I have purchased the last four cars I own from Earl Stewart. I service each one at the dealership. I have had the same service manager, who knows me and has assisted me thoroughly. I also participate in the free tires program, which is such good value. The service dept. is clean, the waiting area is huge and provides options to sit quietly or work, (you are not just accosted by obnoxious TV!) There is also a shuttle service, which has been invaluable. I would recommend Earl Stewart with no reservations.
I have the best experience ever buying a new car at Earl Stewart Toyota, zero drama, they are very professional and friendly. Marlene is the best sales rep ever, we all need to learn from her, she went beyond and over to make me feel 100% satisfied with my purchase. The financial guy Andi is the best, very patient and explained everything to me. I am very satisfied with them, I highly recommend this dealer and of course Marlene. Getting an oil change is always a chore and something you’re not really excited to do, but upon arriving I was greeting with a extremely upbeat and hilarious gentlemen named Kevin. He clearly loves his job/life and just put everyone around him in a better mood. He is a real asset to this dealership. The other staff was also friendly and the waiting room was lovely with its fish tank. Overall, very pleasant experience and I will be back.
This my first review, but I feel compelled to do it because the Service Department (Thank you, Jon!) took care of me in a desperate moment. On my way to Jupiter on the 95 N, a light came on my very beloved ever reliable trusty 14 year Toyota, warning of oil temperature. I pulled over at the first opportunity. Smoke was coming from the engine. Earl Stewart was 3.9 miles away. I called at 1:30 pm, and was told that they were extremely busy, but would work me in. They are a family business. They saved my car. Another Toyota in southern FL had overfilled my transmission oil by at least 2 quarts. The service department offered me 3 options to fix the problem. I was out by 5:30 pm. The car is running perfectly! Thank you! I adore my car. It has saved my life, and it’s been with me through many events and many trips. I don’t want a new car; I’m glad Earl Stewart was able to save my car. They also have a nice waiting area, and restaurants that are walking distance.
Amazing experience. Steve my salesman, who I actually call my customer information assistant, didnt sell me anything. He gave me all the necessary information I needed and guided me through the process and was extremely honest and forward about the status of new cars nationwide. Fortunately I was able to find something that I liked and as soon as it arrived at the dealership I made my purchase. It was simple and smooth. The finance manager was equally as informative and there was no pressure at any time during the purchase. Earl Stewart and his team are amazing and I highly recommend them. They severely over-torqued the lug nuts on my car and even cross-threaded one. Their response was “it was the cars fault not theirs”, and “all of their impact drivers are set to the correct torque (that is not a thing). I’ve been going here for years without issue. This place is really lacking in the customer service and technical know-how departments. I suppose I’ll have to find a competent dealership to go to in the future.
This is about a specific person. Alan Betances is the stereotypically “slippery” used-car salesman personality and the attire to match. The only thing is this is who you meet in finance. Yikes.The dealership is great. Leonel, the salesman, is great. Toyota has great quality for the price and would be perfect fit for someone on a fixed income who needs the car to last.Alan Betances likes to sell based on fear and what if something mechanically catastrophic happens to your car!? What will you do?!Personality and ethics collide in the worst way with this guy. Try to circumvent him if you can because this is the type of person who is no good for elders or vets
Never left a review before on anything but this made me want to complain about them. I’m suppose to have free oil changes with purchasing my vehicle from them but I would rather spend $50 for a 30 min oil change rather then wait 3 hours for a free one. Estimate wait time was an hour not once did they let me know it was going to be longer. I won’t be back for any more service because it’s not worth it based on the poor service this one time.
I cannot say enough about Marlene Levy. My daughter purchased a car through her and had the best experience. She is in contact with you the entire time and makes sure all goes well. I decided to purchase a car myself and of course Marlene was my girl. Buying a car right now is extremely frustrating. Marlene sent me emails every week with and constantly kept me updated. When the car came in she sat with me and went over all of the new electronics with me and did it with a smile. I HIGHLY recommend using her!!!

