Frank and the team went above and beyond to help with tire and trailer repairs before we headed out for a long trip. Truly appreciated the service, great communication and frequent updates to ensure we would be able to head out of town as scheduled. A+ operation and now my go-to place for future work.

I came in for a stalling issue and showed the shop the autozone codes. After leaving the car there all day, the shop told me nothing was wrong with it. The car stalled on the way home and I had to bring it back. The problem ended up being the exact issue that the autozone codes specified. I wouldnt give them my business again because of the back and forth and their labor rate is really high ($149/hr).

Tried supporting the local shop for the past 2 years and had to deal with frustratingly difficult customer service. The actual service was pretty good (except when I brought in my snow tires to have them swapped out and they somehow forgot). Every time I was in there it seem like Tony would rush me out and on more than one occasion he had no customer service and was downright rude. After buying multiple sets of tires and having all servicing done for 2 years, Im moving on..

I just moved here to Colorado 3 months ago and needed new tires as the 1st snow storm came fast, I seriously went to 7 discount tire stores before I I gave up on them and I’m glad I did. Once I got to Aspen tire these guys were all about top notch service and so friendly and were very interested in helping me with finding the right tires for my Honda Pilot.. Im glad I went to these guys even got a follow up call a week later asking me how my tires were doing.. Highly recommend this place.

This is my second time using Aspen Tire (after a bad experience with a different tire company) and they are great. Good service, polite and friendly and honest about what your car needs (I’ve mostly dealt with Frank and Tony, both great.) I definitely recommend them and will continue to go back.

Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time, with very competitive pricing. I was able to drop off before work, pick up after work, and they got my repairs done very quickly. They even took me back, to show me the condition of the old parts that failed, to justify what they told me my old 2001 VW needed. Cant rate these guys high enough. Cliff and Frank were amazing!

Tony and Mike were super awesome. I hit a board in the road and my tire light came on about ten minutes later. They literally closed in fifteen minutes and Mike was so nice. We could hear air coming out of the tire and these fine gentleman fixed my tire. I cant express my gratitude for them and their shop. I dont know what would have happened if they couldnt help me out except a flat tire and being stranded. So thank you 🙏

I had an excellent experience with Aspen Automotive. They set me up with two sets of tires, alignments, and brake work. Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable customer service all the way through. Dont let the long list of work I had done fool you into thinking they oversold me - I actually thought I needed even more than that, but they assured me I did not. I wouldnt trust them. They assumed my car was all wheel drive. This mistake nearly cost me hundreds of extra dollars. I am happy I went somewhere else. Properly taken care off across the street. They told me my less than a year old tires needed to be replaced. I had one flat because of a nail puncture and they told me there is no option to replace only one. I would not recommend trusting this business with your vehicle or you may end up spending a lot of extra money. The associate told me if I went anywhere else I would be told the same. I went across the street and they told me that she was not correct and had been misinformed. They also told me it was just a small puncture and they would be happy to fix it for free. I was so impressed with the service across the street I will be buying my tires there form now on and recommending them to everyone. There is not a chance I will ever return to Aspen Automotive.

Ive been a customer for more than ten years, having the Aspen team maintain several vehicles, including numerous tire purchases and oil changes as well as occasional larger service jobs. Ive never experienced poor service mentioned in some other reviews. In fact, Frank, Catherine (now retired), and Tony have been incredibly helpful and have earned my trust with their consistent, quality service.

We recently took (towed) our 72 Blazer up for some repairs and a mechanical inspection. Frank and the team took fantastic care of it and were able to get it up and running within two days (which far exceeded our expectations). Excellent service and care of a vehicle that is very special to our family. This is our go to shop for oil changes and brakes on our other vehicles.

I had an alignment done here recently. Mark, the technician that performed the work, was very detail oriented, went over everything with me, and was overall very knowledgeable. I have already recommended Aspen Tire to family members and will bring my other two vehicles back as they need tires/alignments. I do my own mechanical work so I cannot vouch for them on that but I suspect the attention to detail is throughout!

They were fantastic! I feel like Im driving a brand new truck! Tonys carside manner is 2nd to none and he answered all my questions and even brought in the mechanic who worked on my truck to further explain a few things.

We arrived from out of town and our vehicle was overheating, Tony worked us in and even though they found nothing wrong the thorough run down and inspection they performed gave us peace of mind. Friendly and courteous, if were ever in need again we know where to go.

Yeah, they get busy and have to rush through paperwork, sometimes they dont have time for conversation, but are always polite. They own their mistakes and work hard to rectify the situation. I drive a fleet vehicle. The company in charge of my fleet truck insisted on sending me to this Aspen Tire location. Upon arrival, I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. I was straight up told to leave, and stop wasting his time. Even when my service representative from Fleet asked to speak to him, the service rep wouldn’t even look at the phone. This location will treat you like you’re dog poop if you drive a fleet vehicle. I will definitely not be back to this location for my personal vehicles. Use the Goodyear on Alameda! They opened the door for me the second I walked up. Night and day difference in customer service.

