From start to finish, my experience with Caliber was top notch! I was kept informed throughout the entire process via text (my preference). The process was very easy and Charlie was extremely helpful and friendly (both Charlies!). The location was very close to me and I really appreciated that they offered to return my rental car back to Enterprise for me so it alleviated one extra step for me to find a ride back. The work on my car was done well and I appreciated the care they took with getting it transported to the muffler shop for final repair there. I would definitely recommend and reuse should I need collision repair!

I had a great experience using Caliber for my GMC truck. Alex J was great at communicating with me during the entire process. They even finished my repairs much earlier than expected. I had one issue after I got my vehicle home. Alex handled the problem quickly and professionally. I will use Caliber for any future repair needs.

Really bad communication. PLEASE read negative comments before you go there. I was amazed to see I had a similar experience. When I called for updates on my repairs I was lied to and then told I dont know. I dont know, I dont know and would not get return calls. I felt like they were vindictive when I called to pick up my car when I was told it would be ready and it wasnt. When I finally picked up my car a month later it was very dirty and the cargo cover was missing. I called about the cargo cover and again lied to. They said they would call me back and never did. When I picked it up its stained and dirty.

Caliber has worked on my car twice and both times did a great job! Steve was extremely communicative and great about giving me updates on the status of the repairs. I was very happy with my experience at Caliber -- everyone was extremely professional and I felt supported through the process.

They removed windshield without breaking it and re-installed it without breaking it, again. Excellent service, in my opinion! Everyone on the staff was very accommodating and wanting to be helpful. Every aspect of the experience with them was a good one and the work they turned out was of very high quality. I would not hesitate to use them again and would be very glad to always recommend their work to anyone. I felt my repair was somewhat of a challenge and they certainly stepped up to it! They kept me informed of everything that was happening, again I appreciated that very much. I was a little bit skeptical when I walked in (everyone has heard repair “horror” stories) but completely satisfied and very grateful when I received back my vehicle! It looked beautiful!! I couldn’t have been happier!!!

This work was done with an intermediary driver of my vehicle. Despite numerous requests for updates and giving my contact number to different staff, I never saw the finished work; never received any updates, never was consulted about delays, only received updates when I was able to reach someone about the work.

I brought my car here because I was rear ended. They gave me an estimate on how long it would be and updated me with texts! Caliber Collision in Wheat Ridge CO. Replaced my door hinges for my truck. I met with the office staff and was greeted immediately and advised I was a walk-in and if they could repair the hinges on the door. They immediately referred me to Charlie and he introduced himself in a professional friendly manner then went out to my truck and explained the work and then has the repair tech Cesar check it out to ensure what needed to be completed and within 90 minutes I was out the door with brand new hinges and a great experience. After the work was completed Cesar returned my truck and explained the repair and my truck was as clean as when I dropped it off. Charlie then followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction with the repair and the service time. The whole experience was A+++ great job with everyone involved with the service...

Recently I bought a new Chevy Silverado. One month after I bought it, I got rear ended. As you can imagine, I was devastated. Caliber Collision in Lakewood was the best choice I ever made. Steve walked me through the process and explained other damage that I had not seen. I got daily updates and my truck was ready to go in 9 days!! It looks like brand new. They washed it, looks like polished it, cleaned the inside; it looks awesome!! Everyone who works at the Lakewood facility is very friendly, helpful, and professional. One of the exhaust vents was bent a little and caliber will order me a new one and install it. Gerard/Jerod? was extremely helpful with the exhaust heat shield. I will most definitely go back again if I needed my truck repaired again. Krista in the front office greets you with a smile and is super friendly. I highly recommend the Lakewood caliber collision!!

Better than new! Great Customer Service. I took my truck to them after it had been hit in the free parking lot at Keystone (River Run), the classy person who hit it drove off and left me to find the damage and deal with it....must have been a skier from Texas but I digress. Rick and the folks at Abra were more than helpful and got me through the entire process in about a week and a half (from drop off to pick up). I got updates daily and was even able to go into the shop while my truck was disassembled to speak with the repair tech about what they were going to do. In the end the patience was worth it, the truck looks fantastic and I couldnt be more pleased. Special shout out to Rick for his patience as well, great shop and good people. Highly recommend.