I had an amazing experience with Alex Garcia who works at the body shop. He was truly amazing and helped me every step when dealing with my car. My car was involved in a car accident and he made sure everything was taken care of. He was always available through email and phone. Any questions I had he would answer them. He was very patient when dealing with the car insurance because it wasn’t easy. I would recommend anyone to work with him. Very professional, efficient, kind, and organized. My car was fixed within a week. I’m truly appreciate him because I wouldn’t have been able to get my car fixed without the help of Alex Garcia. So for anyone looking to get their car repaired. They need to ask for Alex Garcia. Also Randy the service manager also made sure that he called to let me know that my car needed to be serviced. So I told him yes we can proceed. They washed my car and also assisted with my recall. I am highly satisfied and would tell anyone that Toyota at Earl Stewart is the place to go to.
Walked in about 6:30pm. I didn’t see any other customer, but I did see a few employees look at me. Not one of them greeted me or ask if I needed help. I had been there a couple of years ago with a friend, and had a great experience, that’s why I drove from West Palm Beach because of it. I’ll never make the drive again.
I just leased a new Camry on Wednesday. I highly recommend my salesman Leonel and Matt the manager. The finance manager was great also.
I greatly appreciated that Earl Stewart Toyota has no self-serving dealer fee. Additionally, there were no hidden costs and no surprises on the signing and pick-up day. The price we agreed upon in advance was the price paid at signing, and delivery was sooner than expected. The sales person was polite, not pushy, and attendant to my needs and questions via texts, emails and the occasional phone call. After one month of driving, the Toyota vehicle has exceeded our expectations. I would buy from ESToyota.com again.

I do not look forward to purchasing a vehicle because of the price negotiations that can really wear you down. But at Earl Stewart the prices are already determined when you look at the vehicles, which makes for a much more enjoyable event. I would like to thank Earl Stewart Toyota for the excellent service with getting me into a new 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Marlene was amazing with finding me a vehicle within the timeframe I was looking for even though there is a shortage. She went above and beyond with making sure I was getting top dollar for my trade and that the new car had everything in it as advertised. My RAV4 three-year lease was up and I wanted to buyout the lease. Earl Stewart was true to their word and did not charge me any dealer fees. I only had to pay sales tax on my residual value plus registration and title. They also installed a new battery free of charge. Highly recommend.
7/24/2021 2017 RAV4 33,098 mi. No appointment. Had a small nail in original Michelin, too dry to repair. Four hours later I had four new Cooper tires and an alignment. Not happy about the wait. Enjoyed the bagel and cheese. Alex helped us benefit from the Tires for Life program. Yea, Alex.
This was my seventh Toyota that I bought but the first with Earl Stewart Toyota, by far the best experience and the fastest. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. No pushy salesman, very professional. When I am ready for the Tundra I will be giving them a call for sure. BTW, I drove 90 miles to the dealership.
Me and my wife bought our cars from Earl Stewart after 14 years and +150k miles driving our cars. We decided that it was time to replace them. First it was my wife, she got a nice RAV4. After such a good experience with Earl Stewart staff, I decided that I would buy my next car from them too. 6 month down the road and I just bought a Toyota Corolla Hybrid on Earl Stewart and it was the same great experience. I had an absolutely terrific experience at Earl Stewart Toyota and with my salesperson, Bruce Levine. Bruce drove a car to my home so my wife and I could test perform a test drive without driving an hour to the dealership. Bruce once again came to my home to get all of the paperwork completed when I purchased the car. The Pandemic made finding a car a real challenge and Bruce kept me up to date throughout the process. He knew his car better than any salesman at any other dealership that I shopped at and he went out of his way to be friendly and to establish a relationship with me and my family. The icing on the cake occurred when Mr. Stewart himself called to thank me for purchasing from his dealership. He gave me his number and told me to call any time I had a problem. I havent had to call yet. A truly great experience!!

I live near Jacksonville, FL and could not find any dealers nearby that would charge a below MSRP price with no dealer fees. I found Earl Stewart, a 4 hour drive from my home each way. I purchased my 2021 Corolla yesterday from Earl Stewart. The price was great and exactly what was quoted when the car was ordered, no surprises, no dealer fees, no extras I did not request. The only surprise was the car arrived much faster than I was told it would when I ordered it...a great surprise.The sales person was Elaine Johnson. She helped me in making the order and kept me informed. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, she helped me quickly go through the final purchase process so I could be on my way.This was the best experience Ive ever had in purchasing a car, both price and process.
This is a revised review after my original 1 star. The dealer followed up and explained the quote high price and the code that they got when diagnosed the vehicle. it ended up being fixed somewhere else for a lot less. Appreciate of the follow up is the reason for the high rating. My 2006 Toyota Prius with 200K miles has been serviced at Earl Stewart since the beginning, but somehow ended up needing a brake actuator for $2800, and Toyota stop replacing those under warranty since 2017.

