This store never answers the phone. The reason I complain of this is because Im disabled and have to arrange transportation. This store and all the other stores in Lakeland that I contacted are not honoring the Emergency Broadband Benefits program to where the government is offering up to $100 off on tablet to get service. Online I was able to get a discount on my phone service but the tablet I have to go to store. The store wont even listen to me after I called the sales department for metro by T-Mobile and confirmed that the tablet is to offered with up to $100 off.First gave the store a one star. Moved it to four because someone contacted me the next day to try resolve issue. Now that is great service. Issue has not been resolved at moment but at least Arthur has reached out to see what can be done.Last update. Issue resolved. Metro is offering deal to get tablet for $49 with service of $15. Great deal. Thanks to all who helped.

When you come to the Lakeland metro T-Mobile store make sure you have Michaela take care of you she is absolutely the best customer service representative you could ever ask for she literally had me saying Verizon who? She rocks period the end!

This is a great corporate Metro PCS Store, the staff is super friendly and caring! I had the opportunity to work for the store for a year providing cleaning janitorial services during the COVID 19 pandemic and had the opportunity to personally know most of the guys that work here. Ed is super friendly and caring with every customer, Albert is really funny and attentive, Rose is a sweetheart, and Mrs. Maribel is the type of person that goes beyond her responsibilities to make the store excel. Sorry if I did not mentioned everyone but I can assure that they all are a great team that care about their work and provide the best customer and quality service!They are not responsable for everyone’s problems with their cell phones or with the company itself. This particular store is misjudge with low stars, but deserves a five star overall for the wonderful staff they have!Thank you and see you soon,@feroro.realestate

This place is a joke, dont believe their hours on website. They close at 6:00 because covid comes out at that time. Ive also tried to get phones here and been told to go to best buy and get them. Helluva salesman. There is plenty of other Metro places in town, I will not be back to this one.

They closed the store 2hrs early the ppl were rude. Absolutely a waste of my time and energy. To be standing outside waiting for someone to help me and with a rude attitude they came out and shut the store down. I will not be back.

Issue after issue with this company! Yesterday I went in because my LG Stylo 5 which is 8 months old wont hold a charge. Four months ago I cancelled insurance on 2 of the line (4total) I was assured that the two remaining lines will continue to be insured afer double checking with the agent! Well that was a lie, now because of agents continuously mishandling our account they expect us to pay $110 to reinstate the insurance that was on my line from day one. Previously the issues were with billing, not receiving text messages, service issues, and the Alcatel phone having many issues. Metro I have been loyal for 5 years. Now Im looking into SPECTRUM for cell service because you became too big to care for your loyal customers.

Standard stuff as far as service. Nice shopping center named Market Square. Easy parking lot, no shade. Interesting other nearby businesses including a medical marijuana dispensary, food offerings, guitar shop, and physical therapy. So weird but fun. Close to the interstate and a short drive to the post office.

Albert was able to fix my problem in 5 minutes. After 16 calls to 611 Customer Service and hours on the phone and 15 disconnections in the last 24 hours it was extremely relieving that he was able to get into the solution so quickly . Customer service at 611 definitely needs some help. All the want to do is reset the network and then the phone hangs up... not fixing the problem causing you to call back and repeat yourself 16 different times. If your needing help on your phone I would advise you just go to the corporate store and ask for Albert... HE knows what hes doing

My family are immigrants..so i have no problems with accents..the person was incomprehesible..issue was not redolved..kept receiving emails stating need to make payment when My Metro showed payment had been made

The worst store Ive ever been into! The customer service was EXTREMELY BAD! NEVER looked at me, she would answer my questions from behind the computer. I asked her for a cheap phone because its for an old lady, she just pointed out there on that table WITHOUT LEAVING THE COUNTER and returned to whatever she was looking at on her computer. UNPROFESSIONAL 100%!!
