I despise going into Verizon stores and hearing there are this many people in front of you makes it even worse, however, this time around the wait was bearable and the customer service was okay. I give it a three star rating because of the wait still and because the employee helping me joked about taking the covid deterrent glass down in defiance to his fellow employee while helping me.

Its disappointing that a brick and mortar store only has 2 phones on site for purchase! S21Ultra 5G and an I phone of some sort. Then they want an appointment? An appointment! What is this about? Lol! This makes the purpose of the store pointless and they will soon be gone if they are ran this way. I like to be able to put my hands on the item if Im paying 1200+ dollars for it!

On August 17th, I came to this store because I was trying to decide whether to get the new Galaxy or to pre-order the Z Fold 3. I waited over 30 minutes. (To be fair, it was busy when I walked in.) Towards the end of that wait, the store became empty and all of the agents were standing around but I continued to wait. I finally had to sit down as my knees were hurting. It was only then that someone came over. I want to say his name is Cody. He went over both phones and was wanting me to upgrade my Unlimited plan. I was also looking at some Samsung Buds, as there was a 40% off accessories sale.Heres why I am giving this such a low rating. Cody LIED about just about everything he told me. According to him, the accessories deal did not include the Buds (They did.) According to him there was no deal to give you more for your trade-in and only offered me $149 for my Note 9 in fantastic condition. (Was given $500 online) He told me the Fold came out on Thursday. (It came out at the end of the month.) The upgrade plan that he wanted me to go with was less than what he told me. The only thing he did get right was the $500 off if you upgrade the plan and the S-pen/cover bundle. I pre-ordered my phone through the My Verizon app and was told the truth by the chat representative there.Fast forward to now, Sept 10th. I didnt receive the S-pen and cover when I got my new Fold. I contacted the online representative (who was great) and she stated they were sold out of the bundle. The local store should have it though. I tried to call the store 3 times, tried to live video chat with them twice, and the national call center tried 3 times as well. She finally just sent me to the Denver West store on Colfax. (Everybody is sold out of everything that has to do with the Fold3 right now. That store told me my best bet was Amazon. )Save yourself a lot of frustration. I dont care how close or convenient this location is, dont go there. Order online or go to any other store if you want to look at the phones in person. In the end, they are just not worth it. Poor customer service is one thing. Being flat out lied to in order to make more off of a sale is another.

After waiting approximately 15 minutes outside in the rain someone came up to assist us. We explained that we wanted to switch over to Verizon and would like to find out more about the plans and possibly get new devices. Surprisingly we were told that we would be allowed to enter the store but if another customer showed up one of us (my wife or I) would need to vacate the store and wait outside so they could prioritize another deal. What??We both were interested in becoming Verizon customers! I wanted to pick my own new phone and so did she. We would like to know more about its plans and discuss together which one fits us best.My overall feeling was that they were doing a favor in seeing us.So I hope this review can be helpful to other customers. If you are expecting to have a good experience and be treated respectfully perhaps you should look for an alternative.

My grandmother (who is almost 91) recently bought a smartphone from Verizon. They told her over the phone that she could set it up in person at a Verizon store. She came to this store and asked the man who was opening it if she could get help setting up her smartphone. He said they didnt do that there. She explained that they told her over the phone that they could do that, and that she was elderly and really needed help since this was her first smartphone. He said how many times do I have to tell you, we dont do that? First of all, if employees no longer set up phones in person, they shouldnt have told my grandmother that. Second of all, this male employee was rude and hostile to my almost 91 year old grandmother who is just trying to adapt to the changing world. Is this the type of customer service you want to be known for?

