Excellent service & honest pricing

Honest mechanics that don’t try to sell you more than you need. Fairly priced. Fast repair same day. Did not have to miss work on Monday. Highly recommend this place. Professional staff very informative. Was a real pleasure. They got our Jeep up and running and gave a full health report.

Mark & Phillip were terrific to us! They went out of their way to make sure we understood every detail of the process for our repair needs. I have never been to an auto shop that was so thorough, friendly and fair. Pricing was very reasonable. Remember, you get what you pay for! If we weren’t moving to the west coast I would bring both my vehicles for any of my automative needs to these guys, hands down best experience I’ve ever had with an auto mechanic shop! Hes on the higher end of the price scale but when it comes to mechanical theres no one I would trust!He never feeds you a line, will shoot it straight and doesnt mind us back yard mechanics.He knows how to explain what is wrong so that normal people understand and will tell you (if you are mechanically inclined) exactly what it will require to fix it.Much love for this shop!

As a former ASE certified Service Advisor, I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Its the only shop I trust to help me out in a jam. Phillip and all the other techs are very knowledgeable and Mark is one of the most honest people Ive ever met in the industry.

Innovative Automotive (ask for Mark) helped me get my car back on the road! Mark was professionally courteous (hard to find these days) and was up front about each problem my car had, and kept us in the loop with consistent updates! He and his team (shoutout to Phillip and Scott) worked with us to find permanent solutions as well as potential alternatives.In Lakeland, this is the only mechanic Ill be going to from now on. I waited 1 week to write this review, my car drives like the day I bought it.

All my vehicles are or have been serviced here. Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices and of course quick/efficient. Anytime i need work done I know I can count with Marc and his team.

Id give this guy ten stars if i could. You will not find a better automotive staff in Lakeland or anywhere else for that matter. They can do anything from custom work on down to general maintenance.Youll never have to worry about quality, and all their work is warrantied. Talk to Mark, he wont lead you astray.
