BEWARE and SHOP elsewhere!!! My family and I had the worst experience ever at this dealership while shopping for my sons very first vehicle. We had made an appointment for 9:15am this past Saturday, to see a F-150 that we found on their website and had CASH to spend that same day. Our appointment was with the salesman named Wednesday. After looking the vehicle over we started talking numbers. Of course we went back and forth playing the let me talk to my manager game. We even signed a piece of paper with the offer that we discussed. Finally, Dan - one of the sales managers came out and went over the numbers with us and asked if he could get the truck back into the service bay to do a 2nd inspection before we did the final paperwork. We agreed and asked how long that would take them. He said it would be around 30 minutes. At that point we asked if we needed to stay for that to be done or if we could run ACROSS THE STREET to McDonalds and grab a breakfast sandwich. They said absolutely thats fine we hope to have it finished up by the time you return. We then returned to find that THEY HAD SOLD THE TRUCK to someone else who apparently had come in while we were eating. This is GREED of money at its highest form. To use customers as bidders is disgusting!!!! I will NEVER step foot on ANY Napleton lot and I urge anyone who reads this to do the same. When I voiced our displeasure to Dan, Wednesday and Diego (who sold the truck) they DID NOTHING but say have a good day. I will take my hard earned cash elsewhere!!! If I could erase all positive ratings for this company - I would!!! I hope they never forget my face and karma lands hard on these 3 individuals.UPDATE: the salesman called us 2 days later to inform us that the person who they sold the truck to had ended up returning the vehicle the next day because something was wrong with it. And he asked us to remove this negative review. Nope - Instant Karma!! God looked over us that day!
If I could put 0 star I would. Saw a car online, so my husband set up an appointment to see and test drive the car that is priced 54k. Stacy sent an email with confirmation. Drove 2 hours but upon arrival this guy already talked about how the car is marked up 12k and that Stacy should have mentioned. That would have been nice to know before we wasted time and gas and the fact that Stacy was not even there is kinda funny too. I guess this is their tactics/ gimmick to get people in the door. So long story short, the car that is 54k online is now 78k... WHAT A JOKE!!!! Taking my business elsewhere!!
I had a wonderful time with Napleton Hyundai, which is why it surprised me that I had such a bad experience on the Dodge side of the same Automotive Group. The Dodge service side of this Auto Group was less than customer service. It was more like cookie cutter service. The service was incomplete and unsatisfactory. To provide four brand new tires and oil change starting at 11:30 a.m. and picking up my vehicle at 7 p.m., only after me calling because I didnt get any communication from the service department was totally unacceptable.
I went to Napleton Kia To purchase a vehicle and by salesman was Steve Veerapen, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership and salesman to all my friends and colleagues, he was very professional and a the same time he listened to my needs and what I was looking for, I am very happy with my purchase and will come here again.
Terrible experience. I had an appointment to purchase a car. Upon getting there I told the salesman I was preapproved and he stated they work with my bank. When the final transaction was presented to me they raised the price $13,000 and told me they needed to pull my credit because they don’t work with my bank. I feel that my time was waisted and I purchased my car from another dealership.
My first Car here in Palm Beach Garden, when my sister wanted me to come to a warmer Climate, 22 years, and still loved! Kia s...Now i got a kiA Soul from the same place, love this car from KIA / Napleton,
Was treated like a king by the sales staff. Fantastic attention to detail. The service department is on point, even though they are super busy.
Dealer fees are a joke! Never ever would trust them.
On Saturday I leased a beautiful Acura TLX and had a wonderful experience!Mr. Decarvalho, my consultant, meticulously took me through all vehicles, colors, options, with complete explanations on all relevant items. He made my decisions very easy. He was a pleasure to work with.Next, Mr. Brown, in finance, was a true pleasure to work with as well. He explained all criteria on the financing and was johnny on the spot having everything ready and moved me through the transaction like a true professional. When he was done, I had no further questions.Thank you so much for everything! I appreciate professionalism and you have some of THE BEST in this two men. Many many thanks to you all!
Good afternoon fellow shoppers. This is the best place to purchase a car. I’ll will definitely be back next year when my oldest son is old enough to drive.. Two thumbs up all the way. The managers are awesome and the sales rep Chris took amazingly good at product knowledge, took very good care of us. This is definitely what I call professionalism at its best!!!!!!! Come in today you won’t regret it.
This was a very low stress and low pressure car buying experience. Robert Larocca was very honest and helpful. I am not a fan of the typical dealership buying experience where they force all kinds of packages on you and try to offer you 50% value on your trade, simply not the case today. We discussed the price and incentives, he made sure I was satisfied with everything, and he was happy to entertain my counter offers. I definitely recommend Napleton and Robert.
