Let me start by saying AJ has been fantastic through this process... but that doesnt take a way from the facts.They have thieves... whether in-store or passerby. Please learn from my mistake. Do not trade in-location without written proof. Document your visit with photos if necessary, why? Because my trade-in was stolen after I turned it over to the personnel in this location.I found out today that my trade-in from 02/13/2021 was never applied to my account. Supposedly, their store team didnt log that it was received even though I stood at the counter with 2-3 representatives while one of them wrote down the trade-in information, getting the ID number etc.To make matters worse, someone else traded it in (at the same store!!) last month. A phone that I purchased brand new and never left my possession until I walked into this store. Conveniently, their store cameras only record 30 days - and it has now been 5months.For months Ive been trying to get an answer, to be told there was no issue. HA! Today, I not only learn that there is an issue, but I will NOT receive the $600 promo because they cannot verify my trade.Someone knew what they were doing the day I walked in!! I was taken advantage of and have no way to prove it.

My sister got us new Samsung galaxy A42 5g phones. She lives over an hour away from Lakeland. She called this store and made an appointment to get my phone activated. This was only the second time I had been in a store since the pandemic hit. The store only had 2 or 3 other customers. Mask were required. That was a relief for me. The young man that helped us was very knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain what was going on. He showed us all about the phone. Very happy with the experience. LOVE this phone!!

The staff was so helpful and friendly! Chris helped my husband get a new phone and get it all set up in less than an hour. He was quick at resolving issues, and wasn’t at all pushy when suggesting products. I would highly recommend this store, and ask for Chris to help you!

The young gentleman that helped me out to get me the charger that I need it for my phone for at home did an awesome job he told me about the turbo boost which takes lot less time to charge than the regular charger I got two of them so that I would have a spare in case if anything happened. Very very nice people in there and they treat you with respect. Yes I would go back for anything else needed for my phone,

Was kinda disappointed my husband was not allowed to use the military discount because he doesnt have a Verizon account. Although we went in to spend money on a case. Maybe giving that tiny discount would of given us a positive feeling of the carrier and made the switch.

Customer service was very bad. I bought a new phone and they handed it to me in the box. I asked for help setting it up and representative applied the glass protector and sent us on our way. I was switching from an android to an IPhone. I needed technical help but she just walked away.

I have been a client with multiple business lines for many years and never had a problem until now. My Wife went in to purchase a new phone and the salesman told her they were BOGO if she added another line. When she said she didnt need another line he said just wait two weeks and cancel the additional line. She was told there would be no charge on the phone that way. Turns out that was a BOLD FACED LIE! I have been a client for 14 years and I am taking my business from them I dont work with lairs!

Terrible store. If you’re not a new customer they just try to pawn you off on the customer service phone number. We went in and talked with the store manager. We had a death in the family and needed to close that line, switch the phone plan to another name, and renew/upgrade a line. Manager had no desire to help and gave us a flyer to call the loyalty team. Very rude and unprofessional. What’s the point of having a brick and mortar store if you can’t take care of issues in the store? It was just easier to switch to another carrier so we did.

Out of all of the version stores Around the area. This is the ONLY ONE thats worth your time. The rest of the stores Arent official and are only there to make a quick sale. This one will actually stop to help you with SOME stuff. However Id like to take a moment on behalf of the store to say that this IS NOT A TECH REPAIR STORE. You cannot expect to walk in with a broken phone or computer and expect it to be fixed. This is a network store. Theyre there to sell you their network. They sell phones(obviously), theyll sell you phone cables, cases, screen protectors. But dont not expect to walk in with your broke phone and expect a response beyond we can sell you another phone.

Pete rocked it from the start. Was patient and knowledgeable, there was one question he didnt have the answer to about a product but got the answer within mere moments. I went in to this Verizon store to ask about locating the photographs on my Google Pixel 3. Many are being stored on/in the cloud rather than on my phone and I wanted to access them. Service was slow and when Chris finally came to help me, he had no clue how to access my photos. Instead, after looking blankly at my phone for a couple of minutes, he went off and came back with a card for Total Mobile Protection to contact for advice. Why sell a phone that you are unable to help with? I have had other occasions to visit this store and I find the sales people very helpful when Im spending money. But when Im in asking for them to help me, theyre not exactly falling over themselves to offer stellar customer service.

