Very responsive. I went in because my phone got hit by a baseball and completely cracked the screen and bent the phone. I called yesterday to ask if I could bring it in today. They agreed. They ordered a new screen and LCD for me and even updated me when the parts had arrived. It was promised in 2 hours and it was done in 1. Very friendly, good pricing. This place was amazing! I had issues with the back light, and cracked my glass screen on my iPad 12.9 in. second generation. It looks brand new great customer service and they called me when I was finished. I was skeptical because this is the first time ever going to a place like this but I recommend it to everybody. You can do your research but do you wanna save time go here because I do the same and research many other locations and found this to be the combination of good prices and great customer service.

I went to go get my phone screen fixed. $140 waste of money. My phone kept glitching so bad. I had to get the entire phone replaced entirely. Phone entirely ruined because of this place.

This place is horrible..I brought my newer iphone in to have the charging port repaired a year ago and after getting the phone back, anyone who called me or i called had a very hard time hearing me and this went on for a while thinking it was my phone. I brought the phone back to have it repaired and my screen replaced, he replaced the incorrect speaker and he blamed me upon returning to fix it again. He was very rude, and he never wears a mask while working in his shop or in front of customers. I will never be returning here and telling everyone i know to avoid the place.

I been hear acouple of times for repair as well of my familys repair. Most horrible services very unprofessional. They did make the order for my screen for a day plus 3 additional days so they didnt make the order until 4 day later. We had to call them to find out they didnt even made the order as didnt even now when they get nor when I get it back. I post to get it 4 day after I give it to them. Just called them today now they maybe total sence I drop it off 8 day I might get it back. They never said sorry for your inconvenience or hey because of what have happened a discount nothing.

While studying at Starbucks yesterday, My iPhone fell down. Its screen were broken into pieces. I did not want to spend money buying a new phone. My brother suggested me to go to this place. When first he said that I will just have to pay $40.00, I did not believe it. I went there today and the guy who was at front desk was super nice. I had just told him to fix my screen. When I went there to pick my. phone after half an hour, my phone was all set to use with screen protector. This guys need a huge shout out for the great service. Fixed up a galaxy 7 for me with new glass on the front and back! Only took a couple of hours and we promptly got a call letting us know when to pick it up. Replaced our battery as well, but time will tell how much better it performs.

I called several places and was quoted $250.I decided to bring my phone here because of the reviews. However when I was called to pick up my phone I was informed that I would be charged $279. Unless I paid cash!That policy should of been explained beforehand. I also explained that Costco was reimbursing me for the repair so I would of been out of pocket my own money. Feckless human being.So went to a second place the repair tech noted that adhesive was placed on my antenna and a have a missing screw.

Put a deposit of $40 on card out of 110 which is reasonable. Came back the next day to drop my phone off and had class past closing, but he stayed open so I can pick it up. When I did I almost paid an extra $6 dollars, but reminded me thats only when paying in card when he didnt have to. Overall great experience and my phone looks good as new.

We brought in 3 phones and batteries to be replaced. They were very quick and efficient, unlike the batteries I brought in. They were kind enough to sell me new batteries and didnt charge me a second time to replace them. Im going back today for a 4th phone. These gentlemen are so nice and courteous. Had my sons iphone 5c screen repaired for $43 dollars in 40 minutes. Was happy with that so decided to take my sons laptop in because it was running slow. Before they even looked at it or did any diagnostics they asked if there were any files he wanted to keep because they wanted to wipe it and reload everything. Sorry. Thats what people who dont know what theyre doing or are too lazy to apply their minds to something do. Sure. It will fix the problem but then I spend a lot of money to have them do that, then repurchase MS Office and time to reconfigure everything (mail, home network, printers, cloud storage, etc...). No thanks. I was looking for a capable person to run some diagnostics before coming to that conclusion.

The owner is really friendly and was upfront about everything. I brought my phone in for a broken power button which was fixed quickly and with no hassle. Then the button broke a couple of days later and he replaced it with no additional charge. They made me coffee too which was good and I got to pet the dog :)Now if they only did oil changes too!

Tony, Christian & Edgar all told me they were the best...they were 🤪our Basecamp A.D. dropped her iPhone & broke her screen so I hustled over to the store & these guys made it happen. Actually Edgar said about an hour, Christian then came up front said he could get to it now & it would be 15-20 minutes. While I was waiting there was a steady stream of people coming in & they were leaving stuff for all kinds of jobs. They make promises they cant keep. Then when you complain, they hang up in your face. They basically didnt know how to fix my computer and tried to still charge me, giving it back broken. They they tried to scam me out of my money.

They are reasonable plus a 30 day warranty In fact im going to take my other phone tomorrow

I spoke to a guy yesterday about broken LCD of my S Note5, he said $200 for it, so I left and went to another cp repair shop inside Lakewood mall and they charge me $180, I save $20 !!!!

My laptop stopped working and I didn’t know why so I thought I might bring it into these guys to have them fix it since they had already worked on my phone twice it was $1000 MacBook air and it just had a bad power supply which we replaced or $70 and the computer was working thank you
