I needed a Throttle Body for my 2015 Expedition. I called around to different Ford dealerships around me “Southern Indiana” and found they wanted a couple hundred bucks and Ten bucks for the gasket you need.Searching Google I found “Lakeland Ford” I read the reviews, they were all outstanding.I called them and the parts guy was super helpful. He confirmed they did have the both the throttle body and the gasket I needed.I went back to their site and ordered the Throttle body the gasket and paid for shipping. Total of $148.00. Part arrived quickly as well. There’s no doubt I will do business with Lakeland Ford.

I ordered a tail light assembly for my 2020 Ford Explorer. The rep on the phone was very helpful and my light arrived in four days. I had a problem with my 1999 Ford F-150 Lariat. The shifter tube inside the steering column broke (see photo). I could not shift the automatic transmission using the steering column shift lever. I looked for the parts online and found the Lakeland Ford online parts website. When I went to their website, I found the needed parts easily but also called their online parts professional at Lakeland Ford to confirm the correct part numbers. I then ordered the shifter tube, inner shift tube piston and the plastic bearings online. The parts were shipped quickly and I received all parts together in one box in a couple of days. When I installed the parts today and they fit beautifully. My truck is now back on the road. Lakeland Ford was the only place that had a discontinued engine wiring harness for my 1996 Ford diesel 4x4. It was in stock, at a good price, and even with shipping to Las Vegas it was cheaper than OEM from Ford that was not available, ever again and any other aftermarket manufacturer. Even the Big A couldnt come up with it. Im thankful you people were here for me in the pinch. Definitely coming back for other parts. Mike Kirk

Terrible customer service! I went to order a Ford part online and called to confirm it was in stock. The parts person put me on hold and went to the back to put his hands on the part. He confirmed he had the part so I ordered it online and called to make sure they received my order. He said the part would ship today and I would receive it the following week by Thursday. Called back on Friday after no part arrived. No one can find my order and the guy who placed the order is on vacation. Really?!!!

Being a hospitality professional and trainer, it saddens me when I have to speak negatively about how I was spoken to and felt while talking to the quick lane service person today. He (I choose not to give his name), never acknowledged me with a greeting once I was handed over to him. He seemed more interested in the information that he was inputting into the computer. No actual eye contact, while answering my simple questions and seemed annoyed that I was asking them. I wanted to have (2) key fobs programmed and I guess because I had purchased the identical after market fobs to the ones I was given with the Flex, it wasnt worth him really caring. His answers to my questions were very unconcerned and I was told that what he was working on needed to be completed before he could schedule me to come in and get them done. I asked him the price and it was well above what I already knew the price would be (prior research and calling around to Ford dealerships for pricing).I have to admit, this is the second time within the past month that I have come to this dealership for parts and this situation and both times, the people that I spoke or dealt with had little to no customer service skills and seemed uncaring or that I was annoying them.I totally understand things are a bit crazy with the pandemic but there is no reason that a person should make a potential client or guest feel as though they are annoying or less important than the last or next. After two times coming to this dealership, I will not be making a return visit and will not encourage others to do so. I would not want them to have to go through the same things that I encountered.I did not feel welcomed or wanted at Lakeland Ford and will travel to another dealership for any future service that maybe need for my Flex or future purchases.Its a shame that the most important aspects of a person visit to an establishment are lost because people do not have proper hospitality and customer care skills. These are two skills that make a bad experience better and a great experience amazing.I single star rating is honestly more than is deserved at this time.

Bad experience...I ordered two valve cover gaskets P/N 2C2Z6584AA & P/N 2C2Z6584BA but when my order arrived I received two different items with another P/N ... Customer service just told me that I had to verify if they would fit to my car ... I think when you order something the store must respect the items you ordered...now I will have to return them and find the correct ones.

Ordered replacement part online. Process was easy after finding the part number I needed. My local Ford dealer was going to charge me nearly $1000 to replace the wiper motors after they broke the mounting bracket. I ordered the bracket from Lakeland and replaced the part myself for a fraction of the estimate. I only needed one motor (they were going to charge me for two), which I also bought online for only $120.

Ordered parts online from Lakeland Ford and they did ship it out fast but they shorted us 1 gasket of all things, we ordered 4 (4 cyl engine) but they only shipped 3.......not sure if whoever picked the order didnt pay attention or they only had 3 in stock but they should have notified us if that was the case. We had tried to contact them but they wont respond to emails and when we filled out the return form it stated they would contact us with the return details but that hasnt happened. I hoped this transaction would have went better since they have a large selection of parts and really good prices!!Update: Kyle took care of the issue, I would have no problem ordering again!!!!!!!!1

Website said Most orders ship within 24 hours. When you get the email confirmation it says Most orders ship within 2-5 days. So they sucker you into thinking your order will ship fast, but it doesnt. We are on the 3rd day now and still hasnt shipped. Meanwhile, I am without a car until I get this part. And no, there is no expedited shipping option.

The 866 number never worked for me, but they emailed fairly fast and corrected me on the part I needed viva vin number, and the part was cheeper then anybody else, over all I would use again.

Had the parts I was looking for, the prices were better the anybody else, It took about a week to get them,The only that could make it better is if they had 2 day free delivery like Amazon.I would definitely recommend this company.
