Closed early. Called the store asking if they were going to be open, I got there 10 minutes before they closed, they advised me to come in and I had actually got there before I said I would be and the doors were already locked. Called to try and reason with them and had someone extremely rude answer the phone and argue with me about it. I get it, I was going late and I should prepare better but I called and asked if they would stay open until 6 and they lied and then proceeded to be very rude about it. Do not recommend at all. The picture is just proof about me calling. I’m only giving 1 star bc I can’t give any lower:(

The store is nice and organized but, dont bother asking the staff for advice. They all tell you something different, and their advice doesnt work. Its all about making more sales. Im very disappointed.
Went in looking for advice to get unwanted red out of hair and help get natural brunette back from lightened hair. This lady there really helped me get the things I needed to achieve the results I wanted. Thank you so much!!
Went in to get some red hair color And they have almost nothing on the shelves. The employee working said they just got a shipment in but refused to check and see if they had the color I was looking for. She told me to call them in a couple of hours or check back tomorrow. All she said she could do was call other locations to see if they had it instead of looking at her own inventory herself. Very frustrating when you only have one day off to do things for yourself like this.
Every time I come into this store it’s clean and organized, the staff are always helpful and friendly. Today was no different. Alicia saved me over $10 dollars by doing her job. Wonderful employees!!
People seemed to have a hard time here, but I usually have good experiences. The women in front were helpful, and though their computer was messing up they were able to handle it so I got my BOGO deals and even helped me get a product cheaper because it was on sale. It wasnt stellar, but it was pleasant and the messup in my order was caused by their computer, not the staff.
Every shelf almost empty. When asking about something as simple as an eyeliner pencil sharpener, oh that’s the first thing we run out of every week shouldn’t be the response. Who does your ordering? Wouldn’t your sales be boosted if you ordered per demand? 🤦♀️🤷♀️
I used to spend assloads of money here buying haircare & extensions but then last year at the beginning of 2020 when the stupid COVID scam started, the Assistant Manager had the audacity to ask me to leave the store last year because I wasnt wearing a mask. I walked out & never came back & Ive saved SO much money because of it. Thank you.
Most of the time I go the shelves are stocked the store is clean and half the time the staff is nice and respectful
I usually have an ok experience here but I literally just tried to come buy some hair dye and the doors were locked. It says the hours on the window and in-store shopping is open. No one answered the phone when I called. Pretty disappointed
Rude staff every time I go in. They were all up at the front desk having personal conversations, which is fine, but people need help or want to ask queations and no one was around... I needed help and felt uncomfortable asking the staff. Dont go here unless you know what you want with no assistance.
The store has gone downhill recently. The shelves are bare and theres always boxes of product on the floor waiting to be restocked.Their customer service has gone down also. Employees just stand behind the cash wrap. I was greeted when I entered the store whoever no one checked up on me and asked what I was looking for. this has happened the past three times Ive been in the store looking for a product.While in the store I called the Sallys near Sloans lake and they have my product in stock. This store didnt even offer to check if they had the product in backstock.

Every time I go into this Sally’s everyone who works there is always smiling and happy and friendly and helpful it is also incredibly clean everything is labeled properly in the right spots and they are super fast at check out but also being friendly so I really appreciate you selling employees who are doing an incredible job of making sure that all of us customers are being taken care of as well as you’re adding to our day being a good day
The store has nothing in stock and not friendly at all. When I asked why nothing has been stocked the cashier said that the company cannot afford to stock the store at this time. I felt very uncomfortable there! I have been there before Covid and never had a problem. Sally’s is now charging for bags! Bring your own.

