We recently worked with Rafeek Hunt at Curbside to purchase a used car. Wed been looking for a while and of all the many sales people we talked to in all the companies, he was the best. Nice guy, no pressure, took his time, lots of answers to all our picky questions. After a couple of test drives and the obligatory dickering we got a good price for a good car and were very happy. Janet the Business Manager did a good job with all the paperwork and were on the road...happy customers.The facility was new, clean, in an easily accessible location, and they had tons of cars. All in all it was a great experience.

Worked with rafeeq who was very nice and helpful answered all my questions. Who I talked to for over a month about my situation and the jeep i wanted. Came in with out an appointment to check out some jeeps. Found a cupple that would work. Went back almost 2 weeks later and they still had the jeep. Again with out an appointment. He let me test drive the jeep. I feel in love with it. Janet from finance went through every bank to find one that would approve me with a cosigner. She was very nice and personable even with my kids screaming and spilling his drink everywhere. Even though it took a while they dealt with my paranoid cosigner my screaming kids for over 6 hours. Which was honestly great cause I was losing my mind. In the end I walked out with the jeep and a great payment. With half of the down payment and a promise to pay set up on the other half. Even though I was obviously stressed and overwhelmed they helped me set up my new insurance and even gave me a gas voucher. Rafeeq even washed the jeep him self cause the detailer was already gone. We found them through an online car search site, and I must compliment their photographer. He was able to hide the dozen or so dings and scratches on the car we were interested in. We also couldnt tell how worn the inside of the car was. We ended up buying a different car from them, a 2011 Buick Lacrosse.Thats when the interesting part began. We noticed a couple warnings on the dashboard regarding safety equipment, but thought that we could get those repaired locally if we could get a good-enough deal. They accepted our offered price with the understanding that the car was sold as-is.Drove it home and the next day it wouldnt start. We had it towed to a repair center and $2000 and three weeks later we finally had our car running. But we still didnt have the license plates. Called Customer Service and they said they had called us on a certain date and we said we would come in and pick up the plates. We were out of town on that date and would not have answered the phone. They said they would mail them to us. We called again a week later and were told the same story. Again, they said they would mail them... and they actually did!The bottom line is that this place sells high-mileage used cars, some of which are in fair condition, for a reasonable price, but unless youre mechanic I would be wary of shopping there.

I went to this dealership to see two specific cars. I ended up being yelled at by a salesman named Kevin for asking if he could negotiate on the price for a cash offer. He got angry and yelled at me saying, “you wanted it this way!” I said, “I just got here and was just asking since it’s common to reduce the price for cash offers.” He continued yelling at me and saying that customers don’t want to haggle but then they don’t buy cars unless they negotiate. I let him know there was a newer, well appointed car of the same make and model up the road for $1000 more. He said, why don’t you go get that car instead. I told him that I was leaving and would not be coming back. I don’t recommend anyone ever go to this dealership.

This may have been one of the best car transactions we have ever had. Rafeeq Hunt is a rock star. The finance department was excellent as well! We had to drive about an hour to see the car and when I called to tell them we were coming we were amazed that it was in a parking spot already running waiting for us. To top it off when I called they told me that Rafeeq was off that day but when we got there he was waiting for us. Great customer service and very accountable sales team. We had purchased the car with the stipulation the do work to the AC system and it was done and ready for us in a matter of days.

Came in after driving in from Edmonds to Tacoma yesterday (its an hour drive) to be told their Covid hours were modified but not updated on Google. So to see the car we were interested in we came back today.The car we are looking at is a 2015 BMW 228i. It drives great but had a SIGNIFICANT issue (LEMON ALERT) the oil pan head gasket is leaking. Oil is in every nook and cranny and can lead to more issues. We asked to schedule it for a buyers inspection due to the leak but they will not hold it if another buyer (who may not be as lucky as me and know cars and engines).Totally dissapoint ed when NO MANAGER was available to discuss price or find some wiggle room knowing they are selling a potential lemon.Service was saved from 1 Star because its not the sales reps fault and he was nice and made time even though he was working on another deal.You can make up your own mind on trust factor - would you buy a car from a dealer who knows of a major mechanical issue but would rather sell it to someone else so they make their money and not work on it??? FOR SHAME

Bring your mechanic. I guess paying fair price doesn’t mean fair vehicle condition.I bought a 2013 ford f-150 truck ($22000)here last week and I asked dealer that if the car has any issues or need any maintenance anytime soon. Dealer said it is all good and it has not a single problem. I hear squeaking noise and grinding noise next day and brought it to les schwab and figure the car has bad wheel bearing and shack were broken and fluid was leaking. It cost me $2700. I had enough saving to cover the cost, but I was definitely not happy about it. I guess I will not shop anymore car here in the future.

