Not sure yet. Was supposed to be done last week. Then they needed 2 more weeks! I hope I can leave a good review when its done. Updated after completion. Mr. Hernandez at Crash Champions worked diligently to complete the job on our Subaru with perfection. Because of him I will definitely do business with them in the future.
They are so sweet here and answer all of your questions you have. Steve and Renee helped me out and we’re super patient with me. I noticed my headlight was out a few days later after driving at night time and I brought it back in and they had it fixed in 10 minutes! Highly recommend this location. Thank you crash champions!
Status was updated frequently. Work was very professional using the best quality parts.
The repair looks great. They would have received 5 stars if my truck wasn’t dirtier than when I dropped it off. I had to leave it for an extra day for them to clean it.
The employees were knowledgeable and professional. We used the Bear Creek Auto previously a received the same quality service. I recommend Crash Champions recommend for all body work.
Did a great job fixing my bumper after a minor fender bender. I needed the car done quickly, and they were the only shop that could fit me in and made it a priority to have my car done on time. Great customer service and a good overall experience.
My car was taken here after an accident that had considerable damage; they did an amazing job on the work that was needed to put my car back together. It did take longer than anticipated but they found hidden mechanical problems while finishing up the repairs, which I am thankful for as the problems could have been a serious safety issue on the road. Worked with Steve and he was extremely professional and caring about the work needed and the additional amount of time needed. I would take my car back here anytime.
My family has brought our vehicles here for long. Excellent and timely repairs for a decent price. Employees take pride in their work, pleasant to see!
Scam and rip off artists. Taking advantage of a 78 year old lady. Telling her that her 2016 Nissan Rogue with 40,000 miles on it is a total loss. No frame, sub-frame, chassis or steering/suspension parts bent or broken, no coolant leaks nothing. Purely cosmetic. Then to top it all off I drove the vehicle there and they refused to let me drive it off after they dissambled the front bumper and took all these parts off the car and wanted to be paid for work they did. What a joke. American family insurance, bear creek auto body are ripping off little old ladies thatnhave minimal damage trying to say it totalled. Liars and thieves. Thats all youll find here..
Bear Creek Auto Body took great care of my car after a recent accident. They were prompt, honest and considerate of my needs. They even finished repair within their estimated time period. I recommend Bear Creek Auto Body highly!
Everyone at Bear Creek Auto Body has been amazing! This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with them and each time has been great. I was rear ended and the insurance company let me pick where my repairs were done. They made sure to get the original manufacture part oppose to an after market part. I was able to leave my car on vacation and they stored my car safely and securely. When I picked it up they had even cleaned up my car including vacuuming and whipping down the dash! I will continue to use them again if I run into any body work needs!
Received vehicle not 100% finished had to return my vehicle to finish the repairs and after receiving my vehicle the 2nd time a few things still not get done and no communication during the process
I took my jeep srt here to get things fixed. they promised me everything was gonna fit back together and look brand new! they was wrong! i should of read reviews before taking it here. wish you best of luck! go else where!!
I was in an auto accident, and Bear Creek Auto Body had my car fixed in no time! They were all so professional and kind! When I got my car back it was spotless inside and out! I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for body work and painting!
I did not end up getting my car fixed here bc the insurance company considered my car a total loss. However, my experience there was great. Dan gave me great advice and had 30 plus years of knowledge to share with me about what to expect from them and the insurance company. It was a great deal of help to me. Matt answered the phone most of the time I called and he was very kind and professional. Cheryl was also great with keeping me updated on my car status. I am sure my car would have been fixed to my liking had the insurance company moved forward. I recommend them based on their professional courtesy and knowledge.
I was told multiple times it would take 5 days; it took 5 weeks!I received multiple emails stating vehicle will be complete 09/21/21; called that day & manager answered & was rude. The email stating vehicle complete 09/30/21; again, called, manager answered & was rude. Finally, email 10/04/21 stating vehicle complete & sent email because couldnt find phone # (?!?!)