Alignment didn’t get done after spending over $3,000 dollars on service. Had to come back after picking up vehicle to get alignment redone. The alignment didn’t even get touched so either the technician forgot or just didn’t do it thinking I wouldn’t notice. After bringing back the car back to get the alignment redone I had to wait over two hours on my only day off. Terrible, don’t think I’ll be coming back to get my car serviced here. Service was above average but not as good as other 2 cars bought from Earl Stewart.Car was not close to being ready when said........that was irritating since we had to drive from Lake Worth. Otherwise all ok. We liked Magic Mike and Jean(who processed our sale).
Online sales appears to be a scam! Website will show discount and a great price. Able to complete all information for transaction: insurance, proof of identity, light credit (lots of personal information). Then you have to follow up with them and they will tell you the car is already sold. Happened two times. Now personal information is in their system for an online car that never really existed for online purchase.

I found this dealership that is 1 hour away from my home after searching for a new Toyota Highlander. I was so impressed with there No Dealer Fees and transparency that ever since that initial purchase I have gone back 2 additional time to purchase other vehicles. I’ve been leasing Tacoma‘s now since 2012, from multiple dealerships. I like the trucks and the fact that they hold their value after a number of years. As I was nearing the end of my lease I did as I normally would and began shopping around online as well as calling and visiting dealerships. I also began to receive the usual multiple mailers (w/fine print false advertising) from nearby Toyota dealerships claiming to buy me out of my current Tacoma for more than its current value and get me into a new one for less than my current monthly payment. As usual, it was around this time that I also began receiving a high volume of calls from salesman always claiming the same as the mailings. Multiple different salesman, usually from the same dealer would call numerous times to collect information from me claiming to call me right back after working some numbers and checking their inventory. Unfortunately the majority of those salesman never did call back, and the ones that did had numbers that were far off from what was posted on their mailers. I spoke with managers on the phone, I spoke with managers in person and also had my vehicle appraised at multiple dealerships. Some dealers were sadly lowballing the trade in value of my current Tacoma. But, Earl Stewart offered me far more for my trade in than any other Toyota dealer. Earl Stewart also happened to be the only dealer that offered me the option to build my own Tacoma and gave an estimate of 2 to 4 months for delivery. But much to my surprise arrived in less than two months from my build/order date. I received more for my trade-in at Earl Stewart, the exact truck I wanted and a fair monthly payment on my new lease. To tell a customer that a customer complaint is out of they’re pay-grade is just so displeasing after have spending 34,000$ on a car. This place has the rudest most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered in my life. At a time where I need help the most, not answering calls hanging up. The blatant disrespect from here is out of this world. To say I am displeased would be an understatement. I’d rather be on the phone for hours with insurance then ever have to step foot in there ever again.

Purchased 2021 Highlander xle March 31, 2021. Nice looking car but....there are issues. Wind noise, road noise and sloppy transmission behavior. Took it in to service and test person said all was normal for the Highlander. My advice...make another vehicle choice. Toyota seems to be loosing its past good reputation. Too bad because this dealer (Earl Stewart) seems reputable.W. WATSON
I am a photojournalist and I travel a lot. On Monday, the check engine light came on in my 2016 Toyota Corolla while I was on I-95 in Boynton Beach. I was able to drive to the Boynton Mall and I called AAA and I called Travis at Earl Stewart and told him it would be headed towards him on tow truck. He said I didn’t have to go with it. That was at 9 a.m.AAA never came. Around 1 pm I called Travis again. He gave the number of the company they use to tow cars. The tow truck was there within 45 minutes.Travis called me Tuesday morning and told me the transmission was dead. I had a choice, get a new car or repair my car. He said there were few Corollas on the lot. Actually there were 3 2022s. He gave my info to Elaine in sales and together they worked to put me in a 2022 Ruby Red Toyota Corolla. There was no hassle. By 3pm on Tuesday I was purchasing the car and I picked it up at 2 pm today.To me Travis and Elaine are heroes for working together to help me when I needed a new car. They were both very professional and went beyond their jobs to assist me. I will always shop at Earl Stewart and I will always have them service my new car and my wife’s 2016 Toyota.

