Bought 4 snow tires. Mounted as requested. Asked for a repair on another snow tire. Not only was the repair not performed but the tire was remounted the wrong direction! I explained when the tires were dropped off I love 80 miles from the store!

Great service and the guy who helped me didnt try to oversell me on more than what I needed! I would suggest scheduling online as it was quick and easy. I will be back here when I get tires for my truck! They have the best options and prices highly recommend!

I have always had good service from this location and will probably always come back. But when you set up an appointment and your vehicle does not even go into a service bay for 50 minutes past the appointment there is a problem. I really miss the managers from a couple years ago who got to know their repeat customers.

The tire idiot light came on. They tested and found the driver side rear two pounds less than the other three. All tested low due to the huge temperature drop. The filled them and advised me to watch the drivers rear since it was lower than the others. Great bunch of guys!!

Bought 4 new tires plus 4 new tire sensors for almost $1000. They stripped one bolt in each of 3 wheels! Blamed it on Subaru. I’ve had this Subaru since 2009 and Discount has serviced my car for tires ever since - never had this problem. The manager gave me a credit to get the bolts replaced at Brakes Plus which will involve another 3 hour job. Discount staff’s reliance on impact wrenches and haste caused this problem when they rotated the tires on a previous occasion. Will not return to this store!

This store is awesome! A shout to Alex, he is the BEST! He is helpful from start to finish, knowledgeable, and so polite. But, to be fair, all the employees are polite, and their goal is to get customers in and out quickly.

I have been shopping at discount tire for 28 years in the Denver area putting tires on multiple cars. 4 months ago I purchased a Honda Pilot and went on a road trip and put over 9,000 miles on my vehicle, I hit a curb and to my surprise I lost all the tread on the front of my pilot shortly after that.so when I went to discount they give me a price for two new tires that were supposed to match what I already had on their vehicle I went as advice down the road to get a wheel alignment and when I came back the price went from one price to almost $500 for two tires. The reason for this? Was because they gave me price for cheaper tires. Discount ..... Do not try to sell tires that dont match the current tires on someones vehicle unless they ask you to do it. Apparently the price they had given me were for cheaper tires, not match tires. I did return about a week later,after crying about how expensive everything is nowadays and had them put matched tires on my vehicle. Im not sure why the associate would think that I wanted a price for tires that did not match the current tires. Discount dont do this! The service here is always amazing these guys I them work in the garage they work well together, they must have a great manager and theyre happy at their jobs so if you need new tires this is the place and Burger Kings right across the street to get lunch or coffee! I only give them four stars this time around because I was a little disappointed because when Id returned from my wheel alignment the price of the tires was incorrect because they gave me a price for a mismatched tires but outside of that everything is Bellissimo!

Discount tire really really was fantastic!. I got new tires on my Corvette. Within a week I had ruined the left tires and ruined my rims. They were able to come up with a good price for aftermarket rims for the Corvette and they replace the tires for free no charge for balancing and mounting the new tires that I had ruined and they put the new tires on the new wheels and only charged me a total of $44. I did by the warranty obviously. But I had went back to that store many times because I had screwed up. They were really helpful they told me I needed alignment. This is the favorite of all the discount tires I have ever gone to in Lakewood Denver etc. These guys over here are so nice and kind so helpful. Thank you,

Even while they’re slammed with the phone ringing nonstop they were so incredibly helpful and attentive. I had a tiny screw in my tire and they patched my new tire up so quickly. I was really impressed by the entire team!

Every time I have to go to discount tire I am immensely impressed. Over the years Ive had to go to them for various reasons and they are always amazing.This time I went in because one of my tires wasnt holding air. I was told it would be close to an hour before they would be done. Not 30 minutes later they were already finished. Turns out there was a screw in it. Patched up my tire and I was on my way!

Walked in for about a hour wait for my tire to be inspected. It was determined it was a big nail that had been making my tire go flat. The guys were able to patch it right up and have me all taken care of in about 2 hours. The man named Paul was very helpful. Recommended I didn’t drive on it at all due to psi being pretty low. I took his advice and waited patiently. Everyone looked to be working with a sense of urgency and doing diligent work! Thanks everyone for your help! I’ve been doing to discount tires for years and they always provide great service and value!

