This store was awesome! Helped my boyfriend get on a family plan with me! So cheap compared to any other store that you can get a cell phone! $80 a month for unlimited everything on our plan and that is for 2 phones! The phone we bought was on sale for very cheap! They always have promotions or deals going on! The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and accommodating!! We will definitely come back to this location!
Adela was so amazing and helpful! She went above and beyond and called around to several stores looking for the correct SIM card so we could activate a phone after we had rudely been turned away from another location.
The ladies working when I stopped in were delightful. They grabbed what I needed, installed a screen protector, had me back in communications with the world in a flash! Thanks yall :)

I switched and bought 4 phones from these people that were actually supposed to be free but considering the amount I had to pay for them they were anything but free. basically they sold me a phone that they said had features that it didnt have. They also sold me a phone that didnt work and then refuse to fix a phone after it crashed. basically the phone worked fine in the store, but during a system update some type of mechanical malfunction caused it to completely crash, and then they said that I had to send it into the manufacture despite the fact that I had bought it from their store less than a week prior and they had told me if I had any issues I could just come get a new one as long as it was within a week... Apparently that was a lie. the phone they sold me didnt even have a dual camera! the second thing that look like a camera was an auto focus feature that they basically conned me into believing was a second camera which was one of the main reasons I purchased this phone so... Yeah Im not very happy. plus I was switching services and Im supposed to get free phones they charged me over $400 in taxes fees and erroneous things at the end of the day but I had to change and we had already started the entire process before they lined up the fees for me. Also the service just sucks. I switched from a not so great phone service but boost is worse. Now I know why they have to advertise fake free phones in order to get people to switch. I will definitely be switching either back to my old carrier or to a completely new one because I am done.

Had great experiences everytime ive gone in. I applaud Amy she has great customer service and is very helpful.They recently hired a new person, Christina Gomez, who is extremely rude and unhelpful. If she is there ask for another representative. Other then that love the store its clean and the customer service is prompt. Friendly and lots of accessories.

Horrible!! They staff is so rude and uneducated. They always have teenagers working there, I went on to pay my bill and the girl helping me was not even paying attention, paid the wrong pphone number and I went in to complain about it and I had to repay because they couldnt fix it.. Danny called the main boost and they said they cant do anything because it happens so often with that store. Not to mention that was $135 down the drain.... While in the store, a customer came and complained about the same PROBLEM WITH THE SAME GIRL!!!! Unprofessional over all
My Verizon contract was finally up so after doing some research I decided to switch to Boost. I wanted the iPhone 6 but they were out of stock on the website so I decided to go into this store, which had one in stock.The Boost website offered the iPhone 6 for $450 plus free shipping and free activation. I called this Boost location and was quoted $450 for the phone. I went in and they charged me $550 for the phone, a $60 activation fee, and offered me a $50 discount on the phone but ONLY if I would sign up for the $60 plan instead of the $30 plan.So, what should have cost me $450 came out to $614 after taxes. They had me over a barrel as they were the only ones with an Iphone 6 for Boost in stock.Boost customer service says theres nothing they can do and wouldnt even refund the activation fee.Beware they are super sneaky with pricing and fees here, make sure you find out exactly what theyre going to charge you before you make a decision to purchase anything from them.

They sold me a defective phone, I bought it at 5 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They counted that day as one of the seven days that I had to return the phone. When I tried to return it exactly a week later on Saturday, they told me the phone was water damaged and there was nothing they could do about it. I told them the phone had not been around any water nothing had happened to the phone and there was no way it could be damaged they told me that because it was eight days after I bought the phone there was nothing they could do about it. So I guess I just bought $150 broken phone.
I thought the staff was very helpful and knew how to solve the problem I had with my phone. They came up with a great solution.
Bad representation of Boost they had no device in stock. They couldnt hook up any existing devices. Just a complete waste of time.
