Always fine my correct part n save time good people

Prices are 40% or so cheaper than a trickster for e track cambuckle and ratchet straps., I needed trailer dock bumpers. They didnt have my type in stock. Representative ordered them on the spot for next day. At no perchance to me. Just pay when I pick them up. Good prices Great customer service.

I came here a couple days ago because I had to return couple stuff my husband bought an accident I hate returning stuff because it’s always so complicated but not in this case the gentleman that help me was an older guy he was very nice and friendly made the procedure of returning an item satisfying I really appreciate your hard work

Helpful folks and they had the part I needed, again. The only issue I have is the warranty policy.HAVE to buy another one. The one that didnt have 20 miles on it has to be sent to the manufacturer to be tested.That means I had to buy 2 $500 parts. Then if the returned part is NOT bad I have to pay shipping to get that part back. Cause Im surely not going to toss it.We ALL know parts manufacturers will CLAIM the part is fine.FML!!!!

This place never has enough people at the front desk. There is usually only one and a long line. They also don’t have near the parts available as fleet products.
