This is the second vehicle weve purchased and both times were good experiences. Prior car was very reliable and honestly represented. You might have to check back if your first visit doesnt have what you are looking for but well worth the time.

If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would! I bought a 2010 Honda CRV from them in 4 years ago and had no major issues with it, just normal wear and tear and maintenance. I was very happy with my purchase, so when it was time to buy a vehicle for my son, I turned to them again. I bought a 2007 Honda CRV from them in August 2019 for $7000. Within the 1st month, we had to spend $2800 in repairs, the 2nd month we spent another $900. Two days ago, it wouldnt start and today I received an estimate for almost $10,000. There is no way we will be able to afford that! I trusted Mark and Bobby, but now I feel duped.
I would give 4 stars, and to b honest they do deserve it, overall for customer service, but when the Salesperson refuses to let you talk to the owner, thats a problem, less than 2mths with 2nd car, and already close to $1000 in repairs(NOT FAIR) Thought better of you MARK. Perhaps you should not decline a customer rights to speak to the owner, because that alone seems Shady. Perhaps if its not you thats checking the responses on this review you can have the OWNER contact me Im pretty sure you have our number.2011 Honda Accord.

One salesman lied and said there was a warranty the other said there wasn’t ( once we already gave a deposit) They said they still provide some type of warranty (they don’t )took the car Back 4 times they never did a thing to repair the Honda Pilot And kept delaying repairs till past warranty date these people are liars and scam artists I’m already past 2 grand I’m repairs to there reliable vehicle stay as far away as possibleAlso owner doesn’t answer the phone like salesman claim

This isnt your typical used car lot. They actually care. Best buying experience ever! I will deffentally tell my friends about this place!
UPDATE 8/19/19: The owner, Steve personally reached out and apologized for Marks behavior and said he will be having a meeting with his guys to ensure customer satisfaction in the future. He also said he would love an opportunity to have me come back in. Unfortunately, for them I had already made a purchase later that day at the Mazda next door. By the end of the conversation, I wish I had been able to give these guys another chance, as I like to support small businesses whenever I can. During the conversation I did come to an understanding that since they dont charge dealer fees or any other hidden b/s fees, they dont quite have as much leg room as a dealer that has 1000+ in their inventory. I did let him know I would have better understood and had been more willing to work around the sticker price if I had been more respectfully spoken to. He agreed. It is worth noting, while out car shopping, I made them my first stop of the day specifically for their great prices. Their cars, while a small inventory has a great solid selection of cars in great shape and my mechanic of 40 years agreed. I would highly recommend stopping by, and you will definitely walk out with a great deal. Ask for Steve!PREVIOUS REVIEW ON 8/17/19:Came here on 8/17 to check out a 09 RAV4 and ended up liking a different RAV4 on the lot. I believe it was an 07 RAV4 LTD with only 63k miles. Had my mechanic come take the once over and it looked great, minus some erosion on the vehicle. Cosmetically it was chipping, had a few dings here and there but mechanically it was sound. Car was listed around 1.8k above KBB (I think was 8,988), so I tried to throw out some numbers. I know 6 grand was a little on the low end, but wanted to start from somewhere- age and cosmetic damage considered. Mind you, this was my first time buying a car, I had cash in hand ready to compromise, ready to negotiate. Mark, the guy who helped us was COMPLETELY unmotivated to sell. I had my brother with me and we asked him on several different occasions to give us some kind of number but the guy was more concerned about shooting down my offers. When I blatantly asked him, So you dont have any counter-offers at all?, He made a sly comment about if thats really my budget that maybe I need to go elsewhere. Extremely rude! Considering the amount of cash in hand I had, he lost out big time, all for being unreasonable and rude as hell. I realize that these smaller dealerships have to make their money, and dont have as much legroom as a huge dealer with 1000+ inventory, but Jesus this guy was simply so rude about it. Thank god I walked away! Dont waste your time!

Just know that there is pizza involved in this story so you know it’s going to be good. This is long but if you want an honest review and a heartwarming story, tune in. SO, my first car I got I had to go through hell to find. I met with so many people that would promise that they were clean titles only to find they were rebuilt. For one of them that I met, we set the price, I got it checked by a mechanic, and when I came back to buy it they raised the price by 2,000. Scam after scam after scam, I finally just went to a Toyota dealer and got one. TRAGEDY STRUCK. And by tragedy struck I mean I crashed my car— I know, I’m horrible. But I loved it and wanted the same one. The car buying process was the same. There was just so many sketchy dealers and people off craigslist that I was looking at and it was constant disappointment. I went to a Toyota dealer in Miami and they had one price on the website but then charged 1500 in dealer fees. Like what ??The best deal I found on the web was at a small dealer in West Palm—simply auto sales. My mom thought it was a scam but I begged her to let me see what the deal was. So I went, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Not only did they already have the lowest price I had seen for the car, they were willing to negotiate it down further. They let me take it to a mechanic with no hesitation to check it out, and everything came out fine. I went alone with with my mom’ s car so there I was, a 17 year old girl with 8700 in cash in the trunk of the car--I clearly could have been taken advantage of, but they didn’t. They were a little surprised too that I was there-- negotiating and stuff by myself-- but they never once tried anything scammy. In fact, I like to think I made some nice friends, because that’s what it had felt like. I spent time with one of the guys when we were at the mechanic and we literally talked for an hour about life and about the authenticity of the dealership, and he answered in all honesty. They were fair and just so nice and it felt like they were all my dads (I don’t know if that’s weird but whatever) and basically I loved them all. In a converse world where I wasn’t a 17 year old girl, I would befriend them, and hang with them on a daily, legitimately. Everything they said and did was so upfront and reasonable compared to other people who were pushy and would sugarcoat everything just to sell me.The pizza comes in now when they literally fed me pizza and blue powerade as I signed the lease. I can’t promise they’ll do that for everyone because they happened to have pizza there, but they were nice enough to share and we were basically just like a group of old friends. They cleaned and waxed the entire car while I signed the lease as well, which was really nice, and gave me their numbers if I needed anything. I was off on my way. Of course I called back with questions on transferring my title and everything and even though they had already sold me the car they were more than willing to help explain all the steps for the post process.A year later I am still reminiscing on this amazing experience and I can testify that my car works more than perfectly fine after a year of buying it off them, giving me no problems. If you want the best, and easiest, car buying experience SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO THEM. Even if you just visit, just know you will have the best experience ever. Car buying is supposed to be stressful, and before them WAS stressful, but I would gladly live that day over and over again and will remember that experience and their kindness forever. Also that pizza was bomb.And to the guys that sold me the car, if you’re reading this review, thank you so much. Your kindness and care is something that will put you above everyone else for as long as you remain an establishment. I hope you’re all doing well and just know I’m as happy as ever with my little blue Yaris :-)
Bought a Camry with 85k miles from them, three months later it blew a head gasket, it needed brakes changed, new radiator, needs ac fixed. Altogether cost of repairs 3 months in is more than I paid for the car probably. The garage thinks the problems dont match up with the visible mileage on this car.