Just wanted to say thank you to Matt Boston for taking the time to look at my 4Runner on 3/23/21 when I dropped in on him last minute for an estimate. Great customer service Matt. Clint
My husband was involved in a car accident (thankfully no injuries and he was not at fault). We are beyond satisfied and exceptionally pleased with the repairs! The Chevrolet Silverado looks like it came from the dealership, not the auto body shop! We expected repairs to be performed correctly and completed on time. They did just that...but more! They detailed the truck!! Of course, the staff are all professional too. I cant think of anything that needs improvement. Also, the detail was not a charge on the invoice! THANK YOU, BEAR CREEK AUTO BODY!
My car insurance directed me here after I had an unfortunate tussle with a curb. Not only did they complete the required repairs in record time but they went WAY above and beyond in delivery and service. Exceptionally professional and friendly staff. So grateful for this place!
Somebody badly dinged my car at the parking lot, destroyed a bumper and seriously scratched the fender. Bear Creek Autobody specialists did an exceptional work, the car looks like new, they even cleaned my car inside and out. Big Thanks!
Bear Creek Auto Body failed to fasten the wheel well properly when they replaced it the first time. That allowed the wheel well to move back while driving and contact the tire. They acknowledged it and replaced the wheel well again, but they again failed to properly fasten the bottom of the wheel well, and it again moved back while I was driving away from picking it up. I immediately called Cheryl, WHILE I WAS DRIVING AWAY FROM THEIR SHOP, to tell her, and she said she would make sure it was fixed right, and would call Monday to schedule the replacement. I tied it in place with a piece of wire and waited for her call. Two weeks later she still hadnt called, so I called her again, but now she is denying responsibility, and refusing to fix it. They are now trying to say that it was caused by another collision, but there was no collision between the time they replaced the wheel well and five minutes later when I noticed it and reported it to them. They are just trying to get paid for damage that they caused.
Absolutely 5 star service. Well done. Quick turn around. My car came back actually cleaner than I left it.
HORRIBLE. BEWARE! I took my car to this auto body shop to fix a rear bumper scratch. It cost me $790 to get it repaired. In the process of this repair they failed to put the rear taillight water sealing washers back on the vehicle. As a result they washed the car before returning it and shorted out both the rear taillight and an electronic board under the taillight where the water drained into. SCHOMP BMW video taped the issue and repaired it for $1023. Bear Creek Auto body claims it is not their fault after admitting they did remove the rear taillights and claim all washers were replaced. BMW dealership has video showing it missing. Bear Creek Auto body refuses to stand by their warranty and claims it isn’t their fault.
From start to finish was smooth and worry free. Dropped my claim off and picked it up with the same ease. They had everything done and completed without needing to hold any hands. Work was excellent And the car was detailed on pick up! Great shop for a working professional that doesnt need to be coddled like the snowflakes above! 10/10!!
Absolutely a great business with great, friendly staff! Had my moon roof replaced. Not only did I received my car ahead of the promised date, but they even thoroughly cleaned my car both inside and out! What a pleasant surprise!
ABSOLUTELY amazing! The staff was very genuine and helpful throughout the entire repair process. They called with updates and were able to repair my car in a timely manner. Drop off and pick up was quick and simple as well. I will DEFINITELY be referring customers to them!
We went through a wind dust tornado that caused damage to my new Jeep Wrangler. I used Bear Creek Auto Body through my Geico insurance and I am very happy with the results. Aaron at Bear Creek was very helpful and informative thought out the whole process. I highly recommend using them!
I had a really great experience with this place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I got calls updating me on the status of my car. The day I dropped it off they called to tell me there was more damage to my car, but they had all the parts so they were going to continue to work on it. My car was ready early and they called to let me know. When I went to go pick up my car, they went outside and pointed out everything they fixed. I will definitely be recommending this place people.
I dropped my car off for a joint claim - 1 part hail damage 1 part rear end. The car was in the shop for 3 weeks total which seemed a little long, however, the car looks perfect now that I have received it back. The paint job is outstanding, the rear hatch opens and closes with minimal effort, it looks as if it never happened. Im very happy and satisfied with my experience with Bear Creek Auto Body and would recommend them.
