From the first interaction Ramseys was pleasant and professional. I got an estimate from a big name company just to see what they would say and to please my insurance company. Their estimate was almost $2000.00 more and they were not friendly at all. Felt like I owed them something. The quality of Ramseys was excellent and the time frame was right on the money with a few hiccups that was not their fault. So I probably would have been done earlier than expected. Ramseys is a one business shop and has been around for as long as I can remember. This is why I took it their and will go back in a heart beat. Thank you to all that worked on my truck it looks just like new again.

Dont except your car back when they tell you. Body work was great but they didnt even do a safety check when I got my car back. No working headlights, blinkers etc. That should be standard.

I had my car in for some minor bumper repair. The staff was friendly and professional. They explained pricing and timetable up front and answered all my questions. When I got my car back, it had been repaired and detailed.If I had one complaint, it would be the wait to get my car in, which took about three weeks. I suppose thats the one downside of doing good work, you wind up with a lot of customers.

They assisted me over the phone and in person to make my experience with them stress free and comfortable. Would reccomend highly for anyone with repairs accident related. I was very impressed.

We used Ramseys twice in the last 6 mo. and were very satisfied on both occasions. Our vehicle was taken in for work on schedule and completed on time or ahead of schedule. All work was done satisfactory and returned completed as promised. I also used Ramseys 5 years ago and found their work highly satisfactory then as well as now.

With Ramseys on my insurance companies preferred list for body repair and great reviews I read I am glad I chose Ramseys. From the initial meeting to set up some body repair needed to my Jeep to the day I picked it up it was a positive experience and the repair they did is amazing. You can never tell there was a dent in my car door. They are a must for auto body repair.

The waiting time is really long so call them ahead of time before get your car towed there. They did manage to fix my car without charging me anything tho. Cant complain. 5 stars service *****

Ive dealt with them twice, both instances were quick and painless. They even took care of additional dealings with my insurance company instead of me having to do so. Their courtesy car kept me from having to get a rental during my repairs, which was an added bonus in my opinion. Every time Ive called the shop or gone in, the staff has been courteous and professional. Got scheduled for a consultation within a day of calling. Staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Handled everything with total professionalism from start to finish, and the bodywork they did great. My truck looked like nothing ever happened. The only thing that was even remotely negative, was the wait time to actually get the truck in to be repaired. They were scheduling about 8 weeks out. To be honest, my truck was perfectly drivable and it wasnt a big deal for me, and I was willing to wait for great work rather than take it somewhere else and get a half assed job done quicker. All in all, if I ever need body work done again, this will be the place I go to!

Just got back from getting an estimate to replace my trunk and hood on my Mercedes. The parts costs they quoted were 56% higher than what is offered on the internet from a Mercedes dealer for new, genuine OEM parts.This price difference is from the FIRST dealer I checked with; not necessarily the lowest price. All I did was search on google. Why on earth would the price be higher than going to the DEALER! Also the guy kept saying: And thats if its still available... as if the high price was something I should be thankful for. Well as anyone with google can check, Mercedes still makes and sells these parts, so there is no good reason why they would not be available to a body shop.I had previously received a quote from Ramsey for the trunk lid less than a year ago (due to an accident) and it was almost half of what I was quoted today, after the hail storm had occurred. This same lower price is what I actually paid another body shop to do the work, about two years ago (due to a different accident). So, the post-hail price seems to be about double the pre-hail price.So, if you are paying out of pocket STAY AWAY. If your insurance is paying then by all means let them price gouge them to their hearts content.

My beloved 1997 F350 was involved in a frontal impact. I told them to *not* paint anything unless absolutely necessary. they did not honor my request and repainted parts of the truck I didnt want painted. I got my truck back and it looked great, but one piece of trim they lost so I bought a new piece and they installed. The truck looks good except they didnt bother to sand rock pits out of the hood, so paint over chips is not great job. I got the truck back and several pieces were in my back floor they didnt install so I finished the job, found a few things not tightened and redid that. Last problem is the headlights. They either dont have the equipment, dont know how to use it or forgot, but one headlight is facing the center of the road, one off to the left up in the air not even touching light to the road.
