I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze and before I made it home the engine light came on. Called the dealership right away. They said bring it back and they would fix it. They had it a week and a half and fixed nothing. So I took it to Chevy, they got the same code I did. The $2100 service contract First National burned me with will not cover the $1300 repair. I called First National and spoke with a manager and she said you basically bought it as is. DONT BUY HERE!!! If you do, dont get the service contract... its useless, so is their customer service. They just want the money while selling cars with known problems. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

5 Stars??? Why cant I put 10 or even 20 stars! This dealer ship goes above and beyond. Farrah was our dealer we dealt with to purchase the car Ive been searching everywhere for!! Not only did I find the car Ive been searching for, I found amazing customer service. Im from Albuquerque New Mexico and found my 2016 Scion FR-S Special Release 2.0 online at their dealership. Most dealerships were advertising the special release series and it wasnt. So I called the dealership and Farrah picked up and she said ill go take pictures of it immediately to let me know it was the series Ive been searching for and its a manual transmission too!! I was ecstatic when i got the pictures! I then let her knew I was from out of state and needed to fly in to see and purchase the vehicle. Once she knew how much I loved and wanted this car she got the approval from corporate to fly me and my significant other out there on the dealerships dime!! It was a last minute flight too so it wasnt cheap. When we had finally landed in Vegas, we got a Lyft to the dealership. As I pulled in I saw my Special Release 2.0 FR-S (That beautiful Lunar Storm color glistening)!!! Oh did I also mention Farrah got me approved with a killer monthly payment and 5.9% interest before even going out there?! So all I had to do was check and test drive the car then sign the paperwork. It was the easiest and most fun car buying experience Ive ever had! Plus I now have the most beautiful car! Thank you Farrah and everyone else at First National Autos for this experience. I would recommend you to everyone and anyone. Also dont forget to ask for Farrah if you do go. You wont be disappointed!

Just bought a car tonight. Kyle helped me out. I didnt feel any pressure. The whole process was very quick and I felt happy with the deal I got. Called in at 1PM to check that a vehicle was available for test drive, they confirmed and made an appointment. When I arrived 1 hour later for that appointment, I was asked to look through their website for any other vehicles I may want to look at. After making a list of four vehicles, I was told that none of these cars were available and that the vehicle I had scheduled an appointment to test drive was sold over a month ago. The entire interaction made no sense and was incredibly unprofessional.

I found the truck I was looking for on Facebook market place and they were able to get me approved and driving it home in no time. They were very fair with prices and even offered a 24 month warranty. Henok is a killer salesman and did everything in his power to get me into the truck I wanted.

Absolutely horrible. At first it seemed really good. But they didnt hold up there end, said they fixed stuff when they didnt and we keep having nothing but problems with the truck over charged us and refuse to make it right. They want us to keep going through our warranty but to make sure we dont say any of it was wrong before we purchased it. Well thats fraud. Best believe i am getting the BBB involved and a lawyer. Ive had enough.

The day of our appointment I did not know what to expect, I was expecting the same thing that most dealerships do give you the run around but first National did not. They took their time step by step to the end. It felt so easy and still in shock that they got us into a vehicle a newer model and low mileage. We had no luck getting into a vehicle with our credit and bankruptcy. They were awesome and fast and straight with you. I have had nothing but problems with this place. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. They sold me a car with major engine problems and then blamed me for it even though I took it back to the dealership 4 days after I purchased it. The manager got in my face and was extremely aggressive (multiple times) when I mentioned there were problems with the car. Stay away from this business. They are a bunch of scam artists and do not care about their customers.

They tell you whatever you need to hear to get you in the door. Ran my credit the day before. Told me I didnt need a down payment or co signer, and if they did need a down payment it could be pushed back a month. That was the only reason I took the time out of my day to go there, bc according to Elliot I only needed to pick out what car I wanted. I got there and nothing they said was true. They wanted a co signer and money down right then, not a month out. Lies and wasted time.

I found the car I wanted online and called Rock to arrange a viewing and test drive. We had to drive from Portland Oregon to Lakewood for the drive but Rock and Fairah kept in touch with me and had the car sanitized and ready when I got there. Rock made the purchase transaction very easy, the only downside was how long I had to wait for the paperwork to be printed and prepped. If I hadn’t driven 2 1/2 hours to get there I probably wouldn’t have noticed. Thanks for handling this sale .

I bought a car from here in October of 2019. The sales team did a great job in finding me an amazing vehicle for me.The reason I am giving them a 1 star is because at that time, I sold my truck to the dealership as part payment on my car. I was just contacted by a person who bought that truck, but they had not taken the truck out of my name. He bought and has been driving the truck, but cant get permanent licensing for it because First National failed to take the ownership of the truck.I am highly disappointed in this and am looking into what legal actions I, and the person who purchased my truck, have due to this situation.

1 star from me. The sales person wouldnt even take a picture of the inside of the car and was telling me im asking for to much. Wouldnt send a carfax nothing. I found someone who was willing and had good leadership skills. Ended up catching a greyhound to bellingham where they reimbursed me and made sure I got picked up. Did most of the paperwork over the phone. Thats over and beyond. Im not recommended none of my family and friends here.

I applied online to see if I qualified for a car loan. I got a phone call at about 5pm and was told that I was approved. I was told if I came in tonight or the next day they would have me walking out with a car. I got here about 730pm and boom leaving with a car. I was able to look online to see available vehicles and when I pulled up the one I wanted was out front and waiting. I’ve bought a few cars and have never had the process so fast and efficient. Highly recommend making the drive to Tacoma!!!!