Just stopped by after calling to make sure I didn’t need a face mask. I’m met at the door by an individual who tells me she can’t let me in if I don’t have a mask. No worries, I’ll go somewhere else. You guys are less than 5 minutes from my house, but I have always avoided you because every time I go in they’re rude. Your reviews show that. Maybe your corporate office should do something about that eh?
Really upsetting that this is the one they kept open. It is the worst out of the locations Ive been to. Id rather drive 30 minutes further. Decided I might try to go today and they close at 6. May as well still be shut down if you cant even be open for customers who work 8-5 during the week...
Contrary to Ariannas review, the girls respectfully asked her to put on a mask while in the store, and instantly she became defensive. The girls working at this store remained polite and tried to explain it was a store policy. Another customer told the woman it is state mandated now, and Arianna responded by calling him slurs such as the f word. Only then, did the girls ask her to please leave. I was a customer there as well and witnessed the whole thing.I am impressed with how the two girls working handled this so professionally and politely. Please take Ariannas review with a grain of salt.
My husband and I visited this store on Sunday. We were helped by a wonderful sales woman. I believe her name is Megan (pink hair). She was able to answer all our questions, and if she didnt know the answer she looked it up. She also explained products to us and assisted us with our purchase. Wonderful experience.
I am a business built on customer service and this location has went under new management and Made changes in a negative direction. They are always out of the product I need, the manager is always making excuses and today I was barley greeted by staff who was in an isle and the manager was in the back and said nothing. Out of everything more so today then ever before. No one asked me if they could help. So I just walked out. Extremely disappointed but will go elsewhere and make a point to tell others to do the same.
I’ve only visited this location twice in the last few years, but both times were pretty horrible. The first time, I brought in an online order to return. I brought the packing slip/invoice and the emailed order confirmation, and the associate told me that I needed something different to get my money back. He instructed me to call customer service to get that information. When I called their toll free number, the customer service agent told me that the packing slip had all the information he should need to process my return/refund. Cool. 45 minutes of my life wasted on hold for that.Then we get to my visit yesterday ... I went back to return the same order, weeks later and without the packing slip (accidentally threw it away after getting off the phone with corporate). I believe it was the manager who helped me with that - that was the painless part, she was very quick and issued me merchandise credit.On my way out, I saw a shelf display of OPI polishes than said “$5 Tokyo, Bare, and Neon Collection Only”. I picked out a couple of polishes that were on that display and Googled to make sure they were in that collection.When I brought them to the counter, the same woman who helped me with my return (who I believe was the manager based on what she was wearing), claimed to have no idea about the sign and refused to honor the price that was on the sign. Really poor customer service.
Masks are required... In an EMPTY STORE... even for people with health conditions that are physically INCAPABLE of wearing a mask because it could KILL them!!! And DENVER is required masks.. NOT LAKEWOOD!!!If you cant be accommodating to customers then you shouldnt be in the CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS!!!
One of the employees decided to keep a box of green hair dye I purchased, for her self. She put all the other items in my bag but took out the green one as I was putting in my pin. She said she was just fixing something in the bag, yea right. Makes complete sense why she refused to give me a receipt as well, so I can’t go back and complain. This location needs better employees and I need my money refunded or a free dye that one of your employees decided to steal from me right in front of my face.

The girls that where working today where unfriendly to say the least. They did not help my daughter and she had to call me for help, so I went in there and all employees where all in the back room. We have had 5 stars help before today.

Even though I shouldnt have to because you should hire employees that put the paying customers items in their bag.Not to mention that two of the employees accused me of stealing, WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES STEALING. They thought I stole some nail filers and polish cause I was looking at them and debating if I should get it.I will be contacting corporate about this location because all the employees need to be fired. Im going to be honest, as someone whos been through cosmetology school, has done hair for a very long time, is very much educated in hair care and hair color maintenance, I sure got treated like an idiot when I asked about a specific product Ive never used or heard of. I also asked about a product I was very much educated with and none of the staff there knew how or what it was used for. I was taken back a little, and sort of came to the conclusion that I was better off spending my money at an actual professional beauty supply store.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mother and I were given terrible treatment while trying to exchange a product. I went in asking to exchange a product and although the clerk was very understanding, one of the managers was very disrespectful. She grabbed the product I was returning and asked me if I had used it. I replied no and then she shook it to see if it was full. She then opened it and smelled it. Her response shocked me. She looked and me and very abruptly said this is water. We wont exchange it. She said it out loud infront of other employees and other customers. It was embarrassing and to be accused of something like that is unacceptable. Even after another manager stopped by to look at the product and said it was okay to exchange, the same person kept insisting it was water and continued to accuse us even as we were checking out. We have been customers for years of this location and we will not be coming back.

I called to ask if they were still open because I needed to get my mother a new box of roller papers for her perms and the girl who answered sounds inconvenienced by me so I asked to speak to a manager and Kim “I believe that was her name) was very rude and said “yes we’re open but we can’t let old people in” then when I did payment over the phone my card got charged 32 times . They steal from customers
Horrible experience my card was charged twice for one transactions and since i cant go into the store the ladys kept my stuff and told me my transactions didnt go through and they did i called and got a text message and they seemed like they are stealing and wanted to keep my stuff i purchased

This place is horrible. I as a professional will never shop here again. I purchased a cutting chair to help in aiding my Auntie as I cut her hair ad she has Alzheimers. I received the wrong chair. The purchase order was correct yet the item received was not correct. I was told I would have to pay 20% restocking fee, and shipping costs. I said that this was not acceptable as this was their mistake not mine. I was told a manager would get back with me and was blown off for two weeks. I finally spoke to manager and she was rude and attacking. Needless to say this was never resolved and my Auntie is the one suffering. Please note this and stay away from Sallys beauty supply...
Omg after reading the other reviews i now think if the larger girl (cashier) was trying to steal from me when i was checking out!! she rang me up for something and didnt put it in the bag. Whoever manages this place really needs to take a look at the cameras and see if these girls have really been stealing from customers and possibly their own store!