Ronnie Jones is the doctor of cars. He was able to help me in less than 20 min after seeing dealerships and other mechanics for a year for an issue no one could even figure out. He was so professional and passionate about his job and taking care of customers. I left the Abra with a huge smile on my face because now I don’t have to stress over my car anymore.

Abra would have LOST me $3,250. Initially everything seemed fine when scheduling my appt. I have a sedan that was rear ended with some bumper damage and the trunk was twisted a little. I am not getting it repaired as I am actually selling the car and will just take the loss in value since I need the car gone to buy another vehicle. The guy looked at the bumper and took a couple pictures then said that was all he could do without removing the bumper, and since they arent doing the repairs, they wont remove the bumper. I offered to remove it myself, since it is a 5 minute, 8 screw/bolt job. He said there was nothing he could do since he already looked at it. He was arrogant and acted like I was being unreasonable trying to get an appropriate estimate for my car that was damaged by no fault of my own. He even stated that once he did the initial look there was nothing he could do. After calling the insurance, they said that the information given from Abra was incorrect, all the insurance needs is an estimate from an auto body shop. It doesnt matter who removed the handful of screws to get the dumb bumper off. Abra quoted my car to be repaired for approx $750. Bear Creek Auto Body, who treated me like a person was willing to look at the car without the bumper on it. Their quote was almost $4,000!!! Glad I didnt settle with these jokers who claim to be a professional body shop. They wouldve cost me $3,250.

The staff was professional from start to fishiness while giving world class customer service. The body shop staff did an excellent job on the repair taking the up most pride in the work that they do and it shows. ABRA is a 5 star body shop that I will recommend with out a doubt. ABRA cleaned up a mess that Addison Auto Body did to my truck, not only did they fix it but they did it right the first time.

I have never dealt with such rude representatives at a body shop!! I took my car in for an estimate for an insurance claim and Antoinette barely even looked at my car and the damages before stating theres going to be more damage than we can see, took a couple pictures and went back inside. It literally took her 2 minutes to assess the damage. I understand that there may be damage underneath the exterior damage, but how can you quote properly without actually LOOKING at the damage! I was rear ended and the fender and hood have been very damaged but she didnt even open the hood to try to get a more accurate estimate! I submitted the estimate to the insurance company and while waiting for a check took my car into another body shop where it took the gentleman a good 15 minutes to really assess the damage. He also stated there was a possibility that there was further damage underneath, but told me (after opening the hood) that there was definitely framework that will need repairs. He quoted me more than $1000 higher than Abra did, but I trusted his estimate more. I received my check today for the amount that ABRA had quoted so I called and spoke with Antoinette again to schedule the repairs. She told me that I wouldnt be able to bring the car in until end of May which is 7 weeks out. She then rudely told me that my car is drivable and that it just looks ugly so I need to tell the insurance company that I needed to return my rental and just drive my car in the meantime. The police department told me my car is legally not drivable! She said well, you need to figure something out then. My mouth literally dropped.I have submitted all of the paperwork to take my car into the more trustworthy and friendlier body shop instead. I refuse to give them any money, even if its not my own. I have never experienced a company who worked so hard to be rude enough to push customers away and lose thousands of dollars worth of service.

Missed side skirt under door that had to major repair.Took way to long poor communication. Their system. Keeps saying promise date sooner them promised never got a promise date period. That would of been nice to know was suspose to get a date. Poor communication. Didnt evan call the correct number told to when done and got stuck with rental bill since poor communication. Do not go here unless forced.