This was the most awful experience I have ever had probably ever in terms of customer service. I came back from the mountains towards Denver today and left very early with my dog in the heat, at a gas station I realized after a bit of filling up my tank my phone was missing. I was sure it was in my car but upon arriving back in Denver and seeing its last known location around the same time on the highway I am sure someone stole it while I was talking to someone. Either way- I finally got over to Verizon- worn out and exhausted and feeling violated because in hindsight I was distracted and robbed as I remember whom was asking me questions.The person at Verizon was so rude- she said well we can call you when we can help you. I told her listen take my money I just wanna buy a new phone I’m worn out. Then she directed me to Best Buy because they already had appointments….I told her my dog was in the car in the AC - I just want to buy a phone at retail, it’s been a long day, and I’ll leave. She has no concern for any of this and literally pointed to Best Buy…. Ummm.Ok so literally a 17 year customer I go over to Best Buy and Mya and Zach were so helpful. Welcoming, valued me, listened to me. So different from the Verizon store which was cold as ice. Yup.So Mya takes her time to explain the phone to me and I say I’m tired. I’ve been driving from camping since 8 am and had this whole experience and I’m just worn out. I go home but then I couldn’t remember my wifi password because passwords have changed so much for me recently due to personal circumstances.I go back to Best Buy and Mya welcomes me but then I came to a halt with something and she said I think only Verizon can bypass this etc. I thanked her and went over to Verizon.This same woman then listens to me about not knowing my WiFi password and tells me TO GO TO XFINITY across the street. The other lady tells me to look for my wifi password under my router as if I’m 90 and when I told her I changed it a long time ago she was like “well I didn’t know that!”….So I asked what exactly do you guys do here at Verizon. Because after however many years of me paying the company you represent you are treating me like an inconvenience and redirecting me as if I’m being subcontracted…..Literally have never experienced anything like it. They were rude, not helpful, made me feel like I was an inconvenience. So the only good thing about this place is that T Mobile is across the plaza.Got a new phone and number thru them with Anthony who was so nice and helpful.So my recommendation would be don’t go to Verizon if you are looking for a new carrier, and if you want to continue your plan with Verizon definitely go to a store property that cares. Still can’t believe I was redirected twice. What a JOKE.

Absolute trash location, and not just because of COVID. Am sitting here right now watching staff and managers check people in when they told me they could not do a simple data transfer today. They are trying to force our family to keep a new line we do not want, that we are trying to refund. Have visited 3x in the past weeks to resolve this issue. Not having my data is preventing me from accessing quite a bit of very important information I need, and the staff were uncaring, horrible, and even put extra charges on the account last week without authorizaytion. All they care about is hitting sales quotas. Do not for any reason shop here. The manager Erika is a liar and is lying about appt availability bc I just looked online and found some.

They had 5-8 people there working, but most of them was just sitting around doing nothing. The guy that ended up helping me acted like I was bothering him.It ended up being a confusing mess trying to figure out how their deals worked.. the sales man said that my bill will change in 3 months, only to find out that he was lying or mistaken.Also, I was expecting them to help me setup my phone, or to install the screen protector, or exchange my old one.. nope, nothing.. he just handed me a bag and said instructions were in there. And I ended up having to ship back my old phone myself. Apparently they arent allowed to help customers with their phone anymore... Thats slightly understandable, but why not help with the screen protector?! I had to pay a cellphone shop down the street $10 to install the screen protector that I just bought at this store.Now, this rating is just for this store.. since the actual Verizon customer service was much easier to work with, and they help answer some of the questions that I had here. I also have been to other Verizon stores and have been treated much better.I like to go in stores to help the community, but after the experience here, I think Ill just order online in the future.

Granted the online services was easy convenient and overall hastle free. Once I walked up to the door of the store no one came out then when I went for the door was rudely rushed out like I was not purchasing $1500 worth of there merchandise.... Covid or not you should have great customer service at times like these, she took my name gave me a bag, and before I knew It I was in my truck. Horrible manners and stankin attitudes. If you cant deal with the public dont work in customer service people. It probably gets to you all the people wanting to come into the store and you have to say no all day lol boo hoo get over it.

Customer service is a joke at Verizon. I switched from a different carrier and have only had problems. This location specifically. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. You are an imposition when you come in about your account. Go anywhere else. Just look at the most recent reviews. Give your money to someone else who wants it and will appreciate it! Management at this store... time for a house cleaning but obviously that plea falls on deaf ears. You can see all the responses from management stating how sorry they are about the experience and they will be better but as the list of bad reviews grows when will they actually address the issue? Buyer be warned!

My Wife and I usually go to this store and its generally been great. We went here tonight and sat around for 20 minutes or so without being acknowledged in any way, there were a few employees standing around doing nothing. I realize it was 30 minutes until closing time, but I think that would have been plenty of time for us to conduct our business. I cant see how thats acceptable from the guys there.

I totally understand new policies with Covid 19. I called before I went in to the store. To make sure I could. When I arrived wearing a mask. The lady was a bit rude (didnt get name) First I stood outside the door. She opened Telling me you cant touch anything. We are not able to set up your new phone. I asked if I could look at the choices of phones.I was a bit put out. I told her I understand with all thats going on.I was not a happy customer. I ended up going home. Getting on line. Talking to very kind and knowledgeable Verizon Representatives. When asked if I wanted to pick it up in the store. I refused. Ive been a customer for many years. First poor experience in some time.

