I went in to buy a car on Saturday. Seth was the sales associate that was helping me out. He went above and beyond to find me the best car with all of my wants. He took the time to explain everything so clearly so there was no confusion. I have a 2 year old and not only was he super patient and kind to her, he made sure it had everything i was looking for to keep her safe as well. We had pleasant conversation and the overall process was a breeze. Would definitely recommend going to DriveTime and asking for Seth!

So disappointed after 5years with out missing a payment or being late at a 21% interest rate. I was told I could pay off my vehicle with $1500.00. I bring the 1500.00 in to pay off my current vehicle and purchase a new car. They tell me Im approved but only for vehicles that wouldnt get me down the street in this Colorado weather or last the length of the loan. I cant believe this is how Drive time treats a loyal and on time paying customer. I will never return to them for another vehicle. They are trying to set you up to fail. Good thing I can recognize when I am trying to be hustled. I wont get to see my family this holiday due to their selfish hustling ways. Worst dealership Ive ever dealt with. I dont even want to give them 1 Star!!!

The process of purchasing the vehicle was great along with with the sales staff.After having the car for about a month I ran into some issues with it that required me to bring the vehicle in for repairs. Once you get the vehicle up on a lift it is obvious there is an extreme amount of rust. I was told almost everything short of the sub frame needs to be replaced and that the shop would not perform the repairs because I will undoubtably see problems in the future. I did seek a 2nd opinion and spoke with a long list other shops that relayed the same information, as did the dealership. Somehow they are still wanting to seek out a mechanic that is “willing to work on it” instead of putting me in something different.The car is making a lot of noises and such that constantly have me concerned for my safety when driving it. A friend stated “It sounds like your wheel is going to fall off”. Yet they are comfortable keeping me in the vehicle until we find someone that will work on it.. Unless you want to risk spending $16,000 on a vehicle that has not been thoroughly inspected by a mechanic I would recommend shopping elsewhere. They say cars are inspected but I beg to differ after what multiple mechanics have told me after seeing this vehicle.

I worked with salesman John at the Lakewood location. He was awesome.. He didnt rush me into anything.He explained the process and was very informative on how it worked as we went thru it. He went thru the paperwork thoroughly. It was a no pressure sale, with lots of options. I highly recommend them!

I went there to get a truck but was super overpriced (24,000$) in the first place and the interest was severely high at 19%. They only have a couple banks they run with so good luck getting any kind of decent deal or approval. I went to happy motors and they gave me a newer and better looking truck for 17,000$ at 5% interest! Highly wouldnt recommend this place unless desperate for an immediate vehicle.Pros: Good customer serviceCons: Overpriced vehicles, few banks to work with, no detailing on the spot, interest too high, very few trucks, masks are required.

Read your contract carefully and dont trust the reviews. They pay these places to keep there rating up. The legal amount of interest a dealership can charge is 16% my fiance did not know this at time of purchase. They are charging her 22% over 48 months she has paid for 16 months now. Yet some how she still owes the same amount as I did after down payment. They said its because no principle payments were made. So she said I would like to make one on top of my regular payment. She paid the lady at bridgecrest the company drive time usesand was told it went through . So she checkher pay statement a week later and they sent principle payment only back . She check her bank and card there is no record of transaction on neither. Watch out these guys seem like a legitimate company, but they are just better with cons and decptions. And will take advantage of anyone if they see an opportunity.

Seth our sales rep was awesome, explained everything to where we could understand very friendly especially with our 5 year old son who is very talkative he acknowledged him we went here for a second car we came here after not having a good experience at another car dealership we definitely lefted happy.

Both Seth and Jose were super helpful and kind. The whole process went very smooth and they even charged my phone to get the right paperwork I needed. Ultra disappointed in this dealership. If you want your time and money wasted by all means come here. I was approved for cars more expensive with little down payment but, all of them were in bad condition with high miles. Lots of body damages and bad tires. We asked about a cheaper car than all the others the down payment was way higher so was the payment. I think it’s because the vehicle was in better condition. When we didn’t buy a car we had to wait outside in snow even though we were masked and no one else was in there. They didn’t try to to keep us as customers. Wasn’t a very good dealership experience compared to real dealerships I’ve been to. It’s been a week and still haven’t received my “reservation down payment” refund. Save yourself time and money and go to an actual dealership where they work with you and try to give you the best deal possible. I drive 3 hours to have my time wasted.

Waste of time, we have financed before thru drive time and we are currently still in our loan with them.We have very little left on our loan and we didnt need any money down as we have equity in our car.We werent approved do to drive time no longer accepting profit and loss.I left 2 stars as something positive came out of this,We wont have a loan with 20% interest anymore! Also the average car loans here are 42 months.

Had an appointment scheduled at 530, but because of work, I was a little late, nevertheless I was greeted as I arrived and after a short wait outside (due to covid regulations) we were seated inside. It was a busy day for them and as I was on my feet all day, I did not mind taking some time off my feet. After some of the initial paperwork, type of car, down payment ect... I met with Jose. Jose was great to work with, he was able to answer all of my questions, set me up to look at a few cars in my initial price range and they were great, (I guess I just had my mind on a car that I didnt want to pass up) but Jose was more than accommodating with showing me around. I eventually went with the car I had my eye on and its great. Jose walked me through all of the paperwork and got me out with my new car in just a couple of hours. Overall it was a pretty good first experience.

Jose and the management are very dishonest. We are repeat customers as we have brought 3 vehicles from drive time and over the years and have never missed a payment. We reserved (note online it says the words reserve) a truck via online on Tuesday night. I called Wednesday to set up an appointment. We talked numbers, deposit etc and set up a time. I showed up and they sold it the night before I showed up.

John was absolutely amazing!!! He went above and beyond for me to make sure I got what I needed, he was patient even when I wanted to drive so many different cars. He made sure I knew all about each car I was intrested in, while on test drives he looked up all the vehicles that he knew had the features I was looking for and was completely honest about everything I absolutely recommend John and this drive time Chris was great too.

I was told there were only certain cars I could purchase- at an 18%apr, at that! I went to another dealership and was able to get the car I WANTED. And at 6%apr! Am SO glad I shopped around!!

AVOID.The colfax location has terrible inventory.The staff there seem less than enthusiastic about helpingsomeone make a major purchase like a car. I was unimpressed.DriveTime online approval is totally misleading.I was approved for a minimum of $400 down.I have good credit scores, in one case almost a 700,I have excellent payment history, I have had a yearof good credit building behind me at this point.I dont have ten years of good credit or anything. I can show solidemployment for the last year, and the deposits are reflectedin my bank statement.Now I am just out of school in October, working temp jobs untilI land a position in software engineering.DriveTime, cares only about your current employment. They dontsay anything about 90 days of employment when they give you theso-called approval.I had $1500 dollars worth of deposits this month from my employer,set for one more before the month is out. However, DriveTime wouldnteven count that in whole. They were only willing to give me credit for$1000 in income monthly even though I show over 2,200.They do this I suspect because they can pressure you at that point, andoffload their low end on you. My dealings with DriveTime seem reallyshady at this point. Their per vehicle financing is a scam, how can youtake 2 different vehicles with the same price and not get the samefinancing option?I am really upset at having my time wasted. I do not recommend DriveTime,they will not be getting my money, my business, or my recommendation.My advice is steer clear.

This was my second time purchasing a vehicle at Drive Time. I was very pleased with the service. The process was very easy. I had researched vehicles online before so I knew what I wanted. I arrived there they took my paperwork, test drove the car, and did the whole buying process in about an hour. There are good options on vehicles and are reliable cars.
