Normally I would not provide a negative review as it is too easy for people to do so without justification. In this instance I believe it was earned. The Salesperson saved Stevinson from a one star review. He was polite and respectful. It was apparent he was uncomfortable with how things transpired. Medved beat Stevinson’s deal by $6,000. Yes folks, $6,000. It was an apples to apples deal. Stevinson even refused to provide the deal sheet to afford me the opportunity to sit down with my wife and discuss the four deals I was presented with from four different dealers. Obviously it would have been an easy decision to eliminate Stevinson given the $6,000 discrepancy; but what about transparency. That is a rhetorical question for you, Stevinson. I suggest you adhere to the mantra in your misleading marketing campaign. As a person whom has bought 100 cars (I am not dealer or broker) you made a huge mistake. It became apparent to me your manager was offended that I was an informed customer whom was shopping for the best deal. Because I avoided being taking advantage of when buying vehicles, I have been able to buy, then trade in, most of my vehicles. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Colorado from Stevinson. My salesman was Ritch Hernandez and he was absolutely the BEST!!! We were using cash from the sale of a house to pay for the truck and Ritch worked with me over the period of a month to find the exact truck I wanted at a price that I felt was extremely fair to both me and the dealership. Best car buying experience I have ever had by far.

Russ was great. He helped me figure out an oddball part i needed for a vehicle at my shop. He didnt have one in stock but helped me find another location that had one. Eventhough he didnt get my business today he will get it next time for sure! I appreciate that Russ wanted to make sure i was taken care of. Thanks again!

Started with the chat part of their website one day and asked how much for a replacement key for a Chevrolet Equinox? Was told someone would email me. That someone was Nick Lohr from the parts department. No mention of price in his email so I phoned him. $61 and change was the cost. Wow! I had heard it was a couple hundred dollars these days for a replacement key. I can charge you that if you like. Funny guy this Nick. Could they do it while I waited? Yes sure, bring it over with paperwork showing a VIN, well cut the key and program it. A day or two later I call Nick to make sure I was ok to bring it in and wait for it. By wait I mean 1 or 2 hours. I want to be reasonable and know they have a business to run, other customers in front of me, etc. Nick was not at the parts counter when I arrived so another man, Nicks supervisor I understand, handled my request. I told the supervisor I was told I could wait for the procedure (cutting the key and programming the key). I dont know that said Nicks supervisor, you have to ask the service department. I was escorted to service where I was told Id have to leave the vehicle. And, it would be $150 to program the key. Thats now $211 and change, and leave it for half a day. I had mentioned to Nick earlier in the week, Wow! I had heard it was a couple hundred dollars these days for a replacement key. I can charge you that if you like, said Nick. Innacurate funny guy this Nick. You would think ol Nick could have put his thinking cap on and mentioned something like Yes, it will be a couple hundred dollars out the door, but from the reviews here I think maybe this innacuracy and buffoonery is the norm for Stevinson. Len Lyall Chevrolet charges $65 for programming the key. It can be done yourself in some cases, but this vehicle is a Canada manufactured vehicle and those are not DIY. Stay away from Stevinson and Nick unless you know his answers to your questions are verified by more competent people in their organization. Don
