Five stars for this company! Ive used them twice, now and have been very please with the service. Yesterday, Conner offered OUTSTANDING service. My cell phone had come apart on the side and he was able to snap it back together...at no charge! Love it when a company goes the extra mile to offer a great customer experience!

I have to tell you. This Authorized Google Repair location is by the far best I dealt with. Case point, I had to have a battery replacement on a Pixel 3 XL, which went fine; however, when I got it home I realized there was a dead pixel in the screen so I promptly called the location spoke to Gage and they took 100% accountability which truly demonstrates their core values. I would recommend this location by far to any around if live in the area, in fact I drove 45 minutes just for them and most definitely will do it again. They do quality work and back it up. Theyre full integrity and professionalism, I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Outstanding experience. I washed my iPhone in a pocket. Horror! I still owe $300 on this phone. I put it in rice and took it to YouBreakIFix. There were multiple parts damaged. They had to order several parts, it was a disaster, but they kept working on it and my phone is now like new. Highly recommend them for phone repair and any other small device.

Update: They replaced the battery free of charge and the phone is working correctly now. I want to think the manager for his excellent customer support, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Sometimes things dont go as expected when replacing components in phones, but they made it right, and I appreciate it.My girlfriend and I had the battery replaced on an Iphone 6s right before Christmas. Today, 8 months later, the phones battery health indicates Service and the battery lasts less than half an hour.

The glass over the camera on my Pixel 5 broke, and they had it fixed in a few hours. Very professional, and work was well done. Hope I wont need them, again, but glad to know they are there if I do.

I have used them a couple times and my experience has been great. My problems were solved and fixed. I have had my phone and sons playstation fixed from them. Everything was very satisfying for me.

Gave them two iPads for repair. They said they would contact me when the parts came in. Never heard from them. I had to call them to discover that they arrived. No worries. I gave them the iPads to work on. One of them had major issues. The other one worked just fine but just needed a battery replacement. They said they would call back after the repair. Never got a call. I had to call them to confirm. When I came in to pick up the iPads, the one that had major issues was fixed and the one with just the battery repair was destroyed. Their excuse of what happened was flimsy at best. Never going back!

They are working on my sons Playstation 4. We didnt know about this business. Were so very happy when Game Stop gave us their info. Everyone from counter service to the guys in the back were super helpful and professional. We will be back with any problem we have with our devices from now on.

Amazing work. Shattered my iPhone screen this morning and instantly dreaded the cost to fix it. Call 5 different places and they all said it would be over 90$ and and hour and half wait. No thank you! My guys here were able to get me a rugged case, new screen and screen protector for 90$ and it only took 20 mins. Will definitely be back in the future !

I brought my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 in to get the screen replaced, and I’m so glad I brought it here. They got the new screen ordered right away and were able to replace my screen the same day. They were pleasant to talk to on the phone and in person and they called me while they were working on it to give me updates. I’m not usually good about leaving reviews, but when I’m really pleased with the service I try to make a point to. It was an overall great experience!

Yesterday was my experience with these people. It was a great one. I had display issues with my cellphone and they were listed as Samsung approved. They made the repair in less than two hours. I only interacted with one person due to Covid 19. Gage was his name. Great personality and also helpful regarding things to prevent same damage.

The employees that work here are always AWESOME! They are quick, efficient, and reasonably priced! We have brought three different products here and have had them all fixed in a reasonable amount of time and at a great price. Would recommend this location for anybody that needs an electronic fixed!

If i could i would give 0 on the review. They steal your money with screen protectors. I called corporate opened a fraud claim about this, and i got assigned to Resolution Case Manager: Dante Shorter and he is worse than the store, i sent millions of emails to him i never got any response back. Please dont put your screen protector there, they will charge you $60 plus and at the end they dont put nothing on your phone. Fraudsters!!!

Had my phone repaired here for a cracked screen. After waiting the two hours for the repair I was informed they had placed a defective screen on my device and that it would be another two hours to repair. I couldnt wait the additional two hours because I had to go to work. I took my phone with the defective screen back with me for the night and had to return the following day and wait those additional two hours for the screen to be replaced. The customer service was good and my screen works perfect now, but having to come back the next day and to wait for the repair again for that second day in a row was really inconvenient.

