I had a collision in Lakewood and this shop towed us. We decided to leave it because they seemed a large operation and most larger businesses get big by doing right. NOT THESE GUYS.If you have the misfortune of being near this shop when you crash..dont go here. Remember I warned you if you do business here anyway.This shop billed for work never performed, put the front end back together poorly aligned..Lome by ALOT. They left dents and damage all over the vehicle that my insurance paid them for and yet were never performed. They wont allow you to see or go near your vehicle until its paid for..so you get what they give you AFTER you pay.Id give these guys a less than 1 star if I could.

They are professional and fair. Prices are good work preformed is quality.

The secretary that runs the operation is very good although the man that roams around Has a smart mouth towards women but would not dare to confront a man Perhaps hes special needs.

Avoid at all costs, ask the police to be towed elsewhere, these people are just plain THIEVES.They charge you twice for storage AND yard, twice for cleaning AND applying lysol to door handle and steering wheel.Totalling almost 400 dollars when ANY other company would charge you less than half of that.And to top it all, of course no masks, and a nasty attitude like theyre doing us a favor for taking our money, hung up on us when we call back for a follow up... Just plain the worst place Ive ever visited.

Excellent Body Shop. They went above and beyond to paint my classic Chevy pickup. Looked like new when I got it back. Glen was a pleasure to deal with.

The owner is rude!!!! Went there twice to look at my car the got towed there.. he said he was going to charge me 25 dollars if I came back again. I honestly thought he was joking.... business owner to business owner. Thats not how you treat custoners.. I was considering bringing my personal car there because the facility looks great. But after the owners comments, I do not recommend this place at all. You lost business, and I will spread the word..

After being involved in a fender bender, my insurance company sent me to Tilton Body in Lakewood (they offered $100 off my deductible if I went with one of their preferred shops). The quote came in $30 cheaper than the deductible, so the insurance co. didnt put any $ out. Tony was very quick to work with me on pricing, told me to bring the car in on a Wednesday and promised to have the car ready for Friday morning. The job was completed by Thursday evening, didnt even take a full two days! BETTER YET, the guys were awesome and kindly detailed the inside of my car, looks/feels like a brand new vehicle. Thanks again Tony and staff, I will for sure be back and will be referring you to anyone in need of body work!!!

The man who towed my car here was very rude, the people working behind the front counter were not very helpful nor friendly. The guy working the lot was very nice though thats the only reason I didnt give this place one star. I wouldnt recommend coming here if you can avoid it, especially if youre a female.

I dropped my car off to this shop in August. It is now November 3rd and they havent even started the body work on it. Terrible service. Spoke to the owner over the phone regarding this matter and all I got was excuses. Theres a reason the rating for this shop is so low and I wish I did my research before bringing it there.Would not recommend to anyone unless you are willing to not see your vehicle for 6+ months.

Never let them tow car by a accident, always tell for the police that you have a towing company coming they are rod thieves and they will give you all run around to pick up your vehicle, if they tow your vehicle make sure that they tow it to your house or to your mechanic right away so you dont have any hassle like I did with them.

Theyre very nasty to you. I got my paperwork to come to pick up a car @ 12 :00 and the owner rudely tells me lunch now need to come back at 1

I had a car accident and my mechanic referred me to Tilton. My car actually looks brand new, with the new front end and headlights. Very happy with the service and outcome.

He did me a favor and told me to go some where else to get my body work done. All because I didnt want to listen to him as he put it and use his recommended car rental that I didnt need. Looks like he didnt need the work. I was treated like I was annoying him. Now that I have had the poor experience of dealing with Mr your not listening to me! I found a better place. Thanks, Mr Your not listening to me. I saved myself the Agony.

I brought my vehicle in there I get an estimate and after 2 weeks they basically said if you are going to shop this around then I dont want to spend the 5 hrs. to put a price together and then just hung up even thou we where trying to get it done by them my opinion bad costumer service and I would never use or recommend them to anyone.

These people are scam artist. After having a nightmare experience and dealing with their rude staff I asked to talked to the owner. Thats when I dealt with a guy named Tony who is an awful human being. I really dont even know how this place stays in business. Your car is in better hands anywhere else but here! Save yourself the agony.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. Was told to go work the corner and was stupid because he didnt know what was going on on his own shop! He tells me he sent my tow guy away because I didnt call ahead and hung up on me and when I called back he said we didnt know what we were talking about the car is on the tow truck bed. I asked why he was being so rude and unprofessional and he proceded to tell me he treats people the way he feels he was treated??!?!!?! What a horrible service and an even more disgusting facility. The only good thing about them is the girl at their front desk.

My car broke down on 70 and Whitesville Road the police would not let me wait for AAASo they had Tilton come tow me I was told it would be $100 if i paid cash if not $190.
