Their service is good but slow so ask for that loaner vehicle. Billie at the counter...she is GREAT!!! Very professional and easy to talk to.Now, keep in mind, prices are high.

Took my sons Buick into Cannon for the first time last week. We purchased a new Eclipse from Cannon about 12yrs ago and had not been back there until the day I took my sons car in. It is a 1997 Buick Skylark that I purchased from an older lady who originally bought the car from Cannon in 1997.I was surprised at the amount that they charge for the work they do. It is absolutely WAY OVERPRICED. To do some light electrical, brakes, drivers mirror and water pump replacement I received an estimate of over $3,000!! I couldnt believe it!!In the end, I let Cannon do the work on the electrical which cost over $1,000 by itself but gave the rest of the work to my regular mechanic who did everything else for under another $1,000.Craig at the desk was outstanding and certainly a pleasure to work with and they DID provide a new Forester for me to drive for the 48hrs they were working on the Buick. Craig and the loaner car were the reason this wasnt a 2 star review...The work was done well and the items fixed work flawlessly but I will never take a car to Cannon to have work done again. Its literally Highway robbery. I was so turned off by the price that I probably will look to another dealership if I ever wish to purchase a new Cadillac, Buick or Subaru because I know now that the markup must be significant on a purchase if the REPAIRS are so pricey.

Great experience and excellent service. Billie got me in and out faster than I have ever experienced in a dealership. The tech that worked on my car was super. He drove with me and I explained what I was hearing in the rear end. He said he did not hear what I was hearing, but took the time to put it on a lift and listen with a stethoscope. Sure enough he found that I had an issue with my differential. Had to get a rental, and that process was amazingly easy. Next day I have my car back good as new. Great job.

I called to schedule an oil change for my wifes Buick. They got it in quick and the service agent was extremely nice and friendly. After 45 min she showed me an air filter which was not clean and it was 107 bucks. I approved but thought 107 was a bit of a stretch for a car 10 months old with 12k miles. Maybe I shouldnt have wore my Mercedes Benz hat I was give with my last lease from MB. Anyway, I looked it up at a parts store...21 to 40 bucks. When I got home I called 3 other Buick dealers and asked to price same filter installed. Highest was 60 lowest was 45. I called service manager and was sent to voice mail ignore with no return call. Needless to say the 80k car I ogled over in the showroom while waiting will never sit in my driveway. A twin from another dealer is more likely as I will never return to price gouging auto dealers. Glad I found out before I spent big money there. One can only imagine what the over charge was on the car...

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car! Jessica helped make sure that my wife and I got all our questions answered and meticulously went through all the details. She was so helpful and even though we came in at a busy time they never made us feel rushed or pressured!I can’t recall the name of the other salesman who on his own helped by entertaining our two energetic boys that were with us so we could actually hear what we needed to and focus on the information we were given! After we left the boys told us that he went and made a new fresh batch of popcorn just for them!