Aspin Tire has been taking care of my cars and trucks for over 10 years. They have fixed or repair every item properly and timely. I have such great faith in Aspen that all my family and many of my friends have started using them for not only tires but all of their mechanic work. They are knowledgeable, fair and friendly.

I took my car in for an alignment, they gave me an alignment and then claimed 3 of the 4 sway arm links were broken and needed to be replaced. I paid them $600 and I am given no indication that they did anything other than the alignment. Two months later I check under the car because I hear a rattle when I go over bumps and, lo and behold, two of the links are are just hanging and not actually connected to the sway arms. Both appeared warn and oxidized, therefore I seriously doubt that EITHER were actually replaced.Take my advice, and please please please avoid this place, and frankly, all good year service centers. They love to fix things that arent broken.

I simply called to get an estimate on some simple repairs. The lady that I spoke with was incredibly rude and incompetent as well. Im getting really sick of these auto repair shops that dont even know what a thermostat housing is without looking it up on a computer. Or how to fix something without punching in make/model/year into their computers.I want real mechanics, not incompetent employees who really dont know much about vehicles without a computer to vomit info at them.

I was thankful I chose Aspen for new tires, a rotation, and to look into a couple other potential issues. They had the opportunity to take advantage of the situation and fix things that didnt necessarily need fixing (Ive had this experience from at least 3 other auto shops outside of the Denver area), but they were honest with me and let me know nothing appeared to be wrong with the vehicle. Friendly staff and good service.

Top notch service and friendly staff. I have been going to Aspen Goodyear for 14 years and have benefited from excellent repair work from diagnosis to finished repair. They always stand by their work and many times have provided a loner vehicle while my high mileage Honda Element was getting something fixed. What a huge stress relief those loners have provided when my only vehicle is out of service!

This place will nickel and dime you to death. They wanted to charge $185 for a LIGHT BULB!!! I had been bringing all my vehicles here for the past 18 years, but once the lady (owner Maybe) at the front left, this place became a typical mechanic shop full of crooks. I had been paying the same amount for an oil change for years $45 and the last time I was there two different people quoted me $45 and ended up charging me $59.99. I didn’t notice until I got home. Liars and crooks. I also needed four tires and was gonna give them another chance, but they quoted me some tires at $169.99/per tire and when I did some research the same exact tires right across the street at Discount Tires were $123.99. Crooks!I looked over my 70 year old mothers records from this place and they have been ripping her off for years now! Changing filters that don’t need to be changed every 3,000 miles and finding other things to tell her were wrong and she would believe them. They took advantage of my poor old mother and I imagine they do this to all the elderly customers. For a simple alignment they want $100 when you can go two miles down the street and get it done for $59.99. Everything here is more expensive for the same exact work you can get done elsewhere with people that are much more friendly then the arrogant turd at the desk that thinks he’s a smooth talker when in fact he just sounds like an A-hole!! Crooks! DO NOT bring your vehicle here! There are many other options to get the same exact work and products at a much much better price. They lost a good customer who had been going there ever since I was 16 and driving All because they got greedy and wanted that extra $15.People please don’t be the next family to get nickle and dimmed to death with them trying to dig as deep as they can into your pockets. They are nothing more then the commen thief.

I have been going to Aspen for the past 4 years and they have always treated me with kindness, respect and honesty. Most recently, I took my truck in for a repair of the power steering belt which had failed.They stated that one of the bolts from a timing belt service they had completed months before had been sheered off. Even though they could not immediately pinpoint how or why the bolt was sheered, they took immediate responsibility for the failure of the bolt and fixed my vehicle for FREE, including re-tapping the bolt and installing a new harmonizer! Absolutely incredible!They could have easily taken advantage of the situation and I would have been none-the-wiser. Instead, they now have a customer for life and someone who will sing their praises to everyone who will listen! Thank you Aspen Automotive!

Would not recommend this shop to anyone. We paid almost $600 for service and the car had the exact same problem. They told us there was nothing they could do and that were needed to take it to a dealership and spend more money but still charged us... Nice guys but prices are high and we left very disappointed. If you need tire service go to the Disount Tire right down the road.. If you need mechanical service, call the dealership first..

Hands down best Auto Shop in Lakewood. They are a true, straight-shooting business. My honda Accord had a rattling noise when I was driving - I suspected it was a loose bolt on the heat shield. I asked the people at Aspen Automotive if they could inspect the underside of my car. They elevated the car, and discovered the damaged heat shield. They then put on a clamp which stopped the rattling noise - and it was all for free. Good, honest people. I highly recommend for basic auto service as well as tires.