My screen cracked on my galaxy Note 10 plus within two hours it was repaired and working great. I also purchased liquid glass which is screen protector for any future mishaps. UBreakiFix service was Professional and I would recommend there Services too anyone that wants quality services.

Wish I could give 0 stars worst customer service I have ever dealt with showed up yesterday on an insurance claim through Verizon was told it was an hour process before I arrived when I get here they tell me now its a 2 hour wait and they close in an hour and a half so I gotta come back I explain I drive an hour away and have them inspect phone Im told to reset my phone and the screen would be good to be replaced today so I did I show up after erasing my phone and driving an hour to them again and they tell me they wont work on the phone unless i pay them more money on top of what I already paid for deductible this place is a scam careful coming here they will rip you off phone was good to be repaired yesterday when he was trying to up sale me on screen protectors that cost more than screen replacement but once I refuse the protector because it isnt cost effective I magically gotta pay more moneyUpdateThank you Corey for contacting me about the issue of your employees if they would have been as thorough and professional as you this could have all been avoided but thank you for your time.

Horrible experience took my pixel 4 in for a LCD screen repair and first they told me they had the parts and it would take 3 hours. Well 2 hours later turns out they dont have a battery which they need for a SCREEN REPAIR apparently, than they tell me itll take about 2-3 for the battery to arrive. Now fast forward to 9 days later after me calling the store asking when my parts are supposed to arrive they get the battery. And it turns NOW they wanna tell me they cant do the repair within warranty because they computer says no. So me being tired of all this ask if I can pay for it out of pocket so its no longer a warranty repair and they say NO because no reason. SO THEY WONT EVEN TAKE MY MONEY TO FIX MY PHONE! Well this place has lost a customer and Im advise everyone to STAY AWAY!

My pixel 2xl wouldnt charge unless it was in just right. Turns out the port just needed to be cleaned out. They couldve easily lied and told me theyd have to replace the port but they didnt. Great place. Took 2min tops. Thank you guys for being honest

Absolutely amazing service! Incredibly quick, really friendly, and super great prices. I thought my phone was a goner because of some slight water damage but it’s as good as new. The technician who worked on my phone explained exactly what would be done to fix it and made sure I felt good about the whole process. I am very satisfied with the repair of my Note 8 screen. Its as good as new. The process was painless and affordable as they are contracted with my phones insurance carrier Asurion. I also received same day repair.

I had a unique situation in that I work nights and sleep days. They worked with me to do my repairs on my schedule. I was so pleased with the great customer service and my phone works beautifully. Oh yeah and they change the battery too at no extra charge.

I love this place dude. They fixed my phone screen and replaced the battery all for about 130 ( I dont remember the price exactly). Also comes with a 90 day warranty in case anything happens. They also just fixed my laptop issues for just $30. I dont know any other place with prices like that for repairs. Just to send a laptop to Best Buy for them to look at it was like $300. Bump that. Go to uBreakiFix. Great customer service as well, they answer all your questions thoroughly and enthusiastically; I love it!

I break a lot of electronics, I mean a lot. So much so that Ive actually learned how to replace iPhone screens myself. However, when I dropped my surface pro 3 I did not want to attempt it. uBreakiFix did an amazing job and was courteous and prompt. I had an excellent experience when taking my 7+ in with the loop disease. Sabri was able to quickly quote and fix my phone (same day) for much less than any other store (especially Apple) would offer. I highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of repair or a new/used phone!

Had an appointment at 10AM the guys took my phone right on time and told me repairs would take approximately 2 hours. Got the phone back within the time frame I was told and it looks and functions like brand new. I would highly recommend and will go back the next time I need a repair.

This company is the greatest! My tablet wouldnt charge, and Verizon (because it was just over 2 years old) sent me to these people. They offered free diagnosis, and we discussed the possibility it was the battery, but first they checked for simpler and cheaper solutions - and found that they were able to get it charged, but that I might need to purchase a new charger. So they handed me back my tablet in working condition once again, and would not accept payment. Amazing!!!

They told me the repair would be done in about 2 hrs. I got a text 1 hr later that the repair was complete. Great work, great service.