Came in to the store today to restore service to an account that was deactivated recently. The man I worked with was completely useless and didnt seem to care about assisting me at all. After asking for a reasonable solution for restoring service, because my phone is a primary tool of income, I was told my phone was too old to continue service with, without even looking at it! It worked fine 2 days ago and I bought it 6 months ago. I called the Littleton store and a kind lady (MiMi) restored service to my phone in ten minutes without even going in!! I wish I got that guys name because he was a nightmare. Sorry to impose on your precious time bro. Serious room for improvement.

Patt did a great job and was very thorough, Malik on the other hand seemed like he didnt want to let me in the store to pick up my sim card that I ordered through a phone call before heading over for some reason, maybe next time he will not make customers feel this way, there was a little confusion but we got it figured out, and everything should run smoothly from my understanding. Plus they kept the CDC guidelines very strict keeping everyone safe. I would of gave 5 stars but they did not have any phone cases that I could buy for my S9+ in stock unfortunately and Malik did not have very good customer service, 3 Stars at least for Patts great customer service though and grabbing me before Malik turned me away, maybe next time they will have the phone cases and maybe Malik will not be so quick to turn me away after waiting for 30 minutes outside in the hot sun, having an order already set to come in, and I can update my review.

Rep clearly wanted nothing to do with me. I went in to upgrade my phone and the rep was short and just told me “we don’t have that phone in stock” I asked if it was available at a different store and again very short and said “I don’t know” Went to the store by the Colorado mills and the service was much better. The rep there right away offered to order it for me since they also didn’t have it in stock and take care of my upgrade. Big difference from guy at this store.

Had an appointment at ghis location today. We arrived early to check in. (I had call the day before to verify that myself and my wife would be able to enter and was thst it would be ok.) Upon arrival the associate at the door refused to allow us to enter. We were getting a new phone for a special needs individual and we blth wanted to have input regarding the purchase. Went in to get new screen savers for our Verizon phones. John said, we could buy them but he would not install them. Customer next to us was getting one installed ?? We went to Best Buy. The screen savers were less expensive and they installed them. Also, Verizon store doesnt have any Note 8 covers on displayed. John went to back and grabbed a few to show us. We were not interested. Also bought one at Best Buy. Customer service was lacking at Verizon.

This is the best Verizon store I have ever been to (out of multiple in a few different states) and I will continue to make the long drive from my place to go to this store. The salesman named Alex has helped me the past three years and sets the bar extremely high when it comes to great customer service. He is extremely patient and honest. The last time I went in Andrew also helped and had great customer service as well. They will be a reason you will want to stick with Verizon!

Management was rude and not helpful. My screen guard I purchased from them bubbled and peeled the day after I got it. Their policy is to send you 40 miles away to have someone “authorized “ to put it on. Said it requires special training and they are not trained. Beware if you buy a screen guard and have not had special trading to apply it. It’s a long way to Flatirons.

Best service I have ever received from a phone provider. I came in to switch from Sprint and wanted to set up a business plan for my business. Unfortunately my business was not old enough to go through the system without any problems. Brenda and other associates spent several hours on the phone with the Verizon service desk trying to get me set up on this plan and after a couple days, they were successful! My phone was completely unresponsive and I called the insurance for a new one. When it arrived, I took it to the store for help making sure things transferred. I was mostly concerned about my text messages, as my husband and I currently live in different states and he sends good morning and/or goodnight messages that get me through this time apart. Usually they get busy and you will have to wait. It’s something el expect here. My review is more about the service I received. Specifically about plan changes. I had gone in and added a line to my plan. Bought two phones. Changed my plan and upgraded my protection plan. Or so I though. Protection plan was never added then a phone went missing. I would suggest double checking what they have done. Get a receipt and have them highlight your changes. Their mistake almost cost me over $700.