Definitely served by a great salesperson - which is not always my cup of tea. I had to deal with the highball and then prompt for the most affordable, before agreeing upon a strategic midpoint - my advice is to assume a modest budget on the customers emergent behalf, and only suggest the high point if the vehicle in question warrants the endeavor?

In todays world, it is hard to have a good experience at most retailers. It seems that everyone has lost the drive to do their job or treat customers as they should. That being said, this was the best shopping experience Ive had in a long time. I was driving down I70 and hit a Denver pot-hole and ruined my front tire. I called everyone, and this was the only store that had my tire size in stock. They took me as a walk-in and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Everyone went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. Very polite and did a great job. THANK YOU

I started going to this store when I moved to Lakewood, and I still drive all the way there now that Ive moved away! The customer service here has been phenomenal for all the 3 years Ive been going, and they always are so nice. If there are ever issues with an online order, they will call me right away and make recommendations, and they always answer all of my questions. They always work as fast as they can, and they always go great work. They were not busy mid-season when I went last tike, and they got me in and out in 30 minutes with an appointment. They can be pricey, but I consider the security I get from working with such a great and knowledgeable store worth it!

This place has great customer service, the guys here are super friendly especially Garrett who checked me in to get started. He was very kind and sweet through the whole process. They worked quickly. Friendly, everything clean, sanitized and 6ft distancing during my visit on 23 July. But I had an appointment at 2:15pm to do two trailer tires. I had to wait 45 minutes until they got me in, and then it took only 10 minutes. I looked at the reviews (while waiting:~) on their shop website, and could relate to a few of them (like Tanya D.s on 29 May) that also speak to this same issue. I was going to let it go (every shop gets overbooked sometimes) except when I logged into my account it said that I missed my appointment. Not sure why, but after being there promptly on time and then having to wait, this didnt seem cool (and the cynic in me says it might be so that I could not leave an official review on the shop website.) Anyway, for what its worth for other customers with appointments.

I was blown away at the service these men provided not just to us and their customers but also to those in need around the area. A woman’s truck caught fire and one of the workers ran over with a fire extinguisher as the fire department was called. Also in the bathroom the provided funny hydration guidelines to go along with the water they offer as you wait.

Would love to be able to give a zero star rating but thats not an option. Just stopped by because I had a low tire pressure and wanted to have them check it out. The tire check guy was very short in responses. He did fill up the tires but did note that one tire was low. When I told him that one has been low for a little while and asked him to look for a nail he just immediately said that he didnt see any. I pulled over and looked myself and saw a screw immediately. When I asked someone else if they could look to see if it was repairable they just walked on by and said they were helping someone else but didnt even slow down at all to make eye contact. It would have literally taken 1 minute to see if it was repairable but I guess they are just too busy to help out. I wont be coming back to this location for new tires in the future.

Moving forward this will be the only place I go to for my tire maintenance. They were fast, affordable and enthusiastic about what they do. Thank you Discount.

After being treated rudly at DT on Federal, we drove to this one and they took us in immediately and had a brand new tire on in less then 20 minutes.

This location is very popular so when I saw there was no line this morning, I dropped in to get my tires rotated and balanced. They had me out within an hour. Sometimes things just work out perfectly.

I love discount tire! This location not so much and I will never be back after my visit here in May of 2020. I noticed I had a Nail in my tire that is covered under the Discount road hazard coverage. Stopped by right when they opened on a Saturday morning and was told the best I can do is see you on Tuesday maybe if you can leave it with me all day that day!!! Then the gentlemen helping me just stared at me and said nothing..........i finally say well Im kind of in the middle of traveling between selling my house and what not so thats not going to work. Do you have any suggestions? Ahhh nope Tuesday is what I have...... I had to ask the guy then hey can I get some air then so it doesnt go flat before try a different location?......oh ya I can do that, so you dont want tuesday?? Maybe the guy I was dealing with was off that day or something?? I pulled out the old smart phone and called the discount on Colfax and they instantly were like oh ya come on by and well fit you in for road hazard. Typically every discount Ive ever been to would have been like let me call some other stores so we can make sure you are taken care of before that tire blows out. I cruised over to the discount on Colfax....they were a lot more busy then when I pulled up at this store and were super super apologetic for even suggesting I might have to wait a bit.....I was there for about 40 or 50 minutes at the Colfax store and left with my tire fixed so I didnt have a safety issue driving around on a tire with a nail in it. I will never go back to this location because Ive never had this experience at the dozen or so other locations Ive been to in my life in different states and towns.

