff away until 10 o’clock. That’s when you start putting things away. I could go into detail step-by-step of the whole ordeal but I t’s not worth my breath. Will never go here again I am going to tell everybody in the city of Lakewood not to go there from counsel man to residence

3/31/2020Unfortunately, the Baskin Robbins special on the 31st (1.70 per scoop) of each month is not being apply at this store today. They claim its bcz of the SOCIAL DISTANCE RULE. Smh. So sad. I guess I will continue to keep my distance from now on. Terrible way to treat your customers during this sad time in the world. 😣😣😣😣

The girls that work here are nice. The really heavy set girl complains a lot if you walk in 10 minutes before closing. The boys throw out ingredients before closing. Make sure you get there at least 30 minutes before closing, any time after that and the full menu is not offered or the people complain. The ice cream itself is great. Cant go wrong there. Franchises are a tricky thing.

Apparently dining room closes at 9:30pm even though the store sign reads 10pm. My brother asked to use one of the extra chairs at 9:20 and was told no because they are going to close soon. I didn’t spend almost $30 on ice cream to be treated so rudely.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE HAVE EVER HAD THE GIRLS ARE FANTASTIC SUPER HELPFUL AND CHEERY AND NICE. THE ICECREAM IS DELICIOUS AND SO MANY FLAVOR TO CHOOSE FROM. WE WALKED IN A LITTLE AFTER CLOSING AND THEY LET US IN TO GRAB A CAKE AND A COUPLE SCOOPS. AMAZING WORKERS

This was a great experience today. The two young men working that helped us today were just awesome. Their names were Fawad and Laith. We walked in and we needed a birthday cake and they were right on the job. The young man Laith got a strawberry cake from the refrigerator with white frosting on it and put our Sons name on it with such awesome handwriting skills. We recommend this Baskin Robbins to everybody in the whole world !!!
