Made an appointment for an oil change for 2:15 pm, truck sat outside and did not even get into a bay until 4:15 pm. Left at 5:00 pm. Completely unsatisfactory. Service manager was polite but this service was unacceptable. Why even make an appointment. A “sorry” only goes so far. Oil handprints left on the hood, bumper and fenders. They clearly just don’t care. First and last visit.

Excellent service and price, friendly and not pushy staff, couldnt recommend more.

I have bought seven cars and trucks from them and went there today to scan my 2017 Chevy Volt and they told me I needed an appointment Really after buying 7 cars and trucks.I TOOK IT TO THE CHEVY Dealership IN OKEECHOBEE AND THEY NOT ONLY SCANNED IT BUT DID BOTH RECALLS SO USE GILBERT CHEVY IN OKEECHOBEE!!!!!!! Fuxk Schumacher. Called service manager and dealership manager and neither have called me back, That is not how you treat so called family

Just bought a new truck from Schumacher last week. Our sales rep Jim Schultz was nothing but accommodating. He keep his word and had everything completed as he said he would for me in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Jim and the Schumacher team if you are interested in a new vehicle.

Had an appointment for 10:30am for an oil change. Been sitting in line for over 15min. Only contact I’ve had is people asking me to move my truck. Service sucks! Then was told it’s first come first serve. Why the hell do I make an appointment! Lost my business. Not buying anymore vehicles from here either.
