I am new to the world of Audi and Prestige Audi as well. In the two visits I have had there, the staff has been friendly, professional and efficient, even during this pandemic. They offer great maintenance packages, loaner cars, and an amazing video inspection by the mechanic who works on your car. Nothing is left to the imagination and you can count on them giving you quality and ethical service. My Audi has found a great home away from home at Prestige Audi!
Fixed my porsche and on my way said nothing was wrong but it didnt work before and did after so I am happy No charge 😊

Terrible experience with Calvin in the parts department. Really disinterested in being helpful. No resource work whatsoever. Strongly suggest a different dealer for parts.
Dropped my A6 off for the 30K check and it was ready when promised 90 minutes later. Staff very friendly.

Very happy with the service, my TT broke down, brake line, had never been to Prestige before but they were recommended to me so called and had my car towed there. Cory was my contact person and always available, he let me know when it would be looked at and repaired and the cost. They actually got to it sooner than expected, picked up the car, smooth quick easy process with plenty of employees available to help,me get on the road quickly. Last Prestige had coffee and doughnuts available, nice touch and the coffee is good. I will be going back for any service on my TT. thanks

Brian Bateman hooked me up. Thanks Brian. I ordered a cargo net and forst aid kit for my newly purchased Audi A6 pre-owned vehicle. Net wasnt in stock so he mailed it to me and I am thankful. He then helped me with additional parts for my vehicle when I drove down for a vehicle introduction appointment with the Audi Customer Care Coordinator and Delivery Specialist, Nicki Zufelt. Two weeks in and I am happy with all the people that make Prestige Imports run so smoothly.
An acquaintance helped me with an issue on my A4 Avant. He referred me to a Prestige technician Aaron Murano. After reviewing everything he suggested it might be something as simple as a Fuse in the vehicle. I cant thank Aaron enough for pointing me in the right direction.Two thumbs up for Aaron. A GREAT TECHNICIAN