No one returns calls. The worst, mistake, Ive ever made, by purchasing, a car,at Napletons Hyundai..Northlake.I wish, there was a O Star.Yall need to do better.
They advertise a car and tell you its available. Then you get there and they do their hardest to switch you. I mean dont waste mines or the sales guy time! I inquired on the car online, just be straight up and tell me its sold or someone is selling it. Absolute horrible experience. Ended buying the same car, pay more at another dealership but was happy!!!!
Best car service st a dealership. They are honest and dont try to screw you. Nick the assistant manager is excellent and always a pleasure.
Big make was great with us he did a great deal for my car. And also Don McClain did a great service as well, we had to come back to fix things on my car and his attention all the time is more than I expected. Super recommending
We were looking at the Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few months. We were introduced to Marcos a member of the sales team. After some back and forth with another dealer we decided to deal with Napleton. Marcos goes above and beyond trying to help you and get you what you want. Communicates well with you, very friendly and is straightforward. All said and done we purchased our new Grand Cherokee. This is our second vehicle from Napleton and will most likely be back of the nextDefinitely recommend seeing and dealing with Marcos.
I was in the Napleton of Ockechobee and there was no cordiality, so I decided to go to Northlakes Neplaton in Palm Beach Gardens and was very well received and treated by the salesman Christian and also by the manager Francis. I felt the friendly and cheerful atmosphere! I bought my Elantra and I am very satisfied with the service I received.
My mother and I went to the Jeep dealership on Northlake to look and potentially buy and with the great customer service from Alvin S, we both were in our new jeeps same day. Alvin went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. He also made sure they were spotless and the gas tanks were full. I will not shop for any other vehicles in the future with out going to Alvin. Great guy and overall great staff. The process was seamless from the time we booked that appointment until the time we left in our new Jeeps.
Tried calling their number to literally start the purchase process of a car, multiple times, and after 5 hours of not getting anyone that can help me call me back. You cannot talk directly to a salesperson. I give up.
I went to Napletons Service Center on Northlake for an oil change it was my first visit there . I was taken care of by Pat Lannon . From tbe moment I walked in he was exceptional he treated me with kindness . When he called me to tell me that there was a major issue with my cars oil pan he wanted to make sure I was well taken care of he told me that there was no way my car would be ready so he set me up with a rental and a courtesy on the oil pan charge . He is a.azing and I am so blessed to have him as my service guy . Thank for all youve done . If you are going to Napletons please request Pat!!!! He gets 5 stars from me .
This 5 star goes to Juan Gascon. This guy helped me and understands the importance of a PRO using his truck for work. He handled this professionally and in a timely manner so I can get back to work.Thank you Juan. I’m very grateful for attention and dedication.
Shane and Pat at CDJR service are the best
4 months ago I purchased a used Genesis G80, while I love the car I absolutely hate the dealership. It took me having to physically go to the dealership to get my appointment to have the windows tinted as promised by my salesman. The service department is chaotic everytime I have been there with the latest having me wait in my car for 15 minutes before I was even greeted, 2.5 hours later my oil change was completed. To top it off I was told by my technician that I needed 4 new tires, mind you I have only had the vehicle less than 6 months. So, I was sold a vehicle with tires that need replacing in less than a year? Let me be clear on this, I believe it is management not the overworked and overwhelmed service technicians that needs to do better! Live and learn I guess 😒.
Just bought a car there. Had a very nice experience. I was very satisfied with them and the entire buying experience.
At this moment Im referring to the Body Shop on Northlake Blvd, in Lake Park. They are short of staff, so they dont respond to messages on a timely manner. My insurance contacted me many times because nobody were responding their messages. Think twice before sending your car to their Body shop.
Horrible! I wish I could give negative stars!I have been on hold for over 20 minutes trying to find out when my truck will be ready for pick up after repairs. This is my NINTH call- to no avail.
Had an appointment to look at a car, they verified that appointment by text, call and email, after waiting for 10 minutes I told them I would wait another 5 the girl had an attitude and said they were busy someone would be with me shortly,I left after 5 minutes, next day I received an email asking if I liked the car I saw, what a Chinese fire drill
They advertise a car and tell you its available but when you get there the car doesnt exist. They only have excuses and try to sell you something more expensive.Bad experience. I do NOT recommend it.
Vary good customer service. SpecificallyMr.Jonnny Jaramillo. He helped me and treatedProfessionally.