They stole from us. Its been one year and the gap overages are still be avoided. They will not return monies put down for down payment wven if you get denied. Also, once car purchased they will not refund any unused portions of your gap. Pushy sales team that dont car about you, famy, or your money. You are better off going to a junk yard.

Farah,An update to your reply. Yes, they did finally get the title to me after it was returned to them certified. This entire situation was based on situational ineptitude, none of which was mine. I can work with anyone over pretty much anything. If there is mis-communication, mistakes made, promises unintentionally broken etc. Where my switch flips is when Im lied to. I understand that Elias chose to double down on his lie about leaving me 2 voicemails but this in fact was just not true. In fact, before Apr 3rd (when I contacted Elias) I had only one missed call from your business number on Feb 15th at 2:00pm in which there was no voicemail left. Even if he used another line or his cell there were never any voicemails. I get voicemails every single day and not one person has ever complained about me missing one, much less two.I DID in fact try to contact you directly 5 times. I called your office 4 separate times and talked to Juan. Each time he said you were on the phone or with another client or in a meeting. 2 of those times (after my review change on google and yelp) I was contacted back by Elias who again kept repeating about the false voicemails that were left. If he had in fact left any voicemails (much like the 2 he left after my review changes) I would have called back within minutes just like I did and would have gone down to grab the title so none of this would have ever occurred. Instead he chose to send it certified and then not keep the tracking # to give to me so when I went down to the post office I wasnt even able to get the title. We HAD to wait until it was returned to you. I also tried to contact you from your online website contact form and it would return an error message every time I tried to send. I tried on 2 pcs and 3 different browsers. I believe since then that issue has been resolved on your website.The certified slip that was left on my door was completely blank. I realize this had nothing to do with you guys and this was on the mail carrier but there was no way for me to even know who in my household that certified mail was for or even if it was meant for our address. When I say blank, I mean completely blank! No tracking number, no name, no address, no item description. Literally no fields filled out whatsoever! Also, there was never even one re delivery attempt.I do understand that you personally never lied to me and I am very happy with our vehicle purchase, that is why Im leaving my review at 4 stars and not 1, but remember Heavy is the head that wears the crown. Meaning, the ineptitude and lies that are perpetuated by your employees are a direct reflection on your business. I do think you are genuinely a very nice person and you are doing your best to run a successful business, but you also have to remember what type of industry you are in. When I took my parents down there to buy a car from you, you lost a sale because you were completely unwilling to budge on price for a woman who was willing to pay cash in total for a vehicle. We had to take her business to a West side car dealer that was more than willing to bend over backwards for her business and they gained the $14,000 sale instead of you guys. Some people who are buying used cars expect the ability to haggle. Even though its not very pleasant for most people it is still just a sad expected part of your industry.I wish you the best and I hope that there are some learning experiences to be gained. I.E. leave voicemails, dont be dishonest with your customers, NEVER throw away or disregard tracking numbers for certified mail.I dont suggest that anyone pass on looking for a vehicle from FNA. They do have a decent selection of vehicles and are still one of the best used car dealers on the East Side. Just make sure you are in constant contact with them until all of the title work is transferred over completely.

I have been to many dealerships trying to trade my old car in and get a new or used car.. They would tell me they can do it but never pull through because of my credit score.. Thats after they tell me they can get me in a vehicle with the score I have.. Making my score worse after running it multiple times..But all of that changed when I took a chance with First National.. The dealer that I worked with was Shane.. Shane worked very hard and got my vehicle traded.. As well as getting me into a vehicle better than what I had.. Thank you First National staff and especially Shane for doing this for me.. You guys were awesome and very professional from the beginning to the end.

Was emailing back and forth about a vehicle that has been on their lot for 4 months, and while doing so, they stopped replying and RAISED the price on the car by $1000. And, when I first emailed them about the car, the response was, Its available, but someone is test driving it right now! Can you get down here?. Could be coincidence, but it seems odd that a car on their lot for 4 months should just HAPPEN to have someone out test driving it when I was inquiring. My intuition had been telling me not to trust them, and while I was emailing telling them I was very interested in the vehicle, they RAISED the price? Especially for a car theyve been trying to sell for many months. What dealer does that? Answer: A dealer that isnt getting my business. Would also recommend reading their reviews on Yelp first. If I had done that, it would have saved me a lot of time.

Ive dealt with better people. When I went in for my purchase, I got sent home with a 2017 Honda Accord. After fueling and washing it, I was told to bring it back because the bank couldnt finance it. Upon arrival, I was told that the ONLY vehicle available to me was a 2018 Toyota Yaris. I had no other choice than to leave there with the lesser vehicle.I gave them the title to my 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in trade for the Accord. After receiving the Yaris, I was told that I had to come up with another $500.00 in down payment. I will NOT ever return to First National Autos ... nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

I just purchased a Honda Civic today at this location. Elder was the one that helped me, he is very kind, professional and he did his best to find me the right deal, financing, down payment and monthly payment that fits my budget .Even though my credit was not good, he worked with me to find me the right deal. He is not pushy like other salesman, he cares about his clients needs and budget. If you want to buy a car, do not go to those big dealerships, they will rip you off. Try this place, you will not regret it. Also, they have a big inventory of cars. All the staff there are nice and helpful. You can drive your new car in couple hours, they are not going to keep you for the whole day like the big dealerships. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

There service is great the cars are clean. Elliot is the dude he will help you out and understand what your coming from. Farrah the manager is great manager she helps you out also and hears you out. I recommend this place.