I honestly believe they would sell more cars if they stopped offering service. I was perfectly satisfied with my buying experience (Thanks Hugh) but the service department was so poor I will never buy from them again.Service is painfully slow. I have never left in under two hours, including the times I came in for a 5,000 mile tire rotation (gotta do it if you want the free tires).Also, if you call your service adviser (at least my 25,000 mile adviser) and leave a message, dont expect a return call. I wont say his name in the review, but you would think with a name like his you would be on the right path. You are set up for failure and not success.Dont fall for the Free tires for life bit. The tires have to be in such poor condition that it is unsafe to drive before they will consider replacing them. My service adviser at 25,000 miles told me that my tires were in poor condition and I should replace them, but they were not at the point at which I would qualify for free tires. He actually cautioned me that they were unsafe but still dont qualify. At 30,000 miles my next service adviser told me that there was still some life in the tires and I would have to pay a prorated amount to have them replaced. Only my threats to contact the owner were able to persuade the service manager to waive the prorated fee.My 30,000 mile adviser was very pleasant. He told me that my car had a recall that they would take care of for me. It was a big safety recall (car would stall at high speeds) so I opted to have them do it immediately. My wait time would be about FOUR HOURS. I didnt have a ride and an Uber home is $45 one way (not made of money). He told me I was in luck. The recall qualified me for a free rental. Oh wait... bad news... we are out of rentals. But hey, enjoy a latte on us in the lounge.Long story short (ok not short), if you have absolutely nothing to do and you are fine with hanging out in a waiting room for hours, you might not have a problem with this place. I have lost too many hours to Mr. Stewarts service team.Im sure Mr. Stewart wont miss my business even a little, but if my review can convince even one person to visit another dealer instead of Earl Stewart Toyota, I will consider it job well done.
Buying from Earl Stewart Toyota will be an experience to remember AND repeat! Let me start by saying everyone knows that buying a car, is not as simple as it should be. I myself almost made the mistake of going into my local dealer to buy a car from salesmen, no questions asked.But I somehow stumbled into Earl Stewarts YouTube videos on how to Negotiate at car dealerships and your best bargaining chip at the car dealership.After watching almost all of Earl Stewarts Car videos, I ended finding the car I wanted being sold by Earl Stewart Toyota in West Palm Beach!!! Although it was a 1 hour and 20 minute drive from where I lived, I was able to get the OTD price right over the phone and they explained they charged NO DEALER FEES. When we got there, the showed the brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla hatchback in pristine condition, no mark ups in price, and within 20mins of signing and paperwork, bought the car right there!Marlene was such a HUGE help in the process and assured us that shed have the car ready in days before we came to visit the dealership!!! Very communicative and transparent, she had us feel like family!And best of all, the day after my purchase, Earl Stewart (the man I watched on YouTube) Called me himself to extend his gratitude and assure me and my family that we could call his personal cell phone if we needed any more assistance!That said, PLEASE do yourself a favor and buy from Earl Stewart Toyota.Once again, thank you to Earl Stewart, Marlene, Alan, and all the staff there!Hoping to do business with you all again in the future!God Bless!
The bottom line price is what matters when buying a car. I have had many bad experiences with dealers who add dealer fees, document fees, tinted windows, and various other garbage fees and overpriced junk to the price of a car. Earl Stewart Toyota is a breath of fresh air - honest and transparent prices, reasonable discounts, and easy transactions. I did most of my purchase online, drove down from Jacksonville for delivery, and was in and out in about an hour. Ill be back and will recommend this dealership to my friends.

Worse experience ever!!!! Picked a vehicle, completed finance app and was approved, sent all documents in ahead of time to go pick it up only to hear someone else is now interested and is going to buy the vehicle. Absolutely no principle and no ethics by this dealership, then try to pawn you off on something else to make a sale and have the manager Mr Stewart’s son call me to try and sell me something else. I would never buy anything from them even if it’s half price!!!! Again no principle at this dealership, save yourself the trouble and stay away

My overall experience was amazing and incredibly smooth. The entire process of buying my new Toyota felt comfortable and easy. I really contribute that all to the staff. Especially Haywood Williams. He sold me the truck and put so much extra effort into helping me that you just don’t see at other dealerships. Highly recommend going through him at this dealership. He puts more work in than I have personally seen at any dealership. He made the entire process work for me. Extremely helpful

I wish all car dealerships were as transparent and stress free an experience as Earl Stewart Toyota was for my family. Not a single moment did I feel like pulling my hair out or like having to escape from some kind of captivity. At Earl Stewarts they took good care of us and it was extremely liberating knowing exactly what we were getting into before we even got to the place. What you see is what you get, no games just good deals.

