I just received my title after finishing paying of vehicle. Pretty good customer service. They accommodate you and work with you when you struggle with making that monthly payment. Yes, they start calling when the payment is past due but it is all part of the business. As for the vehicle quality people you all have to know that it is a used vehicle car lot. But overall I think it is a good place to shop for a used vehicle. Did not feel pressured when we first walked in to shop. We did have issues with the vehicle but remember it is a used car lot. They do honor the warranty. We would recommend to friends and family. Good doing business with you all D1 Auto Credit. They earned my business....

The gentleman that works there that is bald with a beared an older gentleman Was highly disrespectful not only did he interrogate us when we walked in but made it seem like we were not welcome at all they dont run credit supposedly but they judge you for everything you do Its like you go in there to get insulted for how you live and they get so much information they can write a novel about you normally I would go along and agree with obtaining information to validate somebodys financial stability status but after the rate and way that guy was going He was asking way too many personal questions Now let me ask you my fellow citizens if somebody walks into a dealership with a nice outfit expensive devices such as an ipad pro 12.9 worth over a $1000 a phone which happens to be the Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra 5G that goes for $1400 that should tell you Enough right there especially if the phone is still active meaning Payments are being made on it that place is full of people who have no consideration or understanding of what they see visually And they do not try to work with you Dont fall for that trick You might as well go to a bank Better yet go to drive time right next to that dealership they would be willing to work with you a lot better than that place would Im saving you time as well as money

Went to the Thornton location, just looking to browse, was asked if I’d like sit down and crunch some numbers in order to see if we could work out a deal, she swore they wouldn’t run my credit as I wasn’t looking to buy that day, low and behold after giving her my financial, contact, and work information (which I thought was a bit much for crunching numbers, but I figured I’d politely go along) she asked for my social security number, while quickly adding, oh but they won’t run your credit, I told her I don’t just give my social out, she looked at me like the village idiot and told me “it’s the only way you can prove who you are, I politely stood up and told her I’d be back if I was interested, only to receive a snide “I won’t be” as I turned for the door. I won’t be returning to spend thousands of dollars at a used car lot that treats customers so poorly when trying to make a sale, as this leads me to question the quality of the vehicles they are peddling if they are so willing to openly lie to and disrespect customers

Went in with a good friend that couldn’t get approved anywhere else for a vehicle less than an hour later he was driving home in a nice car at a reasonable price. Lisa was a firecracker and very easy to deal with. I would recommend this place for anyone that suffers from bad credit.

Im not a buying customer. Went in there this morning and its true they dont run your credit but the catch is you need 20 to 30 percent down of the asking price. Im pregnant with baby number 4 and need a 3rd row seat and they tried to sell us a Jeep Grand Cherokee that only seats 3 kids in the back. So disappointed cause they got good reviews but they will not work with you if you dont have the 20 to 30 percent down. I would not recommend.

Purchased a Truck in early April. It Was stolen recently. I am a handyman my truck is my business. 5 am discovered the truck was gone. Called PD. Called the dealership at 10 minutes to 9. By 10:30 My Truck had been recovered. The dealership recovered my tuck for me and brought it back to the dealership for me to pick up. For such a experience as this . My boyfriend and I went in to get an oil change. The gals at the counter and Carl were very helpful and got us in right away. While we were there, they noticed uneven tire wear and referred us down the street for an alignment and saved us expensive repairs in the future. They were even able to get us a small but much appreciated discount on the alignment. The oil change was prompt and reasonably priced.

My daughter purchased a vehicle from D1 and it broke down within 2 weeks. 3 mechanics found it to be epoxied together (super glue) and the engine not worth repairing. Lloyd wanted it towed to his shop with no guarantee that he would repair it. Why bother? Just more costs!So $8,000 later we have a black BMW heap of junk!Way to represent your industry Lloyd! So I had a very harsh review for this dealership that I have been compelled to change. I had a horrible start with this dealership. I had a lot of minor issues with my car from the jump. some of them were fixed, others ignored by the shop manager, these turned into big problems and I ended up having to take out another loan and pay THOUSANDS of dollars to get all the issues fixed. the worst part was the shop manager was awful to me. A few weeks ago I again had some issues so I dropped it off at the dealership. this time this issue was fixed quickly and at a very good price. Best of all I was treated like a person who had intelligence. learned that they recently got a new shop manager and the difference from my experiences is night and day. I feel like we are one the road to doing fair business. great turn around guys...also I must say Amanda is great shell help out any way she can

Buying a car here is pretty much selling your soul to the devil. Be prepared to pay three times what a car is worth, if not more, because of the loan structure. You will be stuck with the car. Will not be able to trade it in to a real dealership. And there is no positive reward on your credit report. Wish I had never done business there even though the staff is very friendly.

