Was told by auto shops and the roadside assistance the day my cars battery died that NAPA would do free installation with battery purchase... Nope. Came back to store the same day to give them my old battery and then asked them if they can help install wipers since I need to buy a new one too that day... Still got denied even with different staff. Not sure what was going on that day with the staff but did not receive the best customer experience.

Ordered online and sent my spouse to pickup and they wouldnt allow it. Of course I am stuck and cant drive to get it. I was even on the phone giving my consent and order number and info. Stupid company policy. Its unfortunate too because i really liked a couple of the employees there.

One store didnt have everything that I needed but, he was able to check that another store did have what I wanted in stock so, I ended up getting everything that I needed. I am a happy camper now!

Mr with Irish gnome on his hand did not know how to sign me up for rewards program. More training would be useful. Also, he told me that they don’t track products by phone number for warranty purposes which I was told different in a last visit. Confused.

Not happy with their return policy,I wasnt sure about what size pipe I needed so I ended up buying two other sizes just so that I would not have to come back if the first one was the wrong size, return the other two pipes but I couldnt get my refund added to my card immediately and I was told it could take up to 5 days for it to show back into my account, so bothered by this because when I charged it I immediately got another notification 5 seconds out after purchasing it saying it was with John from my account but on my return it could take up to 5 days for it to be at it back so not right and so very confused dont think Ill be going back there again

I came in to get help having my codes read. Nick C. helped me out and went above and beyond to take care of me and my needs. He helped diagnose the issue, explained the options, loaned us tools to use in the parking lot, helped us find instructions on YouTube, and did everything he could to help us get back on the road, all while being very nice and patient.

Incredible service! An issue came up on my old Ford with transmission fluid, the staff were able to research and provide me accurate information and were polite and happy to help the whole way through. Definitely recommend shopping here!

After checking Napas website, the description of the part I need shows that it not the proper fit. I took old part to store and asked to see the part that, the computer shows to be not the part. Well... Well looky there, computer is wrong this time, it is an exact match. So dont always believe what computer shows, go to the store and have the people at the counter provide there great service and confirm the part.

The only store that had the part I needed.

Ive been going to this particular store for several years now. Paul and the other guys working the desk are head and shoulders above the other parts desk guys when it comes to knowledge and helpfulness. Its not the cheapest place to go (call it the NAPA tax,) but if you want the right part now; its worth it.

These people are helpful and know their products. Question no problem and the store was a complete organized. I needed a tank repair kit for a family member and they were more than excited to aim me in the rigjt direction. Way to go NAPA!

Great place! Friendly, prompt and informative! They also run amazing deals on a regular basis. I cant say the same for most of these other auto parts stores.

Went in and waited almost 20 min to be helped then i was told that he needed to help the customers that where behind me in line before he would help me........ really not happy with the customer service here!

The manager Andrew is great.He found my obsolete parts in no time at all.This napa is tip top.Great prices and service.I pass half a dozen parts stores on the way to this Napa because there the best.I highly recommend this Napa auto parts.

Dont trust their online services, they say they have a part ready to pick up in 30 minutes, and when you get there there they dont have it

I asked for help switching out my head lights and didnt get any help. I should have went to Autozone. Finally after 30 minutes of me struggling in the parking lot trying to change out my front head light a nice native american younger gentlemen came and helped me with my light thank you. Too bad there were not more people like you at this location willing to help.

Always a wait because there is usually only 1 person at the front. Cant turn left out of lot. But they do always have what I need...

My battery seemed to be failing. Stopped by to have it tested. It had a dead cell and needed to be replaced. Since my car is only two years old the gentleman suggested I see the dealership because it should be under warranty. Sure enough it was. He saved me around $200. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Bad the cashier called the cops on me because I told him I wasnt ganna leave till I talked to the manager, or get my month old battery replaced. He called the cops then went and got the manager. Colfax and Sheridan store

Company does not have my vehicle on their records and have the parts for my particular type of vehicle very strange I think they need to update their system because when Im calling in for a part for my vehicle and they tell me on the phone that they cannot pull it up because its not on their system it seems kind of strange and not good for business