Walked in the door and has service assistance right away. I had been with Sprint since 2003 and have never experienced this kind of attention. So after my switching from Sprint I needed to go back to the Sprint Store to find out how much to pay off my lease.Worst Service ever at Sprint walked in like 15 customers and the majority were complaining about something from Sprint. Stood waiting for 5 min and not one single Sprint employee acknowledged me. Happy with Verizon.

Ordered a phone online, it got shipped to this store. I came in to pick it up and rep said they couldnt transfer contacts if it wasnt purchased from their store, this was on 01/19/2016 around 5PM. There was 5 reps at a desk with no customers in the store but yet he couldnt help just because he wasnt getting a commission. The rep then sent me to lakeside village where they promptly transfer everything over. Ive purchased phones from this store before, but not anymore. What a joke

Bought my IPhone 📱 8+ 256gb Phone from here, friendly rep who sold me the phone. But then again, I had to back up and restore my own data from my previous 6S+ 64gb to my new iPhone 📲 8+. Which is down right lazy, if you ask me on the stores behalf, because they don’t transfer data at all.. Would you go to a restaurant to be seated, then to have the sever tell you “ Yeah, you have to cook 👨🏻‍🍳 the meal you choose to dine in and eat, yourself” Heck no! That’s why you’re paying for the service and the whole dine in experience.

While this place has a great service staff the prices and promotions that Verizon offers are not only bad but misleading as well. I hit the easy button yesterday and stuck with them just so my wife and I wouldnt have to deal with anyone else on a busy Saturday. However, as soon as we can well jump ship for a less expensive service provider. Verizon needs to learn how to compete in todays market environment and they are a long way from figuring that out.

Chris did an outstanding job. I walled into Verizon this evening almost in a full on panic attack caused by my pervious phone company. Chris immediatly started to ease my stress. Ordered phones online and picked up in store. The tech at the store grabbed the phones told us to go home and turn them on that nothing else needed to be done except back everything up on iCloud. We did that and the phones wouldnt work sat on hold for 45 minutes with customer service and started driving to the store. We realized the store closed at 8pm arrived at 7:50 and the guy was sitting on the counter looked at his phone and then asked us how he could help. We explained our situation he said the close in less than 5 minutes at this time and it could take over 30 so he couldnt help us. When asked for his name to file a complaint for his lack of service he attempted to hand us the managers card and laugh. The manager came out from the back and could careless about the situation we left and had to finish with a customer service rep over the phone. Will not go back to this store and will probably cancel Verizon once our contract is up. Worse service ever and poor management on top of it.

We visited this corporate store to move our Jetpack 8800L from our post-paid account to a new pre-paid account with the pre-paid unlimited data plan. Surprisingly, the store was not crowded. Greg assisted us and was familiar with what we wanted to do and knew how to do it. Verified that the Mi-Fi was active on the new plan. Very satisfied with the service we received. Getting into our new account to set up auto-pay was another matter all together, but that had nothing to do with this store.

We went in to discus plan options. The employee, that will remain unidentified, was terrible, unmotivated to help and unable to provide information on our plan. I simply wanted to discuss what we were paying for. The employee was unable to pull our contract up. He was unwilling to discuss what was on our plan. Terrible experience. I am leaving and going to a different Verizon store now.

Do not go here, they will lie to you just to try to sell you something and wont resolve refund issues! I bought a lite proof case and tried to return it and was told different things from different reps and managers in store, they told me on the phone when I spoke with a manager they would take care of it and give me my refund, then when I got there it was a different story! I was told since I paid half cash, half card that they would give me my cash and the other amount would go back on my card, well when she went to give me my money she said she couldnt do that and that they were sending me out a check because I paid half of it with a prepaid debit card! wow, a check? Then, finally after hours of them trying to get it fixed they call me and tell me they are going to give me my money, I drive all the way back there and then they tell me they voided the check only to give me half of my money which I paid cash for and that the amount I paid on the card would be coming to me in a check, so now I have to wait for my check and pay to get it cashed! Very unorganized and not to mention the guy I bought the case from (josh) was very short with me and didnt want to help me and acted like I was wasting his time! will not EVER go back to this store, on top of all of that a different Verizon told me that this guy lied to me about all of the warranty info on the case, just to sell me it! That is why I got my refund in the first place. I will NEVER EVER go back here and I will be filing a MAJOR complaint through a letter to the correspondence team, save your self the hassle and go to a different store!