I have been very impressed by this company. I just purchased my very first car here. They work with you to get a good down payment. Only down side is that because your car range is based on your income, no credit check, you may not get the exact type of car you want. Even still, the car you get is going to be pretty good. Highly recommend for those with low to no credit, low income, or just someone who doesnt want their credit affected my car place and bank credit checks.

We purchased a vehicle here almost a month ago and had troubles with the vehicle. We were worried. Ended up being the alternator. D1 gave us a holiday blessing and replaced the alternator and did our oil change free of charge. So far Im not impressed with this place... Got a Ford explorer from there a month ago then the transfer case goes out has to get fixed to find out its actually the transmission. Ok that fixed which is cool but they completely ignored the sounds I told them about after the test drive it was still making a rattle/whistling noise maybe even grinding. I take it back they stay its the pulley and tensioner. Say they will replace it in a few hours I wait. Shouldnt of waited for them they didnt do anything Im 100 percent sure of it because the sound is now getting worse... This place seems to not be trustworthy at this point and if you stand up for yourself and ask them to fix it. Seems like they will just bs around and leave the job undone so you have to keep coming back over and over again... Just because they dont want to do the job.Just an update along with all that my vehicle has now been having issues going into park and starting about the same day or day after last visit to fix my truck... I doubt they have people look the vehicles over very well before or after maintenance.All this during to covid outbreak but they didnt care about repairing my vehicle right or what strugglings I would face due to the lack of work ethics at this place. This place is not to be trusted. The boss guy will treat you like you dont know anything and they know everything... Will ignore the advice your giving them and completely treat you like some incompetent fool. They only care about the money and keeping you just satisfied enough that when your warranty expires they wont have to work with you again.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone unless your desperate for a car and are prepared to get treated like a brainless money bag that doesnt matter.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place. They double the vehicle price even though it isnt worth it. They rope you in with services and such but in the long run it doesnt make sense to pay double for a vehicle that is not worth it and used.

This is the worst car dealership ever!!! I was in need of a car because mine broke down. So, I went on line to find a dealership that would work for my situation. I found a few I would try to get a car from and D1 Auto Credit was one on my list. Due to good ratings and the “willingness” to work with people that have less than perfect credit. I stopped in after another dealership couldn’t help me out. So, I walked in and told a sales representative (who’s name I don’t know because he didn’t properly introduce himself) that I was looking for a car but had less than perfect credit. He pointed to a table and said “sit there somebody will be with you in a minute.” He then brought over a list of documents I needed to provide. A few seconds later he said to move to another cubicle for one reason or another. I forgot to mention that I drove my wife’s suv there. He looks at it and asked “what are you going to do with that vehicle?” I said nothing. He then said “how are you going to drive a car from here when you have that one?” I told him I can have someone pick it up if I have to. Then he said “why do you need two cars?” At this point I didn’t even want to buy a car here anymore. Before I could reply he said “ I’m not going to waste your time or mine. You are going to need $2,000 down to get a car from here. If you don’t have it I can’t do anything for you.” I told him I didn’t have that much for a down payment. Thanks anyway. I have dealt with multiple dealerships. I have bought cars from drivetime, carhop, and mike naughten Ford with no problems. I have been declined from others. They at least tried to help me out the best they could. Even test drove a couple of cars. Unlike this place. They didn’t even try to show me their inventory of cars. Needless to say, I left without a car. I tried one last dealership and left with a good car with in an hour of arriving. To sum things up, avoid this place by all means necessary. I would suggest to go to carhop or avalanche automotive to purchase a car If you have less than perfect credit and want to be treated like a real customer.

When I tried to get my deposit back they kept $200 of it well cause there rip offs put a $1000 down I could of got a way better vehicle just for thst off fb marketplace. Dont do business with them.