The insurance company caused the issue we had other than that the ladies in the office were great.
Very nice owner and employees. Everyone is very knowledgeable and experienced when it came to fixing my car when I wrecked it they answered every question I had. When I got my car back it look better than it did when I bought it
I really prefer using family owned and operated businesses whenever possible and Bear creek Auto Body fits that bill perfectly. I needed repairs done on my 2013 Toyota Corolla after being rear-ended. It was very easy to get my estimate and schedule my repairs. Granted there was a bit of a wait due to recent hail storms but they were up front about that when I scheduled. My repairs were done in a timely manner and exactly as I expected.
They even fixed my marriage
I was visiting from out of state and I was in a car accident which was scary enough being out of state and having to deal with that. But the insurance company had my car towed to their facility they had my SUV for a month and when it was done and before i even got it I took pictures of it before I got behind the wheel and I noticed some scratches but what stood out the most was 2 places missed paint I forgot I took pictures the day it was towed and nothing was in those spots I am disappointed and would not trust leaving my car with them again good thing I live out if state so hopefully I dont have to deal with them ever again
Just picked up my car which had been in the shop for a week. Had asked that a side door dent be fixed (at a separate cost to me) in addition to insurance covered damage to the rear quarter panel. On check in the dent was circled with a grease pencil by the person checking me in. He gave me an estimate of the charge for this and I told him to fix it. On picking up my car today noticed that the door dent had not been fixed. Person checking me out couldn’t have cared less. Clearly the ethic of this establishment is not to be conscientious nor take any responsibility for their mistakes. Will never use or recommend this place to anyone.
Victor and the team at Bear Creek Autobody are amazing. Great customer service and excellent work I highly reccomend.
Could not get a straight answer from the desk staff.Wanted to ask about replacement parts. But they wouldnt talk about anything until I agreed to them doing an estimate.Shady place.I had been to a couple of other body shops they answered my questions without a problem.I guess bear creek auto body has enough business.
A big thank you to whoever painted my 2016 ivory tri color pearl dodge charger. My bumper (which was replaced) matches perfectly to the rest of the car! Very impressed with the body shop for getting it in and out within a day and working with my schedule to pick it up. I highly recommend this place! Claudia (Geico) is very professional and helped me with whatever questions I had. The rental car through enterprise was clean and got me to where i needed to go while my car was in the shop. ALL of you are amazing. Thank you so much for taking car of my car!
Awesome people working here (front desk is great!) I normally love family owned vs corporate..but the owner/manger Victor is awful... He made my cousin feel dumb and under appreciated..I know people who go here and loved it but that was a few months ago,, I will never go back or send anyone there again, because of the way they treated my family. My cousin came to me very distraught and upset and not knowing where to go, I felt so bad for sending her there.
I had a great experience with Bear Creek Auto Body..they turned an unfortunate situation into a pleasant experience. From the initial phone call, arranging the rental car, to picking up my vehicle (when they estimated it would be repaired), this shop was the best. I appreciated the communication and the workmanship. Would choose this shop for future repairs.
They really took care of my 93 year old grandmother. Took a little longer than expected and communication was not the best but end result made her happy. Thanks !
Avoid at all costs. Was initially told it would take 3-4 days. That turned into 4 weeks and only received one call from them. I had to call religiously. I was then given three different times to pick up my car and they have all been pushed back. Poor customer service and disorganized staff.
Came in to get estimate for minor accident which happened to cause problems with my alignment. Insurance company suggested this dump. I was pretty much told that such a collision could not cause such a problem. He pointed to some scuff on my rim that I couldnt see and indicated that I had hit a curb. I explained that my awd car drove perfectly before the accident now, doesnt. took less than 5 minutes to write report and send me away.I left feeling frustrated and upset that I had been categorized as a liar.. Never a good feeling especially when you arent. I ended up having an estimate done somewhere else. Which took the time to listen to my concern.
