I took my car to World Compass for body work following a car accident and I am highly pleased with my experience and the service I received. They got me in for an estimate as quickly as their schedule would allow - which was actually a month sooner than initially scheduled. Following the estimate, they ordered the parts and got them painted so that they could install them as soon as they were ready. The whole process was so quick and easy. Everyone I interacted with was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They even took care of the car rental stuff on my behalf. Im still in disbelief at how quick and easy it all was. They returned the car completely cleaned, inside and out - the car looks great!!! I highly recommend this shop and will most definitely be coming to World Compass for any future needs!!!

Brought in my 2020 tacoma for an estimate. They quoted me used parts when clearly I want oem parts on a truck that new. Lady got real short with me just for requesting oem. Do not take any new vehicles here. They will cut corners and try and sell you used parts. Found out my truck actually had 26k in damages and ended up being totaled after they quoted me 6.6k in damages

World Compass Collision put me and those driving around me, in severe danger by not bolting down / tightening my suspension. I could hear it was not in place and the replacement parts were used and did not look Grade A. Turns out the strut and sway bar werent even the correct parts for my vehicle. I will not be back.

The people at World Compass did an amazing job repairing my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup. Their office staff is great and kept me well informed with the progress of the repair.

Professional and Fast. We were really impressed especially with their timing over the holidays. We were able to go in the morning after we called for a quote. Gave them the go-ahead that day - one week before Christmas. Luckily we could still drive the car. Took the car in the day after Christmas. They had already ordered parts. We picked up the car one week later on Jan 2. New windshield, paint and front damage all repaired. Other shops were telling they would not even be able to get us in until February. Definitely a positive experience!

100+lb deer did the damage to my truck. Complete damages where light, hood, fender, door panel, mirror and windshield.Took about a week. This was completely worth the wait! Excellent customer service all around!

Guy told me they would have parts ready by friday. Called em friday and they said they dont have parts cause i didnt pre pay. Total waste of time. Dont go here
