So I brought my car in about a month ago with rear bumper damage from a rear end. I called almost every day and was told lies each time and the lady i spoke to actually got fired. i went over there after my car being there for a month and nothing was touched and my front bumper and hood were also broken. my front bumper was falling off and my hood was bent in. I was told that the estimate to fix it $1,000 after i took my car from there the estimate was $11,000 to fix it. he argued with me and told me wrong things and my car actually ended up being totaled because of all of the frame damage they caused in the front

My new car was in a minor accident, but required repair. Brought my car in to Lakeland Body Shop and my car was made whole again. Excellent service and work performed, and they even took out a ding unrelated to the accident and it looks brand new! Thanks to Mike and his staff for excellency! Would definitely recommend for anyone needing repairs.

At Lakeland Ford Auto Body I initially had issues with my 2011 Ford F-150. But I have to admit Mike Riddle the Body Shop Manager went the extra mile contacted me and we were able to work things out. Thats the kind of commitment to service excellence, that every dealer and every body shop wants to have for their model. He really did his absolute best to listen and understand what the issue was with my truck. Because of his diligence I will use this body shop again and again. I had a stone chip on my roof and the clear coat was pealing away. I brought it here and talked to Julia. It was repaired on time and the work is awesome, plus it is warranted for as long as I own the vehicle. Julia and the other employees that I came in contact were polite and professional. Julia went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. I will bring my vehicles here from now on. Thank you.

I have used Lakeland Body Shop many times for minor body shop repairs and painting. Heidi and the staff are all awesome to deal with and Charlie does an excellent job of painting. They are always awesome to work and have always done their very best to exceed my expectations.They have done work for me for over 15 years, and over the past few years have been the best. They have done work on my Shelby GT500 and my 2018 Ford Raptor and I could not be happier.

Devan Price is AWESOME !!I am restoring my 2001 Mustang GT, that I purchased new at Lakeland Automall Ford. I wanted a Ford Factory Specification paint match.WOW !!! The body and paint work are beautiful! The Artists at this shop have an Incredible attention to detail.Devan kept me posted frequently on the work in progress with excellent photos, and narrative. He has a keen eye for final QA/QC inspection.It is very rare in this industry to experience this level of Customer Service.

When I have the time I will put a complaint in with consumers service. You guys took the $500 deductible but you guys didnt fixe my car. it has been a week, and I am still waiting for you guys to finish fixing my car.

We were getting quotes to fix our passenger mirror for around $850. Not only was the price significantly cheaper at Lakeland Body Shop but the staff especially, Mike Riddle, provided exceptional customer service and they were able to repair the mirror and get me on my way in a very short amount of time on the same day as a walk in. Devan Price,Body Shop associate was the best thing about my whole experience at Lakeland Auto Mall, except for my lovely car! He held my hand through the whole process from assessing the damage on my car, to helping me understand the insurance terminology. He was kind enough to call the insurance company on my behalf ( multiple times) to get things sorted out and validate and clarify what they would or would not pay for. He drove the process right down to the final reassembly and car wash. Devan stayed late waiting for my arrival to pick up my car and even followed up with Enterprise knowing I had forgotten my garage door opener in the rental. Extremely pleased with Lakeland BodyShop.

We had an accident with our 2017 Ford F350 that resulted in major damage to the front of the truck. We chose to have it repaired at Lakeland Automall and are thankful that we did. When the truck was returned to us, it looked like brand new.....even drove like a brand new truck! The customer service and interaction with the staff was phenomenal! I recently purchased a 2022 Genesis GV70. While at a local store I opened the driver side door and hit an object denting the very edge of door including the actual edge inward. I was obviously disappointed in my poor judgement after opening the door. I drive to the Body Shop and ask the front door rep if someone was available to advise me of what I was looking at $$$. Out walks Mike and he comes out to my vehicle and advises me that he would make an attempt to minimize the dent but I would have to sign a release. I signed the release. Mike advises he will try his best but to not get to excited due to the nature and location of the dent. After an hour of watching him working I was so impressed that I went back in to the front desk to have the General Manager come and speak with me. (To commend his employee) The young woman looks up at me and says, He is the GM!. I was like no way. Another hour goes by and he has done a remarkably brilliant job saving me couple of thousand dollars. I told him the work far exceeded my expectations and the time spent was commendable.What made this so remarkable is he didnt charge me a penny!! He thought it would be a few minutes but it lingered towards two hours because he wanted me to be satisfied.Ive been to this body shop before and they always have done excellent work.Thank you Lakeland Body Shop!!!!