We had our minivan repaired from a Deer strike. The work was excellent, it was easy to setup the appointment, and everyone was kind and up front about how much it would cost and how the claim would be handled. 👍
Not sure what the deal is here but this as far as shady body shops go Bear Creek runs with the shadiest. Jeff is a scam artist.
This was a terrible company to work with from the very start. Every time I called for an update, I was placed on hold for a long period of time, and then was hung up on. So I had to call back multiple times. The staff was very rude and unhelpful each time I called. They said they’d have somebody else give me a call back and id never hear back or leave a voicemail. I was in a small accident 11/30. For what should have taken 3 weeks to fix took over a month. It is now 1/2 and still been given the runaround by this company. The last I heard is I needed an alignment which was three days ago. You can go to any auto body shop and have an alignment done in 30 minutes. I am 9months pregnant now, and have asked if we could move things along with this alignment since I could be having my baby any day now. I feel I have been more than cooperative. This company has just been terrible compared to my experiences with other auto body shops. I have hated dealing with this company and the staff. I will never go back here or Recommend it to any of my local family and friends.
Went in to get a simple estimate for a dent in a fender. The office staff was sitting or standing around doing nothing and was told they dont do anything without an appointment. After 12 years of loyal business to this establishment.. I wont be back..
Were very fast, contracted by Geico claims. Nice people.
Dont go.
Great service, and fast turnaround for repairs. Great customer relations and keeping me in the loop on every step of my auto body repair. A+
They took almost 3 weeks to fix my car. They kept giving us the run around as to when it would be ready. I will never use them again and for sure never recommend them to anyone. I have already complained to Geico so hopefully they change their contract or make them improve. This was a ridiculous experience. The only reason they get three stars is because the woman at the front desk was very nice and professional.
Completely painless experience, exceeded all my expectations.
I recently had some work done on my car by the great folks at Bear Creek Auto Body. Everyone I interacted with there was very professional and helpful, with excellent attention to details. My car looked terrific after the work was done!
I was told I was going to get my car back December 18, 2018 and then December 28th, but I didn’t get it back until December 31,2018.More specifically, I was told on three separate occasions and my insurance claims representative was told on two separate occasions I was to get my car back on the 18th. What made things more frustrating was I was even told on the night of the 17th I was supposed to get my car back on the 18th. I found out at 4pm on the 18th, that I was over a week away from my car being complete. I was livid because I was supposed drive halfway across the country on the 20th for the holidays and because of the misinformation I was given, I was given no time to plan to borrow a car, nor financially prepare to rent a car.I got back from my holiday 10 days after the original completion date. I called that morning to check in and they said my car should be through detailing by the end of the day. I called at 3pm when I arrived into town only to find out they ordered the wrong part and it wouldnt be done until Monday. So, six different times they misinformed or my insurance claim rep of when I was going to receive my car. After all of this the day I did receive it, it snowed hard for the first time all winter. So I didnt even get to enjoy the detailing of my car.I would not recommend their services, and quite frankly, I will never return for their services. Zero stars.
Always a pleasure. Great folks.
I came here because the insurance of the person who hit me recommended them. After having a Greta experience with this shop I will recommend them to anyone. They do great work
Horrible work! I sent my vehicle back 4 times to correct the crappie work they did and have finally gave up to take it else where. The fenders on my vehicle were loose each time and the last time I picked it up it arreared that they had finally got them on correctly but then realized they used a adhesive tape to attach the fenders. I now have to take my vehicle elsewhere and not only have them attach the fenders correctly but also repaint under the fenders where the tape damaged the paint. I am worried about all the other work things that I havent discovered yet that they also did wrong. I would strongly discourage anyone from trusting this place to correctly fix your vehicle.
Everyone in the office is so nice and they are very professional. I have been there twice with the same vehicle and there work is great Ive been very satisfied and happy with the results.
The representative that help us with my questions was very good.
