I called about a Subaru which they had in stock but there was already an interested buyer. Tom took my info and kept me up to date, and called as soon as that buyer backed out. I submitted a True Car value request to see what my Jeep would be worth, since it was a lease and hasnt been driven enough to justify the monthly cost. My wife and I decided to see what our options were to end the lease early and most new car manufacturer leases dont make it easy. True Car was a winner here. Assuming youre not upside down on your vehicle (you need to be realistic too) you can potentially sell your vehicle (including a lease) outright to a dealership rather than trade it in if youre not interested in getting a replacement vehicle, which is exactly what we wanted to do. It makes sense during these unprecedented times to save money where you can. Here is where AA shines, specifically Jim. True Car sends off your vehicle details from their website once you agree to receiving contact from area dealerships. Some dealers have automatic responses set up to certain thresholds and vehicle brands and types. Jim immediately sent me an offer and then followed up the next morning with a slightly higher offer than the autogenerated one, showing he actually reviews these offers personally.Once I called him on the phone, I explained my situation and what I was trying to accomplish. I worked in the car sales business in another life and Im always prepared for a surprise (usually a negative one) with any dealership I encounter. Jim was a breath of fresh air. I had never been to Auto Aves and Im always leery of used car dealers based on prior experience. AA is run like a new car dealership in that everything is clean and professional in appearance and the staff that greeted me on my Up approach to the doors was helpful and not overbearing or disinterested. They pointed me toward Jim, who not only was waiting for me and available at the agreed upon time, he had most of the paperwork completed! He completed an evaluation of my vehicle and its condition, which was admittedly dirty, but otherwise in excellent condition (7,000 miles with 21 months of service -2019 MY). He had me sign the necessary docs and later my wife returned to do the same, and that was it. I spent maybe 30 minutes combined at the dealer and at no point in time did Jim pressure me to buy a vehicle from him, knowing what I was trying to accomplish. I cannot suggest Automotive Avenues enough.

I highly recommend Automotive Avenues. If you go, ask for Trameka. She is absolutely fabulous and helpful! When she followed up with me, I told her I didnt have a car and that I was going to walk there. She offered to pick me up (I lived fairly close) in one of the vehicles I was interested in. That really stuck with me. She didnt have to do that but she did. She went above and beyond and was very personable. I really cant say enough great things about the customer service I received.

I bought my last car with Auto Aves, and they did SUCH a good job getting me what I wanted. They worked with both myself and my credit union tirelessly to get me in that car and I will be ever thankful for that.Unfortunately, we had quite the opposite experience when we went last week to look at a car for my husband. He has his mind set on three different cars, and wanted to test drive them all to see what felt the best. We found what we wanted at Auto Aves and took a trip down, and the first advisor able to meet with us was Cheryl. We explained to her that we are looking to buy in the next two months, because we are about to discharge a bankruptcy, but he needs a car to work - hence trying to get a car now instead of trying to repair our credit more first. She would not even ENTERTAIN him just driving the car. She came at us with, oh you absolutely need at least $3,000 down and under $15k for the car. You also wont find any of the cars youre looking for in that price range. I kept trying to explain to her that we are merely trying to get our ducks in a row, so that when we decide to buy, we have everything we need and dont fiddle around in finance to just end up getting denied a loan. I know bankruptcy sucks, and there are so many dealerships that work exclusively with banks that will help handle them, but I wanted to come back since they treated me so well the first time. The fact that we couldnt even drive it, literally just to see if thats even a car he would want to purchase just flabbergasted me. Ive never had someone come across so negatively when trying to make such a substantial purchase, to basically just say Yeah youre not gonna get what you want. The only recompense was saying she had a broker that could possibly help. No contact information, no willingness to help us establish a game plan. Sadly I dont think well be purchasing from them.

We had such a great experience here! My family has bought cars from here several times but it was the first for me and couldnt be any happier! Tramika was awesome. I wanyed to get a jeep and she helped to find the one that I bought. She kept me updated on what she was trying to bring in and other inventory that she thought I might like. She never gave up on finding the perfect vehicle to me. She explained everything for the process and answered me and my dads questions. She also asked my daughters opinion, who is 10, and was able to talk to her about it as well. She even stuck around late the night we bought it and the night we picked it up. Such great service!! CJ was also amazing with explaining options for financing and down payment. He answered all of the questions that were thrown at him and was great about answering them.Everyone was great here from the mechanics that said hello to the front desk receptionist and all the staff that we encountered. I dont do reviews often, but this is one I thought I should do to show how amazing they are. Thank you again for being wonderful and selling me a wonderful Jeep!!

Tami at Auto Aves was great to work with. No pressure sells at any point. Very flexible with my test drive time (I took it to Aurora and back!) Purchase process was smooth. Extended warranties were offered but I wasnt made to feel guilty for refusing. Followup was required on the vehicle and Tami has faithfully stayed in touch through the process.

This was my first time purchasing from a dealership. I admit I put on my armor for the tactics I had heard so much about. Fortunately they aren’t typical in respect to dealerships with high pressure sales. I was at ease and almost comfortable (covid restrictions make it hard to converse well). They had the specific vehicle I was looking for and they really wanted me to have it. I noted a specific issue regarding the sound of the engine and they had it in the shop bay and had a work order to repair the problem. It overall was a good experience for my first buying a vehicle from a dealer. They work off of a different system than commission and that helped although I am sure there is still high incentive to sell, it is not a boiler room experience.

Love Automotive Avenues. This is my second time using the service. You give them your specifications for a car. If they dont have the item on their own lot they will act as an auto broker and search for the car of your dreams. Awesome service.
