Very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what he was talking about with every customer. I believe his name was Ryan? I am terrible with names. He made getting a new phone painless.He was also very considerate of the people waiting and tried to help them as soon as they came through the door. Transferring info for 2 new phones takes TIME. But he made sure that we were taken care of and so were the other customers. On of my better experiences for sure

Ryan from the morning shift Literally made my day so much better. He was able to help me find a new phone for a cheap, help me set up my phone, help me connect with HBO, and he also help me transfer all my information over when I didnt think it was possible. He deserves a gift card for sure. He was all alone helping 4 people. Sad, that you guys are gonna loose business from only having one person on Tuesday morning. But Ryans worth the wait!
Well the Rep ought to know how to help customers better through app info. Especially on payments and he shouldn’t tell a customer he would get a item for her new phone and then reject it! We went back there because the other gentleman helped tremendously! I won’t talk to the one I just went through again.
Picked this location because of its high rating and was not disappointed. Had to go in twice, and the reps were polite and helpful both times.
Juan and his team are great. John and his other associate were so helpful and welcoming. I wasn’t able to switch over to AT&T but the staff is so lovely I wish I could’ve. Would definitely recommend this store for the customer service alone.

*Stellar Customer Service*My mom and I stopped in earlier this week to get assistance in transferring my photos, apps, contacts etc. from my old iPhone to a new one. Keep in mind we had already purchased the phone (we are AT&T customers however) and just needed someone to walk us through the process. Juan was kind, patient and super helpful. Even though he and his nice colleague Steve didnt stand to profit off of us, he devoted a good 45 minutes to helping us and answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

What a great experience! Thanks to Juan for setting up my new phone, getting everything transferred onto the new phone, and getting my international plan set up. It was so easy and fast plus there was no annoying upselling like I normally experience. I had my doubts about an AT&T store with such a high review but Im so glad I drove the extra distance to go here instead of a closer by AT&T store. This is the best AT&T store so go here!

We’ve all been there: frustrated to the point of angry after hours on the phone with AT&T support with no resolution. So, I go to retail store, and another failed attempt. They sent me to the top—to corporate—which turned out not to be corporate at all (bad directions), but yet another retailer. C’mon man! Anyway, Ben at store #2 saved my day, fixed the total fail bestowed on me by what seemed like 25 people on support. 🙄 AND, I was clearly frustrated but the staff gave me a pass. So I finally walked out with my phone working, not feeling like I’d completely ruined anyone’s day, just in time to hop a plane. 👍 Good store.
Steven was amazing! He made an otherwise annoying process very quick and pleasant. I really felt like he cared and was on our side, wanting to provide us with the best service possible. Really appreciate him and Francisco.

Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment we walked in! After years of paying too much and having poor service we decided it was time for a switch. We shopped around at other providers, got made promises that weren’t true when it came time to check out and got poor customer service. Not here. Steve and Francisco were great and more than helpful. The prices of everything came out to be exactly as promised up front and they really went out of their way to figure out how they could save us every penny possible. This is definitely the best we’ve been treated in any retail setting in a long time, thank you guys so much!

I have lived in Edgewater for almost 20 years. My go to At&T store has been on Wadsworth and Colfax. The customer service has always been impeccable! Its 4 days before Christmas and the store is busy and I needed extensive service with my family plan and phones. I have my business line with AT&T also. Steve is the new store manager I remember him saying he started a couple of days ago in that store. I am so glad he is there! I was treated with the out most respect and consideration. Steve and his crew are very patient, they know their products and therefore they were able to direct me with the best money saving phones and service for my needs. There are great deals going on for the holidays and I wouldnt have known any of them if it wasnt for the staffs professionalism. They all work in sync to help each other help the customers. I do not know everyones name there that were so kind and helpful. I do know Steve and Juan helped me and I can not thank them enough for all the time and great advice that they gave me. This team goes above and beyond what great customer service is all about. I even got hugs. I am a grandma and hugs are always a good thing.

My experiences with AT&T have been good and bad until this time. Quincy helped me. At the Colfax location and was Absolutly Amazing. Conpleatly changed my outlook and attitude towards the company. I was about to switch to diff company and now I am going to stay and be an AT&T Happy Customer for Life :) thanks agian. If youre not getting what you want from a different company or from this convened go to that store and him or any of the other associates will fix it I promise. Every one there was so helpful!

AT&T service is awful in Denver. Sales people are nice but my AT&T phone I got here barely works for calls or data in many places in Denver. When I asked AT&T about not being able to talk on the phone even with good signal they told me to use WiFi calling.
Francisco was great, went above and beyond. Fixed my whole problem with metro pcs and left with the best phone on the market
The customer service is excellent - when you get it. Its waiting around for an hour in the store while the ONE PERSON who works here gets to you. I recommend a store not next to the most dangerous Walmart in Denver.
Juan & the store as a whole are professional and they go above & beyond . Way chill even when the situation is chaotic. Activated pay as you go for my backup phone. And my note 9 is perfect....

The customer service is wonderful from Juan Corral! The only thing I don’t like is that when you’re quoted a price on an item, it needs to be accurate or somewhat close! I was told I could add a second line with a new iPad and it would be an additional $45 a month since I have my current phone with AT&T. Then when they go to show me my bill summary it’s nowhere near that amount. My current cell phone bill is $85. The bill said it would be $282 after it was added, then I had to pay $48 for taxes on an item that was 529.99 when I’m just making payments on it. Then I looked at the Apple website and the exact same iPad is 399.99, so why the upcharge as well? I’m trying to build a business and this higher cost will not work for me. I’ve never had issues with AT&T until now.

I wouldnt recommend At&t, The Reason is Because First They approved My Boyfriend for cellphones there and i Noticed they had Direct tv So i was told i needed 20.00 from sales rep.quincy so i gave them my debit bank card to get direct tv never showed up and i got credit for 20.00 in my checking account and i was shocked when april 2 i looked in my checking account At&T withdrawed 396.74 out of my checking account they kept my information on file i didnt give them permission to use my account, At&T took it upon themselves to take money out if my Account and i think it was wrong what they did they are worst than a thief its shame im not happy about this at all AtT your customer service sucks not only am i doing a bad reference, i have dispute going on at my bank and i told them that it was wrong what you did and i know you were involved Quincy your thief for a At&T rep phone sales and the other involved and i will let ny family and friends know how terrible your service is And At&T is going to have a bad reputation and your going to pay back that money

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Zade and the manager Drew are terrible. Zade doesn’t give all of the information when persuading you to make a purchase, he will say anything to get the sales. I’m now stuck with a phone bill double what it was before due to lack of information and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. THANKS A LOT, ZADE! Hope you got a good bonus! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS STORE FOR YOUR NEXT AT&T purchase. If you choose to go with AT&T at all because their customer service over the phone was terrible and not helpful either. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years and was offered nothing to fix their mistake.
