Not a great experience with Justin in the service department. This is where you go to buy a $60,000 vehicle. When its two weeks old and starts acting up you get told that they wont help you. Just drop it off. No loaner. No help at all. Just a sales associate with a self absorbed smirk. You could honestly tell that he didnt care if you left it for repairs with no time-line estimation or drove it off a cliff. Not a great experience.

Just called to get an out-the-door price on a vehicle I am interested in buying. Whoever I talked to seemed to have zero motivation at all to sell me a vehicle. I asked for a price and told him I had gotten prices elsewhere as well, and was shopping around for the best deal. The guy said if I got other prices, then I know how much it would be. He refused to e-mail me a price for the vehicle I was interested in. He literally put no effort into selling me a vehicle.

I really appreciate Darcie Bennett for all her help. She is great at multitasking and getting things done. She got me in as soon as possible and out. The mechanics that worked on my 2020 Camero did a great job fixing all the problems. I just wish that they could of washed my car before I picked it up. But im just happy my car is fixed. I brought my car in for a issue in October then still had a issue so brought it back in a few weeks later. I delt with Jesse the second time. I also dealt with him last year when my sunroof motor went out. All Iv got to say is Jesse is absolutely the greatest service advisor there. I never want to deal with anyone else other then him. He has wonderful customer service and truly is so easy to work with. I have a small toddler and it’s always tough for me going to places such as these with him. But Jesse goes over and beyond to make everything as simple as possible. He always keeps you up to date of your service status and if you call and leave a message he is very quick to return your call. We have purchased many cars throughout the years, and we’ve had good and bad experiences with car dealerships. We’d place the experience with Schumacher as one of our best. The salesperson, Gray, was exceptional. We are very particular about the cars we purchase and the price we pay. Gray was patient, helpful without being a obnoxious, and accommodating. Gray actually made the experience fun.Once we made our decision on the car we wanted, we were out the door with the keys to our new car in hand in a little over an hour.Steve in the business office was prepared and focused on getting the papers signed. It was not rushed, but rather professional and efficient.We will note that what brought us to the dealership was an experience we had with Schumacher’s service department in July, 2019. We’d purchased a car at another dealership and were in need of immediate service, and Schumacher was closer. Since we were out of town we had to make arrangements with Schumacher service by phone at closing time on the weekend.Wilson in the service department went above and beyond what we anticipated. He made sure we were kept informed, and he placed our concerns at ease. In addition, Wilson and his service techs caught an issue with our car that saved us a lot of hassle and money. With this good experience in mind, we thought it made sense to give Schumacher a try when we decided to purchase another car. It was a good move for us.

I’d be doing a disservice if I didn’t tell people about 2 specific people in the service department. First is my service provider Wilson. The guy is professional, personable, courteous, quick and just an all around great guy. Second is Kevin in parts. Probably the most knowledgeable, professional, and honest guy I’ve worked with over my years of GM ownership. Keep it up boys!

I bought a certified pre-owned truck from here. 3 years later i have an external fuel leak costing $1,300 dollars in repairs. I have never heard of a vehicle within that time range having such a problem. I have had classic cars to cars 10 yrs old never with such problems. Currently looking at fords as my chevy is not what i thought it was. The body style is so thin it dents very easily with door dings.... Fixed 3 of them so far and now this b.s. not happy about my purchase and will never buy a chevy again. I can see this happening on other car lots but a corporate dealer its unacceptable. Update: still the worst, again and again and again. Waited two hours to do a repair that they have already done four times in the past and they returned the truck to me with the same problem, not fixed, again. The worst, go anywhere else and save yourself time and stress.Had the worst service adviser. They gave me a new one after my first review. Now after my oil change two days ago I have a huge puddle of oil in the driveway. They didnt bother to tighten the oil filter. So now Im paying a real mechanic to put a new one in and I have to deal with the huge stain in my driveway.

As a customer for over 15 years, as usual, the service I recently received was excellent. My service rep, Jesse was tremendous. He got all the work done promptly, made sure everything was correct, and was incredibly helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I have an older vehicle, (2004 GMC truck), and the work was done properly and corrected all my problems. Jesse also took the extra time and effort that is not found as often as it should be! I dropped my wife’s brand new Tahoe off for its first service appointment at this location, I was given the run around about the person I scheduled with not being there finally was given and adviser who didn’t care about the issues I was having. I had it in for a oil change, tires rotation, alignment, and the tv was having issues. All I received was an oil change. The truck was filthy when I got it back I had to walk behind the service building to retrieve my vehicle they didn’t even get it for me I’ve had better service at Kia then I did with this dealership I would never recommend anyone get their vehicle serviced at this location they don’t care for their customers at all.

The service was great. Nick who assisted me was very attentive and kind. Ernie who have me a ride in the shuttle back to my work place and picked me up after work when my car was ready was so nice. Great conversation during the ride. My vehicle was ready in a timely manner. And Nick followed up after to make sure everything was okay.