The minute I walked and was addressed by their staff told me that I did NOT want to deal with these people anymore than I had to. I had an immediate communication problem with guy who attempted to help me. He went and got a manager. The supposed manager floated around the lobby before he introduced himself as the manager but had the tone and attitude of someone who didn’t care to help. I waked out and willing to wait another month for another location to assist. Allstate needs to reconsider the business relationship with this location - albeit they didn’t even mention them, I did since they where closer, my mistake.

I was in a fender bender and came in to Abra to get an estimate and Antionette helped me. She was super nice and very helpful. She was really busy but was able to help me promptly and come out and give me an accurate estimate. Even went to the extent to let me know possible time frame or repairs and there may adjustments to the estimate. She gave me advice on different temporary solutions until I was able to get it in. Definitely recommend Antionette and her Abra shop! Never going anywhere else!

I recently had my car with them for several weeks. The technician I was assigned to didnt seem to care about actually helping me and was very rude. I had a complicated issue and it was as if he was resisting taking a few extra steps to resolve the problem out of pure laziness. After I challenged him on it, his attitude changed to something like not wanting to help me simply out of spite.After bringing my car to my dealership for a second opinion, it turns out my Abra/Caliber technician was wrong. If he would have just taken the time to examine things further, he would have discovered that it was attributed to the accident I was in AND that it was a very simple and inexpensive fix!All I left there with was a poor customer service experience and incomplete repairs.On another note, its important to include that everyone else I dealt with there was kind and professional-- from the manager who did the initial inspection to the guy from another store that was there when I picked it up.

Wow, what can I say about Abra? Honestly, from my first experience there nearly a year ago, I would not have rated it so highly. Abra has stuck with me this entire year, helping me amend ongoing I ssues that I have had with my car. The manager, JD, in particular is a rockstar. He is super friendly, makes sure we are on the same page, and explains every single thing to me in as much detail as I need. Which is a lot. Also, Krista at the front desk has been phenomenal throughout everything as well. I swear everybody there knows me by my first name, even when I call on the phone, and I just feel like I can walk in and everything that needs to be taken care of will be done quickly and professionally. Highly, highly recommend, don’t know why there are any bad reviews on this company, especially at the Lakewood location. Car problems take a lot of work to resolve, so the only reason I would think poorly on any car company, is if they take up surly long to finish, and don’t stick with their warrantee promises. If you can take your car anywhere else than here do so. These people lie and have 0 communication with you what so ever. Took my car in for a insurance claim and it sat there for almost over 2 months before I flipped out and they got it fixed. Go to pick it up and the car wont start now and they refuse to take any responsibility. If you do chose to use them get a lawyer first cause you are more than likely going to need one after they screw you over as well.

Bad / Non existent with communication, went in for estimate to have hail damage repaired on the 11th, i requested a quote and im still waiting 3 weeks later after multiple calls to get someone to send me a quote. Think i just need to move on to someone that wants the help. Judging by the last couple of months reviews here this place isnt too great.

It stinks that the day my car was supposed to be returned to me one of their techs messed up my paint job and they had to keep my car an extra day. I understand mistakes happen but I feel that ABRA should have taken responsibility for the mistake of their tech and made arrangements to make sure I didnt stay an extra day without my car especially because it problem was on their end.

Minus 5 STARS! I recently went to Abra to have my pickup worked on to fix the damage from the May 2017 hail storm in Lakewood. I was initially hesitant since Abra was really directing me to fix my vehicle using PDR versus traditional methods and repainting. I also requested them to fix a minor scrape while the vehicle was in their hands. Initially I was impressed with the PDR work on the hood but they did a bad job on the roof. There were still 2 dents that could not be repaired with PDR. Instead of being honest, they said those 2 dents were not from hail and they said it was not their responsibility. They were liars even in light of GEICO paying for the proper repair. They also did not even look at my other scrape. In the end GEICO has taken care of the issue and I will never go back there again.

Quoted me 10 days for the repair and it took them a month. When I got it back there were so many things wrong with it. The bumper wasn’t even installed correctly. They have no attention to detail and seem to have no idea what they are doing. They even left parts inside the car when I got it back.