I have gone to different Sally supplies stores but I feel welcomed here. I always bring pictures of the things I need and they already know me and help me find the items I am looking for. I sometimes order things and when their order comes they will call and let me know that what I needs is on stock now.Ana Sanchez.
Had horrible experiences here. I make the extra drive and go to the edgewater location. All of the employees including the manager are disrespectful, unprofessional, and have a horrible attitude. Dont try to exchange anything here unless you want to be accused of stealing. Luckily a threat from me to call police allowed me to exchange an unopened bottle of bonder(with a receipt from the day before in hand) for the bottle of top coat I intended to buy initially but was in a hurry the day before. The staff is horrible. Dont waste your time or money here.
Shouldve read the reviewa before going to this place. Sallys has a generally good reputation so I decided to try it out... BIG MISTAKE!It was dark, messy and nothing was in place. The staff was lazy, rude and careless. They obviously didnt like being there either. Fit the term Clockwatchers to a T!I couldnt handle the staffs attitude and felt obligated to walk out leaving behind everything I intended to buy... This place should be avoided at all costs. Definitely not what I expected.

Funny how another reviewer got accused of stealing when they were completely innocent. The same thing happened to me this afternoon. I walked in looking for a specific brand, I was in the store for about 45 seconds because I did not want to waste my time looking for something they didnt carry in the first place. I was followed out of the store by two employees asking if they could check my purse because I looked sketchy. I gladly pulled the contents of my purse out to prove my innocence. The woman didnt offer an apology or anything. If there is a way I can take legal action l absolutely will. This is highly unacceptable and the employees of this store should not be able to get away with accusing INNOCENT people of shoplifting. I am a very honest person and Ive never stolen anything in my life. I highly intend on filing a report.

First time in a Sally store, finally after all the hype....NOT impressed. Not because of the inventory or prices, or anything else aside from the unprofessional rudeness of the night time manager! UNBELIEVABLE!!! A really bad first impression, but Im above tacking one tantrum-throwing little girl to the rest of the chain, so illI try to go to a different branch. A word to the hiring manager; make sure your staff know how to conduct themselves appropriately, or at VERY least, like a human!

The employees that work at the store are horrible! They seem completely inconvenienced when you ask a question or call to see if something is in stock. I got hung up on twice in a row then sent to voicemail. I would rather drive out of my way than to be treated this way.

So at about 8pm tonight my friend and I come in to pick up a few things while being ringed up we ended up being FALSELY accused of stealing 1 nail polish when we both were about to spend $20-$30 each. My friend emptied her purse and pockets and proved her innocence and the assistant manager Vanessa proceeded to say with a nasty attitude that she must have done something with it. The moment we encountered Vanessa in the store she gave us nasty looks and was rude. When she made accusation she was flat out nasty and hostile. We asked for an apology and she refused. We decided that was enough and left the items we were going to buy. If it wasnt bad enough to be snarled at and accused of something we proved we didnt do she couldnt even give a simple apology. He behavior was inexcusable and it baffles me how someone who lacks so much in customer service skills got the assistant manager position. We will gladly go another Sallys from now on. Francine the sales associate was nothing but nice and super helpful.
I did not like this store at all. I have been to several Sallys and this is the first one where I did not feel welcome. On top of that when I asked a sales associate for help with a product she flat out told me she did not know about the product and that I should go online and google it (pointedly looking at the phone in my hand). Excuse me? Your the one working in the beauty supply store not I, Know your products. Walked out and drove to a smaller (and friendlier one) across town.
Some items can not be returned, and the staff does not warn you about it...The shaver I got was $90 and when later I checked it on Amazon it was $47 ...Clearly this store has unreasonable mark up on the products DO NOT SHOP HERE

I went in asking for a specific red hair dye. I was told they had it & the woman grabbed two boxes from behind the counter & rung me up. I get home to find that she gave me the wrong color (magenta not red)... I assume if I ask you for something specific & you say yes, we have that youll give me what I asked for.. Not some random color.
They hide the black products behind the other product so if I assume the store is racist good luck here

The Store is Good like all of them, but the manager called it, a Hispanic Woman With Yellow-Painted Hair. She took care of us in a bad way, I never go back to that store in the Alameda, expensive, she replied like this it comes out, I was surprised by the price and I told her that if she could search the system if that was the price and she kept quiet, I told her that I didnt want the cream and I took the bag and threw it to the floor behind the counter, That Despot Woman She is a lousy Example of The Hispanic Race, Not all of us are as unhappy as she and Poorly educated. 👎