I had called on Friday to the Service Department asking to speak to Wilson in regards to getting the brakes on my wifes Suburban looked at while she was out of town. Not only was he patient with all the questions I had about brakes, and the noises that they are making..he even scheduled me to come in on Saturday if I wanted. Got there Saturday, he explained the process of them doing some diagnostic and came back to me within the hour with my options. Overall, price was extremely competitive and the service that he, Wilson continues to provide is the reason why I continue to service my vehicles at this dealership. I never get the feeling that I am being hustled or forced into getting something done or bought. Wilson, by far is most professional and accommodating. Always communicates and keeps you posted on what is going on with your vehicle once your vehicle is dropped off to them. Wish that more dealerships offer this type of service since it is about 20 miles away, well worth it though! Ask for Wilson!

Had a wonderful buying experience at Schumacher. Everything went very smoothly. The sales team was not pushy at all and I was able to get the car I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay.

Very difficult to schedule an appointment! First I called and waited but all operators were busy. I opted to leave my phone number for a callback and that never happened! Three days later I tried again and still no one answered so I decided to go online to schedule. I asked to chat with a representative online. Someone responded But it was such a bad website it still took me nearly half an hour to book an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted very courteously by my representative Justin. He took very good care of me. However, I had brought my brand new car in because of squeaky brakes. They investigated and found nothing which was OK, but I was surprised when the car was returned to me and had not been washed. Even though there was no specific service performed other than diagnostic I thought it should have been washed . I had purchased the car at that location, Lake Park, and felt that good customer service should prevail. I was disappointed.

Great service. They take care of their customers. And Even offer complimentary shuttle service during your wait! (Which is especially great when you are from out of state and don’t know the area)

My service adviser was not there for scheduled appointments (TWICE!!). They called and told me my truck was ready, so I returned my rental and patiently waited for my truck to be brought out, except they couldn’t find they keys or even the truck. After AN HOUR they finally realized it was still being worked on. No apologies. Nothing! I am STILL waiting on my truck to be fixed. What a waste of time. I just want my truck back so I can never deal with this joke of a service department ever again.

Its always challenging when you have an unexpected mechanical vehicle failure, and its very nice to have a top Service site like Schumacher auto available to save the day, which they have done for me several times. No one is more on the ball than Jay, who diagnoses and corrects the vehicle rapidly and keeps you constantly informed and updated on the cost and the progress. I have been to dozens of service sites throughout the years, easily the best service around. The staff is extremely courteous and precise and make for an extremely pleasant experience. I wouldnt bring my vehicle anywhere else.

Ive come to the dealership twice and received excellent service from Nick. He was very honest, knowledgeable and responsive. He promised to have the truck ready but Wednesday and it was ready by Tuesday. I had to get something fixed under warranty and they didnt have a problem making that happen. They also have a shuttle service that took me to work and when my truck was ready, they came to pick me up. I highly recommend this dealership .

I called and scheduled an oil change and a engine diagnostic with the service desk. The associate that helped schedule me did not listen to my time availability and rushed to get me off of the phone. After taking time off of work to get my car serviced I arrived at the dealership 10 minutes before my appointment and waited 30 minutes after the given time I was scheduled to finally be seen. After telling the service writer my concerns about my vehicle he then proceeded to scan my vehicle with a cheap OBD 2 scanner (The ones that you can buy for $15 at a auto part store ) he then told me that I have an emissions problem then proceeded to erase the code . I told the associate that when I scheduled I scheduled for a full engine diagnostic he then replied that they are closing soon and I should reschedule for an earlier time. Two days after my appointment I received a text asking about customer service satisfaction I replied saying this same exact information and it’s been over two months and the company still has not reached out

Very good experience. Process took forever, but they were all amazing from reception to sales and financing. Reasonable, respectful, friendly. I didnt feel manipulated or taken advantage of, which is kind of what I was prepared for. There were no surprises with the numbers and they even beat my pre-approval rate on financing. Amazing service, everyone is really friendly ... I took my 5yo and 7yo with me to get an oil change.... and the kids were so entertained in the kids area, they have a large variety of complementary snacks and the coffee machine is pretty good too.There is no doubt I will always come here to get my car serviced.

This is the first visit after buying my first financed car a few months ago. I’ve had great service from everyone there. When I came to pick up my car I noticed 3-4 black spots on the side like it was side-swiped. I told Alissa that it definitely wasn’t there before and she agreed, saying she didn’t see it beforehand either and took the car back to see if they could remove it. She was great and did everything in her power to help. Thankfully they were able to get the black spots off but there is still a very small dent where there was black paint was.

Every time I go to service I get Nick as my advisor. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve never had to wait extra time then what I’m told by him. Whenever I’ve needed a loaner car there’s one always ready and available. I have left him messages when I’ve called to make appointments and he always calls me back same day.
