They claim to have a 90 day warranty on their work but after paying over $300 to get a front and back screen fixed, that they admitted to rushing on their work the front screen started lifting not even a month after they “fixed it”. It has been in an Otter box case immediately they put it in the case before leaving from getting it fixed. It hasn’t been dropped nothing. If it had been dropped there would be marks on the case especially to pop out a new screen on one side. Now bringing it in because they rushed, they say there is nothing they can do and that we have to pay for another new screen and that we had to have done it. Not at all the case, they are running a scheme. Their warranties don’t mean anything. Do not go here if you expect them to fix their own mess ups and obviously they aren’t qualified or knowledgeable enough to work on IPhones. Worst place ever to get your phone fixed and will never recommend to anyone ever instead will warn everyone especially with an IPhone to never go there even with an older style like 2 years old iPhone style. They can’t handle what they claim and are very rude and nasty about it and would rather accuse the customer of breaking their phone when instead it’s their poor work ethic and they have no honesty or integrity in their work. I REPEAT DON’T EVER USE THEM WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible at Lakeland Mall location. Manager wasnt good, but yelling in front of other customers and made me buy a part and cost to fix without fix and didnt own up to delivery date. 3 days late and then eta to fix is double after coming in and getting my phone looked at. Immediately blamed me for their employees mistakes. Doesnt work on Samsungs on weekends, when most people are free for the most popular phone, prepaid orders for common phones and doesnt offer discounts or returns despite their mistakes. Should have saw that red flag. Now I have the part since I refuse for them to mess up anything else. Like it matters though since they got their money.Update: pics and vids to come but they ordered the wrong part. Battery doesnt fit in the new one. Guess well see what happens next. Still wont apologize for lying/misformation provided to customer. Says Im wrong about part but had corporate evaluate. This is not corporate backed, its a private owner so corporate is great, offers returns and honest product. Lakeland is a scam artist that doesnt know how to run a business.

The owner (I believe his name is Teddy) is very nice and was great to work with. He provided great service and quality work. Best price too. I couldn’t find anywhere that would fix my iPad for less than $160. He took it, fixed it and had it back to me within just a couple hours. I would definitely recommend this place.

I would not recommend anyone to get their phone worked on at this location or rather if they do to research and document their interactions including any damage and correspondence with the employees, namely Telesforo Diaz, which is the Sales Representative on my paperwork. I went in Monday the 23rd before Thanksgiving for work on my Motorolla Z3 Play, and was understandable that it would take awhile to. The employee notified me that it would take 2 weeks to get the part in, so I left my phone in his care because he said that was fine to do. When I got the call back around the 4th of December, I was happy because I use this phone for all of my internet purposes at my house including jobs, interviews, entertainment, etc. When I arrived at the location, before I got the phone, Mr. Diaz commented about the difficulty of the job, but the screen was functioning. He also mentioned that the screen had rough beads around the edges of the screen, where Mr. Diaz informed me that they had used a silicone adhesive that would wear away and that it would not affect the screen. Since I trusted his opinion, since it is his chosen profession, I left with my phone content for about a week. On the 11th of December is when I had my issues with this location. I called in the morning to notify whoever was working that my screen was coming unglued from the frame of the phone and was told to bring it in. When I arrived, I once again interacted with the gentleman that I had each time I went to the location previously, Telesforo Diaz. He told me that he would look into it when I showed him the issue in the bottom right of my phone. I mentioned to him before I went shopping at the Lakeland Square Mall that when he pressed the screen to make sure it was coming unglued that the screen got a line in it and he did not comment. When I returned later, he attempted to return the screen with that line. I refused to take the phone, and told him it wasnt these. Upset that I questioned him, he got snippy claiming he told me it was and that the cameras could show it if I wanted proof. When taking him up on his offer, he came back a little while later telling me that the cameras were unable to give me that proof he claimed. In the meantime, the line went away because the screen once again came unglued before he returned. Again I pointed out the issue and he said that I could leave it in his care once more over night to see if it sits right, but said there was damage on the top of the phone caused by me dropping it, which confused me because the phone had not even left my house since I got it returned and used as a mobile hot spot, so its use was very minimal. I left my phone with him because I wanted to give him to opportunity to fix his mistake and make it right since I paid for the service already. After returning the next day, the 12th, Telesforo Diaz returned my phone to me once again with the damaged screen and told me that the screen was down, but because the drop and the frame being twisted that the only thing he could do was replace the screen again. I was fed up with him at this point because how can you re-fix the screen if the frame was messed up, and being told so many different stories, and being treated rudely. I took my phone to a different location, but noted the damage and attempted to call their corporate for information regarding their policies. I decided to take my phone to a play a friend of mine went that he recommended after hearing my situation at a place in Dundee called CPR, Cell Phone Repair. I notified them of the situation, and they after only a few days had be pay for the down-payment of the part, and I got it returned on 12/18. I returned and they told me that Mr. Diaz did not use proper parts when installing my phone, which could have been a contributing factor in my screen being broke when Mr. Diaz said I dropped it. I would not recommend anyone to this location because of the poor service and communication shown by Mr. Diaz. I have tried multiple times to get information from all avenues to get no information in return.

