The Santanas really know VWs! He took our car in and had it out the same day. He also gave me a ride to my office a couple of miles away and even came back to get me! I planned to take him back to the office, but his wife and partner was there to pick him up! GREAT service, awesome people!

Top of the line service very honest work

I recently purchased a Jetta TDI for a more than fair price. There were some issues with the car that were clearly disclosed. We went for a generous test drive down the interstate and back through the city to the shop. Very happy with the car and the way the deal was handled. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Jose and Liz have worked on our cars for over 10 years now and have always taken really good care of all our VWs, and now he is working on our childrens cars. Quality work and good price.

When a nationally owned big name shop couldnt properly fix my jetta Tdi wagon, or even the dealership. Jose fix not only the problem, but also found a few other ones no one had mentioned. Definitely would recommend to anyone who owns a vw. Prices are more than fair.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not helpful whatsoever. They acted like I was an inconvenience. I just wanted an estimate on something 2 other places willingly gave me, and they said no. I would not recommend this place. Go to Gunders Auto Center they are really nice ands reasonably priced.

VW Parts Unlimited has been our go-to mechanic for more than 13 years. I trust them implicitly, as they know VWs inside and out. I currently drive a 2000 Jetta with almost 200,000 miles on the odometer, and VW Parts Unlimited keeps her in tip top shape. When my husband was up north and had trouble with his VW, these guys got on the phone with the other mechanic, listened to the car, asked some questions, and accurately diagnosed the problem! They get five stars from us...would give them a higher rating if I could!

Best VW repair shop. I drive all the way from NC every year just to have my VW Jetta and GTI tune up and repairs done at this shop. The service is awesome and the people are great! :) They know VW. They will do it right the first time.

Jose and the team were excellent to deal with pricing was fair and resonable for the amount of work I put on his plate. He was able to fix my 2012 GTI 2.0t with the dreaded timing tensioner and bent valves. I will definitely be going there anytime I have a repair I cant do myself. Dont waste your time at the VW stealership anymore.