After being a customer of Earl Stewart for over 11 years, my most recent service appointment made me never want to go back again. It took forever to get anyone to call me back to even schedule a service appointment after being stranded in Miami. Dropping off the car was a nightmare, and picking it up was even worse. After spending almost $4000 on a brake repair they couldn’t even have the decency to have my car clean when I picked it up. Even found two small chips missing from my paint…Not only did I purchase my Prius from Earl Stewart, I’ve had every service appointment done at this dealership since purchasing the car in 2010. Never again.

Hands down the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They were completely transparent throughout the whole process. They had no dealer fees or any other add-ons whatsoever. In fact, they provide me with additional warranties beyond factory at no charge, and at a time when all other South Florida dealers were marking up Tacomas up to $4000 over MSRP due to inventory shortages, they sold the car for $500 under MSRP. They committed to an out-the-door price, IN WRITING, before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. Class acts all around. I will never in my life but a new Toyota from anyone but them.

I am amazed at the openness, honesty, and integrity of Earl Stewart Toyota. They provided an out the door price online without even having to talk to anyone and listed all the applicable fees and taxes as well. Additionally, they do not charge a dealer fee making them the best price anywhere which is why we drove across the state to by from them. On top of all this, Nelson G. went out of his way to get me the exact vehicle I wanted, even before I had agreed to buy from them. This has been an incredible experience and one I will definitely repeat in the future.

I bought my Rav 4 at Earl Stewart in May, 2014. Two months ago paint peeled off the roof! The white paint from 2014 was under recall. Earl Stewart Toyota Body Shop had her for 3 weeks and gave me a rental car for free. Marlon was particularly helpful. Thumbs up on the whole experience. They exceeded my wildest expectations. She looks like a brand new car. Thank you, Earl Stewart and Marlon and all the folks who worked on her. Great job!

My wife and I just bought a used 2016 Toyota Higander and had an easy and excellent experience. Richard went above and beyond in making the experience great. I even got a call from Earl Stewart himself!We love the 7 day trial and they went above and beyond in repairing the cosmetic issues we found when we took it home. I have nothing but great things to say about the service dept. at Earl Stewart. My service guy was Josh Scott and he was wonderful. The greeter was the best Ive ever seen at any service dept from any dealership Ive visited, I read his name but have since forgotten (I am 61 maybe thats part of it) but was a black male (Im sure the dealerships knows who Im talking about if they read this). Did a great job on my first time Toyota and look forward a long relationship with this dealership. Scott

I am a longterm customer and have consistently and happily had my cars serviced at Earl Stewart. When I arrived today, I was told there was no record of my appointment and was asked if I had a confirmation. After showing the email confirmation, I was told they would fit me in and to go wait inside. 35 minutes later, an employee approached to have me sign so they could proceed. What followed was an incredibly rude exchange leaving me astonished and embarrassed in front of other customers. Eventually, another service manager came and basically apologized. The first man who should have apologized did not.. It took over 2 hours for a 5000 mile service, longer than I would have expected. I have never been treated as rudely as I was today and thus, the 2 star review. I will think long and hard before I return for another service.
Best car experience I have ever had. We had been hesitant to go car shopping. Some places just have very pushy cars sales people. Not Earl Stewart Toyota! After doing some online shopping, then scheduling a test drive...we were sold! What you find online is what you get when you step onto the lot. There is not hidden fees or pressure to get extra things you dont need. Highly recommend Earl Stewart and his awesome staff!
Since 1984, Id only purchased Hondas (and only new Hondas since 1987). But an unfortunate experience with my most recent Civic and an unfortunate experience with a local Honda dealer (limiting a test drive to one hour and a maximum of 20 miles, whereas Early Stewart allowed me a 24-hour test drive!) led me to come back to Toyota. (My first car after high school was a used 1973 Toyota Corolla.) When I did, I was delighted by my reception at Earl Stewart Toyota.Special thanks to Matthew Yufit and Marlene Levy! Matthew gave me a great price and always patiently responded to my many questions. Marlene also continued to respond to my many further questions or find those who could. Thank you, Matt and Marlene!
