Aaron and Ishmael are awesome! They always try their best to help my family and I. Very upfront with all cost and offer the best deal! I appreciate them very much!

T-mobile stores have become worthless. While the carrier is good, the local customer service has become unacceptableTwice at this location the service I have received has not helped. They are out of stock on almost every accessory like charge cords, pop sockets, and today screen protectors ( by the way go To or to Go accessories are junk) . I understand supply is hard to get on things because of the pandemic, but the attitude of the employees is condescending and trite. My phone now does not have a screen protector for 1-2weeks and their response? Be careful. But that as WHY we buy protectors...because accidents happen.BTW Las Vegas wasnt better.

Mary truly made this experience as wonderful and easy as it was. I had been on and off the phone, in and out of the store for 3 days trying to figure out what was happening with an upgrade for my phone. It was a headache!! After a terrible experience at a store the day prior, I almost did not go back. But I am ever so thankful that I did! I walked in today and Mary was phenomenal. She explained to me all of the discounts and how my monthly payment was going to process. She helped me pick a case and got everything set up for me. She was kind and genuine and created a calming comfortable atmosphere. We chatted as my phone was being transferred over and she was happy to teach me all about my new phone as well as answer all of my many questions. This was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had, thank you again Mary!!

I went to the t-mobile store and visited Brian. The service was fantastic. He helped me with absolutely everything I could have needed. I would highly recommend stopping here for all of your mobile phone needs!

My wife and I switched from AT&T after being a customer of theirs since the first iPhone. So far T-Mobile is light years ahead of AT&T and so much cheaper. Our experience in store was great as Bobby helped us make the switch. We had some issues unfreezing our credit, and had to come back to the store a few different times, but the staff was super helpful and really patient with us. Nice new store in a convenient location with good parking. Make the switch.

Jared and Ashley provided stellar customer service and all of the following:-seamlessly upgraded and helped change our family plan of 6 lines to a new plan for the family-patiently helped with two new phone upgrades, transfers, and back up- add a another phone line, so they managed the changes for 7 lines total!They CLEARLY explained every change and step with care. I did not, at any one point, feel like they were trying to get a sale. They genuinely took our concerns and let us know our options while providing answers to every question. Best customer service I have ever experienced out of any celular store in the last 12 years. If corporate is reading this, you have some stellar employees here and they deserve a raise because we will be staying with the T-Mobile family for a long time.

Went in to make switch from another provider to T-Mobile and Aaron did a wonderful job making our time there memorable. All of our questions were answered, we were taken care of in a timely manner, and we got exactly what we needed and didn’t have to bat an eye at the rate because Aaron made sure we got the best deal that was right for us! Would def send people there to see Aaron!

This brand new store is really nice! Jared was super patient and helped us out setting up a family plan with our relatives who were at a different store. This is a great spot in a convenient location. If youre switching to T-Mobile you can get awesome service and no wait.

In the past I have dreaded going to any phone store, but I could not be more impressed with the customer service at this store. Not only are the employees knowledgeable, they are kind and legitimately invested in helping you. If you live in the surrounding area I highly recommend going to this store and I highly recommend asking for Daniel or Ashley.

I just got done at this store and let me tell you these guys are so freakin helpful!! We had a problem with getting a new line added but they called the right people to get it resolved, also I wanted an iPhone with a larger memory than they had in stock, so they called over to another local store to arrange me picking it up from there. Also, my old iPhone was not backing up all my data, so after several failed attempts they waited for us to pick up the phone then transfer the data before having to officially “trade in” my old phone. Altogether it was a four hour long process, but the girl working there (A’ziah I think) was super patient and helpful in getting us set up today. Too bad she is only there temporarily from PA to help out, but the rest of the crew there was super nice and helpful too! Probably the best experience I’ve had at any T-Mobile ever. Thank you guys so much for your help today even though it took so long!

I have been with a lot of phone companies and have dealt with rude customer service with every single one of them. I really thought there was no hope until I came to this T-Mobile, Nicci is hands down the best sales associate I have ever had! She is very professional, friendly and has a can do attitude. She made the whole process so easy and did it in a very timely manner. Thank you so much, Nicci, for everything you did and for giving me hope in cell phone companies again!! 😊

I tried to return a phone, and the taller White guy seemed annoyed to process a return, and suggested I go to the store that I purchased the item from. This store never seems to provide service, or the friendly atmosphere of surrounding locations.

Did not have a good experience at this location, between lies and bad customer service fromSales and management switching from Verizon was not fun. After at least 5 in person visits and 3 phone calls there was no true help from these individuals. More training is needed! My mother lives in another state and disabled, all they were interested in was getting me to switch and the ease I had getting this done at Verizon was painless, quite the opposite with TMobile. Fortunately, customer service at Tmobile made it all right, after a call to the manager at Lakewood all he did was say I will call you back and never did. Losers.

Got great service here. Made switching from Verizon easy. I was in and out and saved money.
