Store was very clean and air conditioned. Being a wellness member I scored BOGO on probiotics ($11). Really appreciated the self checkout stations although 1 of 3 were out of service. They also accept contactless payment.

My card was charged twice when I purchased in this store. Found out 4 days after purchase. I contacted customer service 5 times and that includes chat, call and email, and for almost 3 weeks nobody cares to give me a callback or email for updates. I was told that Ill be getting a callback in 24 - 48 hrs and the case was escalated to the manager but none was done. Terrible customer service.

A great big shout out of gratitude for the pharmacists at this local Rite Aid at South and Woodruff! We have been coming here for just shy of 20 years for all of our familys prescriptions but are there almost weekly for our eldest member who has numerous prescriptions. We are always greeted with kindness, concern and professionalism. The care in which they treat our whole family has been the kind of experience that you would only receive years ago from your corner independently owned place, where they were your caring neighbors and you built a rapport. That is what this pharmacy offers you. Over the years there have been several times when the pharmacists have caught discrepancies in medications that could have been harmful. And most recently, with the COVID experience, they have offered us generous help and support in receiving our vaccines. I am so grateful for the pharmacists at our local Rite Aid and I highly recommend them as your go to pharmacy. Cheers to Bao-Linh and the rest of the staff!

Pharmacy thats more like a Convenience Store. It has almost everything you need on a daily basis. Its like the classic pharmacy pictured in so many romance novels. Lol! Their Thrifty Ice Cream is probably a childhood favorite of those who grew up in areas where theres a Rite Aid. To this day, its always a pleasure to be able to buy ice cream of different flavors (by the scoop) on your chosen cone or cup without paying for the price of the show of how your food is being combined.

The personnel at this location are horrible. Especially the people that work at pharmacy.Go to another location. It will save you time. And your experience will be better.

I called to see if I can get my prescriptions transferred and the lady at the pharmacy was so rude

I had enjoyed going to Rite Aid for years, I went the other day, however, tried to use a coupon from Discover on my phone and they told me that they do not honor digital coupons. Needless to say I left my purchase on the counter and left, letting them know that they lost a customer. The coupon was not a manufacturer coupon, but a Discover/Rite Aid coupon for $5.00 off a purchase of $25.00 or more. They really need to get with the program and realize that we are in the digital age... I dont believe for one moment that they can only take coupons printed on paper because Rite Aid Corporate makes them send each one in...

Went to Rite aid ..sorry to say that there is no Precautions for costomers as well as for people who work there. worker didnt wear mask, gloves No protection at all. i think Rite aid greedy just making money didnt care about people who work there.

Unfriendly heavy guy in the pharmacy. No one In Line I waited to be called on then I got the third degree.Whos your insurance with?Kiaser.Why didnt you get it filled there?They asked me, I said Id rather go to rite aid.Well have you ever been here before?Im pretty sure I have.Reluctantly looked Me up in the computer, said its been a few years ago you had some other insurance for your @&#%!* medicine.I dont remember that I siad.Well this prescription will cost you 25$.Seemed high to me and he said you can check with kiaser maybe they are cheaper.I said that sounds like a good idea and left.Just plan rude didnt want to help.I wont ever go back.

I talked to an insurance agent named Ed who works in this Rite Aid to help people understand the Affordable Care Act. He is very knowledgable and helped me understand the subsidies and navigate through Covered California and their state exchange for ACA plans. He can hook you up with a great health care plan.
