I bought a 2013 VW Tiguan from Rob, he was very helpful and even filled the tank and took it through the car wash before I drove off the lot. I was in a situation where I needed a car quick as my previous car had just went out of commission. I drove up in my rental car and Rob was not only extremely fair but helped drive me to drop my car at the rental shop. Very stand up guy and service all around! Thank you and I love the VW!

My experience with my car purchase with Rite TimeAuto was very emotionally and financially stressful. The customer service from Rob started off ok but grew to be terrible for absolutely no reason. I purchased my car in May 2019 and 6 months later my car is currently in the shop needing a transmission repair! This dealer over charged me and sold me an O7 Honda Accord with transmission issues for $6000.00, I did not know at the time of the purchase that the transmission was on its way out as they failed to disclose this information to me, but I’m sure they knew it was. Seriously caution yourself before purchasing a car here. It may cost you dearly later.

Rob was respectful, humorous, & helpful, as well as appreciative to veterans. Test drove & went through paperwork to take to bank in under 2 hours.
