Superior service and selection. I love the woman who works Saturdays - very knowledgeable and helpful helping me try new products. I always find all I need and more here.

Where do I start? So much to praise here... I love the staff at this location! I live on the east side of town- think airport- and my salon is in Lakewood. I’ve been to EVERY SC in the metro area. The women at this location are always smiling and greet me by name. They will grab the items I’m juggling and bring them to the counter- cause “I’m not getting that much I don’t need a basket.” (You’ve done it too!!)If I have a special request they will help me look on the shelves- the store is always staying up to date with awesome product placement but if it’s not something I normally buy I can easily miss it- and if they don’t have it they will offer to order it or check another store.The store is always clean and the product is facing on the shelves. It’s well kept and the manager actually cares. You can tell.I will drive over here on my days off-28 miles one way- just so I don’t have to deal with the rude, lacking in knowledge staff at other locations.This store is great for everyone in the industry. From the just out of school folks to us who have been behind the chair for a *few* years!Way to go! And see you soon!

I love to shop at this store! The staff is always helpful and friendly! Sue, the manager always goes out of her way to offer suggestions. It amazes me how knowledgeable she is about every single product in the store. Stacy is also helpful! I will continue to shop there!

I love this store so much!!! Every time Im there the staff always checks to make sure Im finding everything I need at least once! I always get new recommendations on things they think I will like, and I get a call each time my color line goes on sale! Fun attentive staff and a great selection!

The help here is extraordinarily unpleasant. Rude for no reason what so ever.I would rather drive farther away from this location ( closest to my home) to purchase the items I need for my salon.

I’ve been shopping here since it was PeelsThe manager-Sue is a professional beyond expectation! She will go out of her way to help you. You’re always greeted at the door as soon as you walk in. Very clean store and always friendly staff. Sue is the best !!

Kristi is the best. She is very polite. She cures your stress and depression immediately once you talk to her.

I never post twice, but tbh I’ve never had a good experience here. The woman is SOOOO rude that even though this one is close to my house I will travel out of my way to not deal with her. Broadway location is incredible! Based on my experiences and some of the other reviews this woman needs to go

Probably the worst salon centric. The lady asked if I was finding everything ok, I asked her if they had something I didn’t see on the shelf’s her response was“Uhm whatever we have is already out.”Don’t talk to the customers or ask if they need help if you are gonna be grouchy and rude. Will not be returning to this location EVER, and will tell everyone to stay clear of it.

It’s always so nice visiting this location. The ladies are friendly, helpful, and aren’t afraid to hold a nice conversation. Store is always very well stocked and clean. By far my favorite location out here.

Blonde woman was beyond unhelpful. Talked to me like she had no idea what I was talking about the whole time, couldn’t get me ANY information on faction 8 (which she told me they didn’t even carry) and basically was like come back tomorrow I can’t help you. Shame because I was about to throw down on theEntire entry line had this woman been interested in helping me.

Women who is a hairstylist with blonde hair works here, and is not very friendly . I usually don’t leave reviews but this one I felt was needed . Every time I go in this location she always has some sort of attitude. I only do skin/nails so I was asking for a recommendation on covering the red I had in my hair . She was very sassy with everything she recommended and looked at me if I was stupid. She was training someone on the job (an esthetician) and I herd her walk down the isle and tell her “ya that’s why I think it’s funny when girls come in here and want to do something that doesn’t work for their hair “ “ like a girl with black hair who says she wants to go bleach blonde” . She was obviously trashing my thoughts because I didn’t have the knowledge she did. I think it was so unprofessional to talk that way right in front of me, out loud, especially saying that to a new person. I was very embarrassed and don’t plan to return .

I do hair, and I buy most of my supplies from this store. All of the employees are nice and helpful. Thankyou and please don’t close.

The ladies here are always helpful and welcoming. By far one of my favorite salon centrics to visit here in CO.

Love the store itself however, everytime I go in here the women with blonde hair and bangs is EXTREMELY rude she always has an attitude and this isnt the first time shes had a bad attitude usually I will give people the benefit of the doubt but this women really must hate her job because it wasnt a one time thing.
