Most important factor dealt with me fairly. Showing bank interests offer and allowing me to choose. The only real negative thing was the Disney music in the background. Over all was a great experience.

Terrible customer service! The unexperienced store manager in Port Charlottte lacks of training and causes issues between customers and transactions done at the store. District manager Jessica Oconnell seems to not care at all so Maycom Communications structure and its upper management are a wreck. DO NOT DO BUSINESS at these franchise stores to save you a waste of time and money.

Went there in order to purchase a phone case. After over 45 minutes standing there while the (seemingly) only worker there was working with a customer, without even acknowledging that I was there and needing help, I walked out. I highly recommend going there if theres nobody else there, because they tend to actually help out. Just not when theres more than 1 person there.

Ive been trying to get assistance / customer service from their Lakeland location since OCTOBER 2016 in regards to a refund they were supposed to provide on a returned Galaxy Note 7. No one ever returns my emails, phone calls, and I get excuse after excuse when I visit in person. I was leaving plenty of time between my issue to having to post this review but its been months and they have done nothing to help me resolve this issue.
