Annabelle and Jade were amazing! As an instacarter I don’t always know where everything is. Annabelle helped me through the store, knowing where pretty much everything I needed. Two super sweet ladies!

I usually shop online even cosmetics, but stoped by the store today because I had hard time finding new foundation. I was hoping just to get couple samples, and Becky, the lady with the most beautiful eyes, helped me a lot!!Even though the store was kinda busy with limited amount of staffs, she were so kind and made sure all the people gets the service they needed.I was always the one to check the color at store and buy online, but her service made me wanna start going back to the actual store and buy at the store!!!

So excited to find a Sephora in Belmar, apparently its been here for 2 years, and I missed it! Huge store, friendly staff and they actually do full makeup applications! Jolynn is an amazing makeup artist if you are needing some glam!

This store has an awesome collection of products. I wish they had more liquid eyeliner. The eyeliner just gets more fabulous.

Pamela D the Esthetician was great and sold me half the store. Very brilliant and friendly Staff.

Went in on Sunday, 7/19. Was supposed to open at 11:00. Myself & 4 other potential customers waited. When 11:00 came & went the other women left. I waited & finally after 10-15 minutes someone finally unlocked the doors. I got what I needed & upon checking out was met with a grumpy cashier that after my purchase said nothing. No “thank you” no smile….I love Sephora, but I get better customer service ordering the same products in Amazon. This location is in need of training.

Good location, parking not bad if you park in the large parking garage or large lots. Sales staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

The selections pretty dull, I get with covid people want a more natural look. But when I have better luck finding a pallet that pops with color at target theres some problems.

Every time I visit this store they show me an item that’s not in stock. Why you gotta keep breaking my heart like that?

Staff is always Friendly and helpful and I love how now since Covid Samples are off limits to shoppers so they stay nice and clean and are available by assistance only from staff. I really hope they keep this policy even after Covid.

Came in looking wanting to look at the fenty foundations. Staff was welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in. Bex helped me with getting a match and she was great she actually took her time trying to find my perfect match. They were all out of my shade but she gave me a sample until they stock up. Bex also showed me a similar foundation so I’m trying that out overall my visit was great. I always love belmar location better than southwest plaza!

I love going to this store this is my number one Sephora. when you go in they have extra masks in case you forgot one theyve got hand sanitizer and they have limited staff because of covid but it makes it very nice and the place is very clean. all of the staff is super knowledgeable about different items if not almost all of the products that they carry. restocking the item hopefully and can help walk you through the online ordering process for in-store pickup

Excellent location. The greeter is friendly and opens the door for you so you don’t have to touch the handles. Promptly assisted by a staff member. Unlike Ulta, they actually have someone helping you look at color choices in a safe, hygienic way. It’s impractical for a beauty store to run any other way during these times, as it is necessary to look at the colors. Every staff member I came across during my visit was attentive and friendly. Keep up the great work.

Love this store! Especially love Bex! She is so helpful and really knows the products! She informed me about a product called Skinfix..... literally changed my life. In 3 days my eyelids aren’t so droopy. It works!!Also told me about a lip mask from Laneige.... NO MORE chapped lips!Outstanding customer service! Can’t wait to go back and learn about more products!Thank you Bex!!!!!!

The shop staff at this location was so helpful. They helped me find the exact products I was looking for which work perfectly for what I needed. The shop itself is very large with a wide selection of products.

Nice store but not for me

I was there today July 13th 2020. I loved how they have 2 ladies outside the store with a mask explaining all the covid precautions in the store. As soon as they saw me approach the store they stopped talking to each other to help me. I mean I have been at places where the client has to wait until they make a pause to ask. This was not the case and I loved it. It was a small gesture but it made a difference. Not a lot of people inside. Sanitizers all over the store. They ask what you are looking for talk to their mic and someone comes and helps you find it right away. It made me feel like they care for my health and I was comfortable shopping in the store. I recommend it for sure.
