It was heartbreaking when my son called me and said someone had hit his car parked in front of his house. I had no idea that you could hit a car parked on a residential street where the Speed Limit is 25 Mph, and cause so much damage. The guy that hit the car had no license, no insurance and the truck he was driving didnt have a license plate. My son had just got the car in December for an early graduation gift. We only had liability and Uninsured Motorists Bodily Injury Coverage. Yep come to find out the Uninsured Motorists Coverage i had was not for property damage!!! So luckily my mom found Lakewood Collision and they worked with us on a fair price to get the car looking like NEW to my son again. They helped a really sad kid get his car back looking good before his graduation day. I would definitely refer people to Lakewood Collision who need a good honest business to help out with vehicle repairs. Thank you guys. You are AWESOME.

When I got into the accident the day after my birthday I was crushed.I took her into the shop with my head hung low and asked them to just make my car drivable again. Tesla Model Y with aluminum body. I took my car two about five different body shops and they all told me that they cannot work on Teslas because they are aluminum. But then I found Lakewood Collision auto body and talking to Johnny he has lots of experience with aluminum. I was a little nervous letting somebody work on my new Tesla but they done a fantastic job you can never tell it had a dent also his prices about half of what I would have paid a Tesla.

They did a great job fixing a 2 dent on my driver side quarter panel on my Tesla Model Y. I paid a fair out of pocket price for quick good service. I would definitely go back for any future body repairs.

Was an idiot and pulled in to close to the wall in my parking garage, put a hole in my door. They replaced my door and fixed up miscellaneous scratches as well for a great price and a great turn over. If you need any cosmetic work, come see these guys, very professional and friendly. I was in need of a new driver side door and front fender when I came to Lakewood collision. Johnny the owner was personable from the onset of our interaction. He assessed my needs and offered me an estimate that was a good value. He and his team were able to hunt down the parts, install them and paint the panels the same color as the rest of my car within 6 hours. Maybe the best paint job and body work ever!! Not only a great paint job, they also removed a bunch of dings and dents. This is one busy shop, and they have a great attitude and are amazing painters. If you can make my 1996 Astro Van look this good, even replacing my bondo door with a replacement, then you can paint all my cars. New cars are easy to paint, older cars like my Astro are tough due to the dings and wear. Lakewood Collision fixed it--- and it looks like a new car.

This was my second Audi Lakewood Collision had taken care of. Both cars same story, I got hit in a parking lot. I called them and went in for an estimate the same day. I was able to get an appointment the following Monday, The car was ready and detailed on Thursday of the same week. The first Audi I brought to them was an odd color silver, I was worried how much they would need to blend the paint on the rest of the car to make it match. Johny the owner and master painter absolutely dialed it in to perfection. Definitely give Lakewood Collision a call if your car has been smashed .

I had a very good experience at Lakewood Collision.I needed quite a bit of work done on my 2015 vehicle and I need/use my car 7 days a week for my job. (dont like using rentals)Johnny worked hard to get my car repaired and back to me in a short amount of time.It looked like new when I went to pick it up.....I couldnt tell it had ever been in an accident!It was clear that he takes pride in his work!

The body and paint work on my 72 Camaro is outstanding. The body lines are crisp and sharp. The paint is even, no blotches, orange peel, over spray or a speck of imperfection. The paint looks a mile deep. I am extremely happy and will use them again.

Worst experience of my life. Little regard is paid to timelines and cleanliness. I have never felt so dupped in my life. Sandra and Johnny were halfway professional but left a lot to be desired. Communication was never at the forefront. Dont get your car fixed here.

Check Yelp Lakewood Collision. Jonny Meas has multiple lawsuits with judgments against. they still owe $7,000 they were paid by my State Farm insurance for witch they never did the work. They were paid to replace my Ford f350 super duty bed, cab roof along with tail lights and tail gate. They didnt show up to Jefferson county court house to defend themselves. How can they claim fully insured if they cant pay what they owe? Their business manager stated on Yelp that they will do whatever it takes to make it right in reply to my post. However they wont return my calls. Ive reported to the BBB and Colorado attorney general. They spent money on their newly improved website so why not pay their court ordered judgment against them? Also, the owner Johnny Maes is a convicted felon. I wished we researched our auto shop before falling victim to their unscrupulous business practices. Be warned, be smart and good luck if you have work done there.

Worst service in town. Car took an additional 2 weeks to complete, Johnny and company never got back to you, Work was below par, and so rude and unprofessional. No customer service, no follow up, and overcharged. Never EVER take your vehicle here. You’d be better off waiting for a more professional company who may take longer but will get the job done. Job wasn’t done correctly and company did nothing to fix it. Worst experience in my life. If negative stars were possible I would. Please veer away.

Worst company I have ever used. The took possession of my car to do some minor repairs in April 2017. Its now September and they still havent completed the repairs. Excuses, poor workmanship, lack of customer care, failure to return any calls and an F rating by the BBB says it all. They are utterly useless. Dont take your vehicle there unless you want to wait a year for your vehicle to be returned.

I have been bringing my friends cars, my families cars, and my own cars to Lakewood Collision for years. Johnny never disappoints, and Roy can fix just about anything. Roy recently put a new motor and radiator in my Jeep for just over half of the cost that the dealership quoted me; they painted my friends Subaru WRX STI matte blue and it looks amazing; they got the dents out of my brothers car after the horrible hail storm that hit Lakewood; they painted my front grille after offroading damage, and have replaced numerous bumpers (including ones with electronic sensors) for my friends and myself... I will never bring my car anywhere else, everyone I know who has gone to Lakewood Collision raves about them.

I only rated this so I can post my unsatisfied customer service. We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 11 am. Then we get a call the day before and was asked if we could switch the time between 230-3. My husband drove from south aurora and they werent even there on top of that they already had received their payment. I work two jobs and have only Saturday to be with my husband and they just wasted not only my time but money driving all the way over there. I will be contacting the BBB. Common courtesy call your customers if something needs to change not just ignore the situation.