They did what they said they would 2 days ahead of schedule. They even detailed my truck after.
I brought my vehicle to Bear Creek Auto because this is where my car was brought for the Geico inspection, and being new to the area I did not have any other regular place to take my car. When I dropped it off in the morning, I wanted to get there right when they opened so I could head to work with my rental afterwards. The checking-in of my car was quick, but then it took over an hour to get my rental car situation figured out. Not a great way to start my day. They told me it would be a few days, so I was fine having the go-kart of a rental for that long. Three days later, someone was nice enough to call me and inform me that the hail damage on my vehicle was past paintless repair, and that I would need to get a new trunk lid for my car. They said the trunk would be arriving in the next couple days and the repair would be done shortly after.Over a week later... and I never received a follow-up call. I called them three times to see the status on my car, and they only called me back once to let me know the lid they ordered was damaged and they were waiting on a new one.Two weeks in a rental go by, and I call them AGAIN! Another two days go by, and I finally got the answer that my car was being detailed and they would call me when it was ready to pick up. Of course they did not call back, and I just showed up shortly before they closed because the temporary permit on the rental car was expiring that day, and it needed plates.I walk in to ask about my car, they dug around for my paperwork, and sent me on my way. No one offered to walk me to my car to walk through the repairs, or even apologize for it taking so long. Then on my drive home that evening, I noticed items were missing from my car. They were not large items, but one had sentimental value that I cannot replace. When I contacted them about it, they really didnt seem to care. They just told me that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items. The car was locked when I walked out to it, so Im assuming it didnt happen while it was sitting outside.I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. The customer service is terrible (both when I dropped off and picked up my car, the woman at the desk was complaining about her life), the follow up is non-existent, and they really dont care when or how items go missing from vehicles. Id rather take my vehicle to a shop that cares about their customers, and knows how to pick up a phone to give an update when details change.
A great auto body shop. Customer service is fantastic and their work is great,
Great customer service thank you guys
I wrecked my car Nov 29th 2015. After arranging for a tow truck to pick it up, it ended up at bear creek Dec 4th. 2015. After countless delays due to parts not showing up (admittedly not their fault) I was finally able to pick up my 2007 VW gti on Jan. 2nd.Upon picking it up I noticed right away that the headlights were not seated correctly so I waited the better part of an hour for them to fix it. Annoyed they made me wait, but happy they got on it right away. Now I have my car back and the problems really started... I noticed 1 day after I filled the washer fluid that my car was blinking and asking for more. I took the car back and they told me the washer fluid pump needed to be replaced (oh yea and the headlights were still not right and they had to take it to a VW dealership to get them right, which they should have done to begin with.) So they set me up in a rental and had the car for another 2 days while they re-calibrated the headlights and replaced the water pump.I have to stop here to comment I believe an autobody shop should really take the car on a little drive and make sure these details work before giving it back to the owner. This job was an 8500 dollar job and they seemed to breeze over the details. So then I had the car another week or so before I realized they replaced the front grill with a used one that had never even been painted!! on top of that the GTI symbol looked like it had been a part of world war 2. So Once again (this is the third time for those of you keeping track at home) I took the car back in and they admitted the poor decision to put on an old busted up grill and replaced it for free. I give them credit in that they always fixed there mistakes even though there were far too many of them to be acceptable on a 8.5k job. I sat in the waiting room again for another hour or so while they put the new grill on.At the end of this day (which is today) I pointed out to them a hood dent that I had never seen before and my car had a front impact (which is why the grill had to be replaced) and they tried to explain to me that the dent in the hood had nothing to do with the recent impact which I find very difficult to believe. The lead mechanic actually said hail damage could be the reasoning LOL I know the car has never been in hail damage Ive owned in since it had 30k on it and know the guy who bough it knew.. but I digress. Even if the hood wasnt their problem, the amount