I came in after I started hearing a rhythmic noise from my front driver side tire and pulled over to see it was a giant bolt that got jammed into it. I came in and they were able to help me on the spot as they had little traffic at the time. I was very impressed with this and the service was free! It was great. Ill remember them when I need any tire related services.

Friendly. Fast. Free?I am sure that most services cost something, but in my case the other day it was free. I went in to get a tire looked at which had a screw in it, and a slow leak. I booked an appointment slot online - was advised to give them about an hour for the fix. When I arrived, I was happy to see that they were taking COVID precautions and appreciated it. Within 30 minutes, I received a text notification saying that my vehicle was done and ready for pick up. I checked my email for the invoice, and noticed that there was no charge for this service. I have gone to this shop many times before - this shop has always been great to work with, and I have had no issues. I hope you have a great experience too!

I was here about two months ago and following up with a review now. First, I was referred to Discount Tire through a friend as he has had good experiences at their franchises. I worked with three people and all of them were nice and the time expectation for the new tires was on time but I dropped it off during work and they did it in the AM so that went smooth. I came back two months later as I was looking to take my front tires off to do a brake job and couldn’t get two of lugs off, they were definitely stripped and Eric took care of me right away. What impressed me was he handled the situation professionally and knowledgeably. He informed me it’s a issue that Ford and Dodge is having with some of their lugs, nonetheless he was pronto to remove the two stripped lugs and torqued the ones I brought to spec. Good place and even better people. I would recommend this location.

I had an appointment on a fleet vehicle. I showed up early. It took over 2 hour to get 4 new tires install. During that time I watch may people come in after me and do walk up service and leave before I did. I also watch the tire techs horsing around and boxing in the back area while people were waiting for there vehicles. I have used this location a lot over the years and there service has gone down hill. When I said something to the guys that delivered my vehicle about it they just blew me off. I definitely will use someone eles next time. I would avoid this location if you are on any kind of schedule. Obviously appoints and fleet accounts dont make a difference anymore.

I know there’s Covid… you still should have some clue of you business.Pulled in at 10:35 AM and asked if it is possible to get a tire fixed that I purchased from this store earlier this year. You commited to fixing it in 2 hoursand to return around 1:00. I went and got a haircut and grabbed lunch and came back a little after noon and saw that my car wasn’t ready so I sat down in one of your chairs outside. I called at 1:00 to find out The status on my car and was told it wasn’t ready yet and the best that he could think it would be another two hours. Help me to understand if I’m there at 10:30 and you know the work ahead of you for the day how you can then move me back hours Unless you just pick and choose who you want to help and pay no attention to the line or your COMMITMENT of time. Called the Discount tire at 6686 South Wadsworth on April 25th, to get my daughters snow tires taken off. The person who answered said they only work off appointments unless it is an emergency. Told him my daughter had to go out of town for work and did not want to drive on her snow tires because it was early spring. I told him I could drop it off and leave it for whatever time he needed it. I would do whatever he needed for me to keep his team safe if he could do my tires. He said That did not matter. He told me that he could not get to it until Wednesday April 29th. He was quite rude and said he could not do anything without an appointment. Called this Discount store at 2000 S. Kipling. The person who answered was super helpful. I told him the same story. He said he had no appointments left for Saturday but if I came in early and left it he would get it done as soon as possible.Went in Saturday at 8am, they have a great Virus procedure set up. They got me out in 30 minutes and I felt very comfortable with the way they handled everything. I buy all my tires at Discount Tires. Big Thank you to the team at South Kipling Discount Tire

These guys are straight slime! I called at 5:30 and explained that I had a screw in my tire. I told the guy (wish Id remember his name) that I was going going on a camping trip and was concerned Id have an issue on the road. His response was that they close at 6pm and no time. I was like what? I called the location on Federal and Jewell, they helped. F this location!