This place did many things wrong. Manager tried endlessly to sell me another type of tire I didnt want because the set I wanted would have to be shipped in and he wanted to get rid of stock. After installing the tires and performing an alignment, the alignment was off worse than before, the steering wheel was not centered when driving straight, and my taillight housing was not installed correctly after the mechanic installed a lightbulb (without my permission). I took the car back the next day and the alignment and steering wheel were fixed (steering wheel then made a binding sound while turning and was not fixed). I thought everything was good until a few hundred miles later the whole inside of the rear tires were bald...the rear alignment was off so bad the tires were nearly ruined and I had no way of knowing until I visually inspected them. Bad managers and mechanics. Its practically like they wanted to ruin my car.

Been coming here for 3-4 years and Ive never been disappointed or had bad work done, Frank the owner is alot of help. Theyre fair & honest in my opinion. They dont hit you for things you dont need and customer service is great.

Love this place very reliable

I went to this place to get an oil change, and after the oil change, I was told that I would not get the complementary rotation and balance of my tires, because my tires were too old. I didnt think much of it at the time, but immediately after the oil change, my car started shaking a lot when driving down the road. My carpool buddies commented immediately about how bad my car shook. So, I took my car back two weeks later to ask them to go ahead and rotate and balance my tires. They refused saying that the problem was my bad tires. When I explained the situation more, they said they hadnt taken my tires off, but I told them that I had seen my car with the tires off – and then, they said oh yeah, we took them off to check the brakes. Anyway, to make a long story short, I wont be going back there again. If I pay for something that includes a service, I expect to get it, and I dont expect to have them mess my car up even more.

This place has always taken care of me and my car. Always will go back here.

I have been here just a few times since its within walking distance of my apartment. I moved here from out of state where before Sears had handled everything auto related. Their prices are higher than other automotive maintenance facilities around and the receptionist (or owner?) tends to complain. My second visit I had gotten an alignment with a warranty. When I called to schedule my third trip I had asked to have my alignment checked and redone, the receptionist demands Why? first off. When I take my car to Sears under alignment warranty they re-align the car no questions asked. She then started to tell me about the warranty coverage only can be re-aligned due to any defect they may have caused, but since weather is so snowy around pot holes are everywhere. They wont do it with out another charge. After I called a Goodyear in Aurora and explained the situation, they said thats inaccurate and if the cars still under mileage they will cover it. I was short on time so I still took my car to Aspen for maintenance. The same receptionist said thats its not worth checking the alignment with out paying for an alignment because it takes up a bay and a worker for 45 mins. Im a customer, not an employee I shouldnt be guilted into protecting your bad business practices and profit margins. After I picked up my car she emphasized all of the free things she did for me, such as a tire rotation (which is included for the life of the tire as long as I own the car). I feel she needs a major attitude adjustment, and next time I drive by Ill include her first name in this review so that others may know who she is.

Wow, cant say Ive ever had a less professional and more hostile experience before at an auto place. Ive never had a person blow up at me before for trying to help describe whats wrong with the car and what we thought could have been the problem based upon our observations and research. All I was trying to do was help but youd better watch out around this place, the A$$whole upfront will just go off on you. It blows my mind how this place is still in business and from my experience I will make absolutely certain I dont directly or indirectly help to keep it that way. Ill make certain to warn all my family, friends, relatives and even any acquaintances to avoid this place like the plague.Id rather fix my own car in freezing temps than take it to this place which is literally just across the street from my house. If I went off on my clients like that when theyre trying to describe their computer problems to me, I know Id never see them again and I wouldnt blame them. Id actually been considering taking my car here since I could use some help with it since I cant fix everything on it (but Ive saved loads of money and do as much as I can myself) but after that I will NEVER even consider this place.

I bought a car from a customer of aspen tire they told him they couldnt fix his car for him, but instead pulled the valve cover off to investigate the issue figured it would cost more to fix then the value of the car so he said I dont want to fix it.... SO THEY REPLACED THE VALAVE COVER GASKET and charged him 350 dollars to do so... The poor guy put his car on Craigslist for 1000 dollars because it was to much to fix and they would not release the car to me unless he paid the balance $350 dollars to do nothing for this guy who had been taking there car to him for 8 years.... I could not believe this.... This is what you call a greedy mechanic shop not in business to help or serve the community.... SHAME ON ITS OWNER.... I suggest never taking your car here unless you want to be ripped off

Terrible Customer Service....I have been to this Goodyear three different times and it has been a terrible experience. They always add extra charges and never finish in the time they quote you. They messed up the alignment on our car and still made us pay for it. I for one will NEVER go back.