I came in looking for a vehicle and they got me a truck its a 98 blazer and it is amazing I get tons of compliments on it, which means they get good cars in. I have never had and problems with my truck. And they are always there to help me. One time I accidentally locked my keys in my truck and they had some drive to me to unlock not a road side assistance someone from the dealership actually came to help me get in my truck. ***Buyer Beware of Fraud,Discrimination, and Lack of Business EthicsHere is a letter I wrote to Landis and D1 Auto Co due to the disgraceful treatment I encountered. Unfortunately I experienceed all the above reported negative treatment that the others here share, including putting my life at risk! ***Dont be Fooled by the positive reviews they could be fakes!*** If you are a minotity Buyer Beware or just a person with a family doing your best to provide DO NOT WAIST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! RUN VERY FAR AND FAST! I was in need just like you but find a company that will work with your financial & credit needs who will value you, treat you and your hard earned money with dignity and respect. They will not here! I went through the loan process here, finalized everything & when it was time to drive my car off the lot the car began having issues! Landis said I would have to bring the car back the next day for repairs...🤔 That was my first clue!Next not even seven days later the car was over heating, when I reported this to the they said I had to find a way to pay for a tow truck or they would accuse me of causing the damages. At that time I was a separated/single mom with 4 kids and used all the money I had on the down payment and over $400 securing insurance! My child and I where stranded due to the needed repairs and now they where demanding me to find a way to tow the vehicle from Aurora to Lakewood.Next vehicle was fixed again.About 3 mths later I got vry Ill with pnemonia, CLD barely walk or talk and was a few days late car payment (2 days)! Staying in an Airbnb hotel with 4 kids due to the fact our 1st home purchase move-in date was delayed. I was out trying to finalize paperwork with our new home and leaving the hospital when I found out they cut my car off I was then stranded, sick, with 3 kids including 2 toddlers in an unfamiliar area, no wsrnwar that would hapoha was sent just a notice it was cut off. Wewere in an unfamiliar area very far from our Airbnb and had to walk back. Once I was able to call Landis I had practically no voice screaming hysterically about the unfair and harsh treatment. He had no remorse! I paid the payment that was less than 5 days late hoping he would treat a loyal client better in the future! I shouldve at that time canceledy contract with them...please read a letter I just sent to Landis today April 6th 2019. My car payment was due yesterday by 5pm. This morning I got up went to grocery store and bank to make the payment and while I was out my phone died...got back into car Landis cut my car off again!Landis you cut my car off while I was out at the bank & grocery store about to put the car payment on my bank card...I am almost 5 mths pregnant and a high risk pregnancy I was far from my house with a dead cell phone. I couldnt call you to confirm the payment due to the fact you cut my car off and I had no way of charging my cell phone . I had to walk with my groceries, I was very from home Im a an unfamiliar area, I got lost and had to find my way home. Not only did you and your company put my life at risk being a high risk pregnancy, you put my unborn child at risk over a car payment that isnt even 24 hours late. You and your company are despicable people and I no longer wish to continue to do business with you or D1 Auto! You are not even worth my time or energy to give you the respect of a phone call. You can come pick up this car I am at this time cancelling/breaking my contract with D1 Auto due to unfair treatment, putting my life at risk and my unborn child all over a payment I was on my way to make, which was not even 24 hours late. You didnt even have enough integrity or respect to wait until the end of the business day to hear from me. Otherwise you wouldve known I was out paying bills & about to send my car payment in. I first came to D1 2 years ago. I purchased a Ford Explorer and have had nothing but a great experience. Landis, Bob and Carl are always professional, friendly and very helpful. Landis always gets me in and out when doing my maintenance service. I would highly recommend this business

I recently went to D1 because my small suv quit starting, and when we took it to a mechanic they said the fix would be anywhere between $1,500.00-$2,500.00! When I got to D1 Amanda made me feel very comfortable, talked me though the process, and was very accommodating to the fact I had a cranky 1 year old with me. I decided to put money down that day and the rest with my taxes, and drove off the lot with a Yukon xl! (It rocks btw! So roomy and drives like a dream) A week and a half later I got a letter in the mail stating that my entire refund was being confiscated for a past due loan I had acquired. I took the letter down to D1, spoke with Amanda and she helped me work out a plan so that I can still keep my truck. I would recommend this place to anyone! Plus, Amanda’s tattoos are rad as hell! She’s down to earth and gives it to you straight. Definitely go here!