This car dealership needs to be reviewed by BBB.ASAP. I recently got a car from this facility by a salesman name Ray Sowers. He sold me a vehicle with a faulty gas pump that was unbenounced to both parties, myself and Ray due to his uninformed knowledge of the gas leak. I had a certified mechanic look at the car who advised that the car is a safety concern for myself and my children and should be returned to the dealership due to the consistent gas leak and smell which progressed over time. Ive only had this car for about 3 weeks and literally drove the car 5 times since date of purchase and now it wont start. When i asked for help Ray referred me to the warranty or for me to tow the vehicle to one of their preferred auto repair locations now I dont have a reliable safe working car for my family and I. So i attempted to try to reach out to Ray one more time to see if they could cover the tow expense plus a temporary vehicle. Ray states Please stop contacting me. The owner is upset about the review you posted. So Im still out of a car. With that, I wouldnt recommend, nor refer anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership because they lack of Customer safety, INTEGRITY and transparency. They really deserve NO STARS for me.

The first paragraph was my initial visit and the last statements are what is going on now.. Please read carefully and be wary of this car dealership....We worked with Rafeeq and he was excellent. He worked hard to make sure we left the lot with a car. He was very friendly and personable and I really recommend car shoppers to swing by and ask for Rafeeq. Janet was awesome in financing. She was so friendly just start a conversation and you feel like youre at home with the friendly service.After only having the car for a couple of weeks it needed a turbo replaced. Our car sat in the repair shop for a couple of months. When we finally got the car out another light popped on and the mechanic said ot was the transmission going bad. We havent even really had a chance to enjoy our vehicle and have been paying a car note for a car that wasnt worth it. We asked the dealership what could be done to rectify the situation and they said we would have to come up with a new down payment, we could get trade in value for the car we just got from them 4 months ago (it depends on the wear and tear of the lemon they gave us), and we would have to pay the difference plus the new car cost.I am so disappointed that they turned out to be such a bad dealership. I guess when they are trying to make a sale they will show you what you need to see. Please be careful anyone who buys from them and bring a mechanic because they will not work with you and they really dont care as much as I initially thought.

**BUYERS BEWARE!!**Unfortunately my experience with this dealership was not anywhere close to most of the reviews Im seeing. So I purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 with the help of salesman named Brell. I purchased the vehicle out right with cash. Unfortunately i made the mistake of trusting this dealership and their emplpyees and during the purchase signed a Vehicle As is document and not even 3 days later the check engine light comes on and Im stuck buying a $250 part plus labor costs. During the sale Brell told me before the test drive he was putting gas in the vehicle and then during test drive i noticed gas light still on which I believe he took back to have check engine light reset now. I was also told the vehicle had 1 previous owner as a fleet vehicle leased to employees of company. I run the VIN later and see I was lied to once again and has been sold over 6 times from Kennewick WA all the way to Idaho. I emailed them about this and you can see his reply with the false statement of him attaching some document which was never attached and in my reply i sent the screen shot with proof of vin and the 6 different sales.. And of course no response since.. I was lied to and deceived through this entire process and stuck with the bill now. So PLEASE dont be scammed and played like I was!!!

Customer service was good, however we got there at 3pm for an appt and didnt leave until after 6pm. Our test drive was maybe 30 minutes of that wait time. The bulb has blown again. Obviously this is a problem with the wiring or socket. Which those problems dont just happen over night. It was sold that way. Contacted ray last night asking when my plates were going to come in. And let him know the bulbs gone again and the problem must be on the socket or wiringHe replied to my asking about the plates. But no response about the headlamp. The car was sold this way. And the car is supposed to be sold with working headlamps by law. Not working until you drive off the lot and 24 hrs later.

I think I have left a review before but I had to do it again. I bought my 03 Honda Accord in 2016 with approximately 74,000 miles on it. I had gone in, in the middle of an insurance claim for a car that had been totaled and these guys got me a car same day. Fast forward to now, I have paid off my car. That’s not the best part though, my car drove me all the way from Tacoma Washington back home to west palm beach Florida with zero problems. Some may say it’s luck but I say that they sold me a good car. Over the years I have only had to do normal maintenance with it like the alternator and the battery. I also did the timing chain. If I was still in Washington I would buy my next car from them. But I will continue to send all my friends who are ready to purchase, here.

RAY!!! is absolutely amazing. I hadnt been able to get a vehicle due to some issues that havent dropped off my credit yet, but Ray and his team were able to not only work with me on my trade in (SUPER FAIR PRICE FOR IT) but they were able to get me into my FORD RAPTOR!!! They are fair, personable, lovely facility- so thankful for Ray and his team.

Kolbe was an amazing salesperson. He was not high pressure at all and listened to everything I told him that I wanted in a vehicle. He worked extremely hard, with Jessica, to help me get into a vehicle, with the terms I wanted. After he got the deal done, Jessica helped me finish up all the paperwork and was very quick and proficient at getting the deal finished. Both Kolbe and Jessica were great to work with, Id recommend curbside for your next car purchasing adventure.

Sold me a car, broke down the Next day, called to ask for help and they hung up the phone on me. It was a Mitsubishi. I’m so upset. I payed a 5 grand down payment only for this to happen :( I just wish the managers were nicer and could work things out.