of swirl marks and bad painting practices are enough alone to make me never go back there. The side of the car they repainted looks like someone took a SOS pad and ran it back and fourth over the whole side. It is a black metallic car, but I expected much better from sure a large operation.Bottom Line:They are a big shop that has a lot of traffic go thru it, I believe they cut corners by buying used parts whenever possible and hoping the customers do not notice their fit and finish mistakes. If you really like your car I would recommend taking it elsewhere. If you just need it back to drivable, then this is your shop for sure, just dont be surprised if a two-three week job ends of taking 6-8.On the plus side, the ladies in the front are very helpful and patient with customers that are obviously having a hard time with the work being done. Hope this helps
I arrived around 11am on a Friday to drop off my car and had a great initial experience. Everyone was very nice and I was in and out very quickly. Left expecting to get my car back early the following week. Went about my day in my rental and come 5:45pm the same day, surprise, surprise the car is done! (yes, about 6 hours later) Awesome! Or so I thought. Picked up my car around 6pm as they were closing (the quickest I could get there since they called at 5:45) and was given some paperwork to sign, got my keys and was sent on my way. No one ever came out with me too review the repairs like I am normally used to. Now I know why. The repairs are absolutely terrible and I am now having to go through the whole process again at another body shop to fix what was supposed to be fixed. The new bumper bear creek auto body attached was hung incorrectly and was already bent towards the top, so when I close my tailgate it actually scrapes a little on the bumper, scratching it. The paint on the new bumper is a different color than the rest of the car and the edges are absolutely horrid, smudged everywhere. The body shop closed at 6pm and I tried calling to see what the deal was and no one answered. So I kept it over the weekend. Thankfully Geico honors their guarantee and the geico xpress team I was working with has offered for me to choose my own shop (because obviously I am not trusting bear creek auto again) and will be paying for the repairs a second time. Definitely wont be returning to this shop ever again, insurance related or not. Getting things done early is great but doing them half-assed so that you can finish early is not.
They did a decent job repairing minor damage. Could have been better, but at least it was fixed.
Honestly a terrible experience. Dropped off a 2015 honda pilot and the work they did was plain bad. Bumper not attached straight. Exhaust replacement and one tail pipe sticks out a solid inch more than the other. Awful paint job on the rear bumper. Just shoddy low skill work performed. Factory work is next to a joke in the first place and this was far inferior to the factory condition. Their onsite rental company Enterprise was absolutely awful. They booked 5 ppl for a 9:00am appointment. I was the first of the five to arrive but the last of the five to be serviced. Had another appointment at 10am which should have been easy to make. By 9:50 the incompetent agent finally called my name. One would think rental cars scheduled 6 weeks in advance would be on site ready to go. Of course not...had to drive clear up to emich chevrolet to get it. Left about 10:30. Took an hour and a half to rent a car I had scheduled for nearly 6 weeks. Schomp honda gets me into rental cars in about 3-5 minutes. Never again will I take my car into such an awful business. The rental car was filthy and smelly. The autoshop left my car absolutely filthy inside. Completely caked in dust with black smears all over my tan leather interior. They even managed to get about a 2 inch line of blue pen ink on the leather of the arm rest. They did low quality work and then left me with an hour and a half of leather scrubbing. Honestly I kind of hope that dump goes under. Thank god the lady who hit me had her insurance cover every penny or Id be suing them for such a high level of nonsense. They also took 2 days longer than they originally told me. Slow and crappy. Dont use these ppl. Just as terrible as what maaco does.
They do great work, quickly. Ive brought a few vehicles here, and will be back if I need too!
Really frustrating to deal with. Initially quoted five days to get my car back. Its been two and a half weeks, they pushed to ttoday(Now two weeks out) and now theyve said tomorrow.
They do good work. They need to work on how they handle everyday interactions.
Very easy and efficient process.
I will not return to this business, nor will I advise any body to use them
These guys are the biggest group of time wasters.
Great customer
Timely and tech savy
They know whats going on
Large job and they could not get the simple obvious items right. BEWARE!!!!!!
Do great work
Good body shop
Good work
Cleaned my car inside and out before returning it, quick turnover for the work done. Professional and communicative.