They ordered a replacement screen just for my phone as they didnt keep it in stock, so dont be afraid to ask about a repair no matter what phone you have. My phone looks brand new, and I cant thank them enough. They even provide a 30-day warranty, so you can be confident in their work. A++ repair and customer service. I recently got my screen fixed here. Teddy as I recall was the employee that helped me. He was very professional and very fast. I was dreading pricing but he changed me a total of 117$ that was for a new screen and a glass screen protector. I think that was a resin label price I cannot complain because I needed my phone ASAP because the screen wasn’t even turning on and he fixed my screen within an hour.He was also bilingual a big plus!

I bring my 7 pad 7 generation for a new screen and i paid almost 300 first the guy an old guy that works there tell me that its going to be for the next day and then i have to call the store like couple of days later because he said that he dont get the screen yet and when finally get my tablet i get it with a rubber band holding the tablet because he said leave it like for 4 hours like that because it dont stick well but he charge me super fast

During this pandemic, Telesforo Diaz has made a huge effort to help everyone out with their phone needs. Even though the mall is closed, he has gone mobile. The service is good and all. They are pros that know what they are doing. But the prices are unreasonable. They charged me 40 dollars just to clean my phone on the inside when I can do that in 20 mins.

Dropped my phone while going down I-4 on my bike. Found it, took it in, and after being almost completely destroyed, the guy fixed it up and had it running in a few hours. My experience is absolutely horrible the store is a complete rip off they sold me a bad battery, not even two weeks ago and they want to charge me another $50 because I dont have my receipt and the guy that I thought put me in the computer system evidently did not. It took them an entire MONTH to fix my phone. They broke the first screen they put in, then ordered the wrong one, then they put a screen in that broke within 36 hours of me getting it back. Each time I had to wait a week for each update. So I brought it back and had to wait another week and a half to finally get an update that my look phone was ready. Worst service ever.Since I cant make a reply. Ill editYou gave me a a loaner phone not even 24 hours before you fixed my phone. And that was after I had been without a phone already for almost 3 weeks. I understand completely that my phone screen isnt something you usually have in stock. Which is why I pre ordered my screen the week before I gave it to you and your inadequate employee made my phone useless. When I got my phone back after OVER THREE WEEKS of not having it I didnt even have it for 24 hours after the screen started to turn purple. I called my service provider and they said that the only way for that to happen was extreme trauma to the screen or water damage. And considering the fact that I hadnt dropped the phone or anything that could cause damage would lead me to believe that this store installed a damaged product into my phone.I wish I would have paid $150 more to get my screen fixed by my service provider than to have gone here. I wasted my time, money, and gas coming to this useless store multiple times to speak to your employees in person because that was the only way I could get a straight answer from them.

The best experience I have ever had. I dropped my phone in the toilet!! Yes the TOILET!!! I had lost all hope but I walked in and Mr. Diaz created a miracle. And it was such a reasonable price. I have an iPhone 6 Plus Mr. Diaz gave it to me straight and was able to fix my phone with authentic apple parts. He called me to make sure I was informed on the status of my phone at every stage. I even got it back in a few hours. It was so great I brought my son’s V20 when I picked my phone up. This was so much cheaper and easier than getting all new phones. Plus Mr. Diaz was so nice and very helpful.

Needed a new ear piece speaker for an iPhone 6. I went to the competition first, however they did not have a tech in the building and told me even if there was a tech on hand, that I would have to leave my phone with them for a day. With that not being a possibility for anyone ever, I went to iFix...Jordan had it done in 20 minutes and at half the cost of what I was quoted by the completion. Nice work!

Terrible serviceI never received the first phone call of when my i pad tablet was repaired, and had to return it i received it back with a broke home button and to return back for the repair and they didnt have the parts or the adhesive to fix it, and yet never any up date as to my tablet being done, I will never take anything there again and the home button on my i pad is still not fixed and Im not sure what Im going to do. I would not recommend them to anyone I was yelled at my the manger/ store owner. I never had such bad service from any place before !!!!!!!!!!!!!! $ 117.00 dollars later and i dont have a cracked screen but the home button is not right . I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM A ONE STAR BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME POST WITH OUT IT THEY STINK WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIRS !!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE is about the only way to describe my visit with this place. took my iphone 6s to get a new screen, home button and battery and when i got it back $200+ dollars later the phone wont restore or do anything like its suppose too. came back up 3 times and manager did nothing but make stuff up about not showing up when he knew we was coming. he then offered a refund for the work, and taking $35 out for the work on it! 1 they broke the phone to where i wont be able to use it again. wouldnt recommend this to ANYONE!
