I understand asking customers if they need help but when I get asked what feels like 20 times it is annoying. I like to shop in peace and not be asked multiple times if I need something. Also can feel like they are following you around and watching everything you do. I will never go back to this store. If you like being asked if you need something every 5 minutes this is your kinda of store!

Awesome customer service and amazing product for not only women but men as well. If your a man and wan great smelling soap and Lotions.

The Managers at this location do not even honor the Bath & Body Works exchange policy. I used to be a Manager for BBW. Theyre supposed to exchange the product for a like item (for example, FFM for a FFM, body cream for a body cream, etc.) if the customer decides they are not satisfied with the fragrance they picked. It is stated on the BBW website under the return/exchange policy. They refused to exchange my FFM because it was an old fragrance & refused to exchange my diamond mist without a reason.

Ebony was awesome! She forever changed the way I pick out fragrances. She showed my Daughter and I how to mix scents to create our very own signature smells. I have never had anyone else do that!! Thanks Ebony! Youre the best!!

This spot has my absolute favorite candle! Mahogany teakwood is the best - whether high intensity or regular, will leave your house smelling fantastic and fresh! The stress lotion is legit and smells spectacular, a must need if youre feeling stressed!

I visited this location around the holidays looking for specific gifts for my Mom and friends~ The staff were very quick to help me with what I wanted to find and looked in the back for a particular scented candle I wanted to get for my Mom when the shelves didnt have it. Is it just me or the way prices work at bath and body works mysterious? There always seems to be a sale it its almost every OS 50% off. Ah well its a great place for candles. As a man however bodywash and the sort should come from a more masculine place... like home depot of the lumber yard. But the candles are awesome.

Linnea is friendly and shows great customer service. She greeted every customer personally and was super sweet. She seemed to be the only employee there when I was in and it didn’t effect her at all. The store was also well stocked, clean, and organized. Great job!

The sales staff are very polite. and usually asked if I need any help. I do appreciate they let me be when I tell them no.

Today my sister and I went into Bath and Body Works. As soon as we walked in, we were barely greeted. The lady at the front stared at us the entire time and followed us around everywhere we went. This made our shopping experience very uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it was because we are young and Hispanic, but we felt discriminated against. There was another white couple in the store, and we noticed that both workers were very nice, offered help, and even made conversation with them. We were never offered any help. We left without buying anything.

They have the cutest little gift bag sets in a lot of scents so you can get a lot and they can still be unique.Also, I got a candle for a man that smelled like smores....that was a big hit. I almost kept it.

I notice the mists really dry my skin out and when I put the lotion on my dry hands it burns very bad. Please switch to something more oil based than alcohol based.

This location seems smaller than the one at Colorado Mills, and I dont think it has as much selection. Its nice and bright, though, and easy to get to in Belmar, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful!
