The stunod manager told me I couldnt return a new controller. I worked at GameStop for 2 years I knew I could; still wouldnt let me. Drove 15 minutes away to another GameStop and they happily returned it. Awful people that honestly dont know what theyre doing. Id give it a lower rating if I could. Please do yourself a favor and dont go to this GameStop.

This our go to game stop. We accidentally went to the one inside the mall and was quickly reminded why we dont go to that one. We were just going to browse but the guys in that store today could have sold ice to Eskimos. They are amazing. We left there with a bag of thing, so much for browsing. This is the place to go for all your gaming needs. Thanks guys for being so knowledgeable and awesome.

Do not go here.. waste of time. Horrible customer service. Waited over 30 minutes for a online return and they still couldnt do it. The cashier can talk and talk all day even when there is a long line building up. The cashier should just be a radio host.

Would not match advertised price on an item. Told me I could order online and pick up in store. Go online and this store days the item is out of stock. They look up the item in their system and it shows they have 0 when I clearly have the item in hand. Woman says they cant scan an item on sale into inventory. They just wanted the original price and not to offer the sale price.

This place is great, I always go to pre-order all of my physical collectors edition games. Some of the people that work there are great!

In here almost daily looking for deals. The employees are always cool with me.

I want to give a huge shout out to Justin. Long story short! I preordered COD Cold War at Plant City location I found out this morning that gamestop along with all brick & mortar stores do not have access to the Beta. I preordered Digitally online this morning and went to get my money back from gamestop and they refused to give me a refund. So I called this Location for Support and I explained my situation to Justin and he kindly quickly helped me get my money back from the Plant City location. Thank you so much Justin!

Best Gamestop in the USA. However, my girlfriend got a copy of BL3 with me, but we only got one paper for 3 gold keys. Shes pissed and Im screwed all because we bought them on the same account. Manager Josh gets that sweet 5 stars tho.

My son recently traded in his Nintendo Switch system and some games. These guys were super helpful in making sure we got the most credit toward making our next purchase. We had gone to a closer Gamestop, and they werent as helpful as they could have been. This store had our next purchase in stock and made sure we were aware of all special offers. I will be returning to this shop again.

Best Gamestop Ive ever been in, the Employees are always genuinely friendly and willing to help. The best part is they dont force sales and unwanted products and they are always respectful.

Its really congested. So much stuff packed in a small space. And when there are a lot of shoppers, its almost not even worth it. They had 3 cashiers and there were 3 people in line, but we still stood there for about 7 minutes waiting for help. The location in Winter Haven is a bit nicer. And the staff is friendlier as well. This location is conveniently located, but thats about it.

I go here for all my new/used game needs, and these guys are the best. Jon is always helpful there, he even knows me by name. Chris is another excellent sales associate there. I will continue to come to this specific location for my needs as long as the service remains top notch.

Employee helped me pick out a headset for my xbox. When I got home I realized it was not for xbox, now I have to return it. I dont know how he didnt realize that. He had 1 job, to pick me out a headset compatible for my xbox! I guess Ill try Amazon now, at least I can buy and return it without leaving my house! This was supposed to be a prestige location, not sure how they got that status!

I was on hold 20 whole mins, while the employee went to see if they had a game in stock. He never cameback to say anything, such as im still looking, im helping someone nothing no common courtesy.

They are always so kind to my small. Hildren under 10 when they come to play on the game systems. Very helpful and great prices/7 day return policy.

We went in at the end of the night. Unfortunately that is not the best time to go to a game store. The staff was very helpful, however the cashier seemed a little pushy and would not take no for an answer it seemed. Their tone changed when I told them I was going to leave without buying anything if asked again. Then they were still in such a rush they could hardly find the game I was trying to purchase (even had to remind them which gaming system the game was for, smh). Over all though they had a great selection and more. We ended up buying way more than we intended to and will surely be going back to the store for more. We WILL definitely not being going to the same cashier next time lol.

I go to this location all the time. The staff is great, always have recommendations to help you find your style of game play. My girlfriends father drives to this location from plant city, avoiding locations near him, for this staff.

Its 5 stars for me, but i have to give it a 4 star because i got $7 for trading GTA5 PS4 Deuluxe version.And i traded 13 other 360 games with the GTA 5, and only got $38 dollars out of it...

Called for them to hold a used game for me and guy on phone confirms that its there so I drive 50 minutes one way just to be told the game wasnt there, I also didnt appreciate the way I was told because the female employee that was there didnt seem to care that I in total had to drive 1 1/2 hours just to be told sorry have a nice day. What should be done is front confirm something is there unless disc is in hand.....

I asked about a game and they had no idea what they where talking about. Then they lied about the the game and turned out it wasnt true. Dont go to this location.

This is the store I will come to from now on!!! After the Plant City manager would not even help me this store listened and understood my dilemma and worked with me. Zyan went to his manager who agreed to take the Xbox back that I bought in September for my sons birthday in December. Boxes were not open but my kid told me he decided he wanted a PlayStation instead of Xbox not knowing I bought the Xbox already!! Thank you so much to Zyan and store manager for being understanding and working with me!!!!! Y’all are doing great on Customer service!!!!