I got courteous, attentive service from Pat while at this store. I had to upgrade my phone - my appointment was @ 11AM on a Sunday. It was busy @ 11:15 but I was helped right away. There were about 20 people and 10 employees; 2 of which I overheard were bilingual. I spent 2 hours there; most of it comparing phones. The actual transition to the new phone was quick and painless. The longest part was backing up and installing my profile on the new phone. Its important to remember that that Verizon simply provides the phone service to your phone. Problems with your Samsung, Apple, Galaxy, etc. phone are the responsibility of your phone provider. Ive had issues with phones and Verizon was able to help to an extent but it was a service call with Apple that solved the problem.

I’ve never had such a horribly disappointing retail experience. Yesterday was Black Friday, but it wasn’t that I waited a long time or that the rep was trying to rush me. Instead, he made several false statements surrounding what my billing would look like. I asked him multiple questions about my bill to ensure there was no miscommunication. Because of the savings I anticipated from enrolling in autopay, I decided to upgrade my phone and get an iPad. Sadly, when I called Verizon this morning to make sure everything had gone through properly, I was told that the $15/line discount was only $5/line. On top of this, he spent over half of our interaction on his personal phone, texting and even answering/placing calls. Now, I not only have to return/exchange these items, but the Verizon store is considerably out of my way and I’m sure I wasn’t the only one he gave this information to. It’s frustrating to go from being so excited about a new phone to this.

I went to this location to see if they could fix my phone, because I was not receiving text messages or calls from certain people. I also cant call or text certain people. The employee had me text their phone and it worked just fine. Then said it was the other peoples phones that dont work and there was nothing they could do for me. I came to work on Monday I had two other coworkers tell me they couldnt text me or call me over the weekend. Clearly it is my phone and I still cannot text or call any of my coworkers or friends.

Just had the best Verizon experience of my life at this place. I know that the model for phone upgrades has changed quite a bit in the past year and at this spot it really is all for the better. Service was super quick and easy, the staff were friendly and knowledgable. Even better than being friendly and knowledgable, they made it a point not to waste any of my time which I really appreciated.If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Go to the 16th Street location, not this one. Usually, the customer service at Verizon is great but not this location. I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that we spoke with but we were dismissed so quickly and we were frustrated so we left. We came in because there was a promotion that if you pre-ordered the Pixel 3 through the app you would receive the Pixel Stand for free. Weve had the phone for about a week and no stand arrived. Online chat and speaking to customer service didnt seem to get us anywhere so we thought it might be easier to speak with someone in person. We came to this store and explained our situation to a guy that greeted us and his only response was that he would gladly sell us a stand. He completely dismissed our concerns. Usually, when Ive come into the store, if they cant help us on site, they would at least call customer service on our behalf but he didnt even try to help. He clearly only cared to get some sort of commission on the stand, which we were not going to pay for if the promotion said we would receive it for free. We were going to buy some new cases once resolving the Pixel Stand issue but were too disappointed with the way we were treated that we went across the street and bought them at Best Buy instead. We have since been in contact with customer service over the phone and it has been resolved, no thanks to anyone at this store.

These people are a joke! Don’t buy the insurance to cover a phone or even a phone for that matter. They say they’ll replace your phone but don’t You actually pay for it! Then you pay for the “replacement” as well so you’re paying insurance for nothing! When you finally breakdown to get a replacement yourself after waiting for 4 months they’ll be more than glad to hook you up with another 1000.00 phone. That oh yeah they’ll want to insure you on that to.

Visited the store to upgrade a line. I been a verizon wireles customer for 15 years and never had a problem until today .Went to the location on Alameda and wadsworth and the manager Erica was rude and not helpful at all .... worst customer service experience coming from a manager .

They completely screwed me out of my money and had no willingness to help make it right and said their hands where tied and nothing could be done.. being a loyal customer for over a decade and giving them $900 to be treated like this is bull and I would recommend never going here the one at Colorado mills is the only store where they dont get paid on commission I would go there

If you go to this store be prepared to wait over an hour. The people working the store are fine but verizon has some serious logistics and IT issues, third time going back to the store and now going to have to go back again because i couldnt wait any longer.. take your money and go somewhere else. Verizon infrastructure gets a 0, I gave this place 1 star because the people are good and actually try to help.

I waited in line over an hour for a 5 minute conversation that did not resolve my problem. They were so interested in getting me to purchase a new phone that they did not put any effort into figuring out the problem with my current phone. I will be looking into another cell phone service provider immediately.

Every time that I go into this location they treat me with the up most respect! If I go to another site, like the cherry Creek Mall the out come would be different. They are unwilling to help me with my phone. The Lakewood store will always be the one and only that I will go to.
