I have been buying chocolate here for many years. Everything is very good and the people working here are very friendly. They have a good selection of vegan (dairy-free) chocolates that are perfect for people who love chocolates, but cant eat most of it due to a dairy allergy. Highly recommend.

I have ordered for myself several times now; the orders are dealt with quickly, they get here on time (or before) and they are always filled with EXCELLENT product! I would recommend them for anyone who is looking to purchase quality chocolates at reasonable prices. BTW, You HAVE to get the Chocolate covered potato chips, I always get them in Dark Chocolate, and they are DIVINE!

I ordered a number of holiday chocolate gift boxes for my husbands clients. Ines and Pamela were both so pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process, but they were especially accommodating when I wanted to customize our order. The chocolates were delivered on time, as promised, and the presentation was absolutely stunning. The box was so professional, and they even used a ribbon to match the logo. On top of that, the chocolates were fantastic. It came out better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Sweet Designs, and I already look forward to ordering from them next year!

The bow was perfect.Protectedly centered in the lid was an excellently developed print of the the snapshot sent to the chocolatier via the internet. My husband and I came here for our anniversary and we were treated like royalty! We walked in and the owner immediately welcomed us and introduced herself. She gave us a really great overview of the neighborhood we just moved to and of her store and chocolates. She had us try samples and made us feel like family.We just walked in looking for some sweets to grab to celebrate, but we got so much more. It was an experience. We will be back!! The chocolates and the family-style welcome are too much too resist!

Not to be missed! smart BARK is hands down, such a quality treat. The texture, taste and aroma of this delicious bark is the best you will find. Amazingly, it is also good for you- vegan, GF and 70% dark chocolate. This is one of those rare products that is as healthy as it is delicious. Sweet Designs pays attention to the customer experience and all the details and it shows!

Love this place!

We visited this place during our stay in Cleveland. It is pricey but good. The inside is small and the wait was a little long, but the product was worth the wait. I dinged a star for the price, which seemed a little high. Other than that I would recommend checking out if walking through the Lakewood area of Cleveland.

This is my sweet success story after visiting Sweet Designs and finally meeting John Rehners incredibly sweet partner in life ~ Inez Rehner, Master Chocolatier.Both are talented and beyond patient to be of help and, to satisfy the needs of their clients.Inez was welcoming and a pleasure to meet, one evening ~ wed been to the wonderful gallery next door (friend husband;) incredibly talented award winning photographer and master of framing. She greeted us as though it was mid~ afternoon; not closing time for them. She listened to what I was looking for, took the details and told me shewould be able to make what I wanted in time for the Easter Holiday. This place should have more reviews, but I imagine that people have their hands full of chocolates after leaving. I have been going here for a few years and it is so delicious. The staff are also nice. They once stay 15 minutes past closing time just because I called and asked if they were open. I even told the person on the phone that I was only buying ten bucks worth and she said that it was ok. Who works past close for a guy with ten bucks? They do.I highly recommend trying their sweets!

On July 28th I picked up a box of candy I ordered for my husband to take to Australia, I mentioned the destination to Julie. Upon, picking up the candy Julie informed me she had done research regarding being able to pass through security with this item. Julie found that it needed to be factory wrapped, which she proceeded to do. It has passed two security check points successfully and is on its way to wish an Associate a happy birthday.