Joe Ward, Dylan Hubbler and Bruce Etheridge were EXTREMELY helpful in the my trade in and purchase of a vehicle, making it one of the easiest vehicle purchases Ive had.🙏Joe was very nice, personable and a pretty cool guy 😎. He got right to it and found the truck I needed.Dylan did the leg work on my payoff and got my information and correct loan amount when I couldnt get Chase to help out.And last but not least, Bruce was very helpful with getting us the best deal possible. His team is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and we couldnt have done it without them. Thanks guys, we will definitely recommend you all in the future. And be back ourselves.😉
I have been to many car dealerships in west palm beach. This dealership BY FAR was the BEST experience I have ever had. Our sales man Brian, was extremely nice he did not try to force me to purchase anything extra or that was out of my price range. He was very real with me about the pros and cons of different cars! He was very intelligent when it came to any questions I had about a car, financials or safety! The whole staff was genuine and all happy to help and be working there every single person said hello and was very inviting! Whenever I have been to a dealership the sales people are usually always trying to push you into purchasing something extra or they are only interested in how they can make more money. So I was very pleased to have come in and not felt obligated or pushed into something! I walked away with a beautiful 2020 Jeep and couldn’t have been more happy with the service and the vehicle! Being as though I am a business owner myself I will ensure that this is the first and only car dealership that I recommend! Thank you for this wonderful experience!
We went in for vehicle information and we got a good info and almost good deal to pass. Unfortunately, the deal is not good enough for us to take. Maybe next time.
Bought my 2nd new car.
Very disappointed with Napleton Northlake CDJR!!!I called to make sure the vehicle on their website was still available before making the trip to their dealership. It was confirmed still available and an appointment was made to meet with a VIP Sales Manager. After meeting the sale person and sitting for 15 minutes and giving my information I was told the vehicle was not available and went to auction last week. Poor customer service and a waste of my time! Bait and switch???
Even worse than 1 star. Keep calling me for 6 days in a row even I said I AM NOT INTERESTED.--->still calling meLike this
Went in Friday morning to purchase a new forte. Met with Albert. Told him I would pay the internet price. Basically said it aint gonna happen. Why advertise a price you will not honor. Had to meet with Sal, Manager and the insulting games started. I am losing money on this deal. This sales tactic is still used? $19,400- internet price went to $23,000- and they were losing money. Dont go there. No honesty, no special pricing just insulting sales tactics. We walked out. Their loss! Honesty is gone. Keep your vehicles Napleton Kia.
Wasted time going in there not to mention the health risk in the current state of things in the world. Most of the employees were not wearing masks. And the price on the sales ad online was not the price of the actual vehicle. it was almost 10,000 more. I have been a customer of theirs in the past I had bought a vehicle before back in 06. I just wish that they would be truthful in their ads. if its going to be ten thousand more it should be listed as such. so everyone involved will not be wasting their time. They lost me as a future customer.
Im lost for word. This dealership charge a fee for everything. If your paying cash, they charge you almost $2,000 in fees for paying with cash. Stay away!!!!
Car buying experience was fine but it’s 3 years after I sold the truck I bought from them and they still call with promotions and every time they call I tell them to take my name off the list. Tired of them repeatedly calling me after telling them to stop at least 50 times
The worst place ever I literally came from Miami I wanted to see a jeep and take it on spot but, when I get there they tell me no it’s not available but they told me on the phone I can see it even a worker there told me I can see it I really don’t get this, this is a pretty horrible experience I never went thru this before honestly my first time driving in hour and then telling me that I can’t even see the car come on dude you just lost my time and a money you could’ve won on the spot don’t ever go thru if your from Miami they will probably do the same to you
Can I just say Dmitri is the best when it comes down to answering questions. Gave me the best test drive and experience I’ve ever had with any dealership.
Just got home with my 2021 80th anny edition jeep Cherokee. I am so in love with this suv and Marcos took great care of me. He found exactly what I wanted and did all the running around for me as Im pregnant and getting around is tough. He was so nice and really went above and beyond to get me into my brand new jeep. Thanks Marcos. And another big thank you to our fiance manager Big Mike. Making sure the numbers were exactly what we needed them to be to feel like we got the deal of the day. What a great team they have over on Northlake at Napelton Dodge Jeep Ram. I highly recommend every goes to see these guys for their next car!!!! -Satisfied Customer Jennifer V
Thank you Hyunday Northlake and specially to Johnny Jaramillo At the Service department.Johnny I can thank you enough Today for your help with my car needs and getting me and appointment ASAP.You Are The Best!A client for Life 🙏🙏🙏Ingrid Corliss
Great place! First time car buyer and didn’t go through a big struggle to get the car I wanted like everyone warns. CB is you guy, if you want someone that’s going to do what it takes to get you in the car you want at the price you can afford!
Poor sale staff rude to customers even management
Joe Ward is one of the salesmen there that you might really want to speak with a about purchasing your next vehicle. He is transparent, very nice and courteous, and just a really nice person. Highly recommend.
Stay away! Last weekend I received a phone call from Andrea, who was excited to tell me we qualified for a VIP program where we could turn in our leased vehicle and Napleton would pay the remaining payments and waive a fee (I cant remember the name of the fee) to put us in a new vehicle. I told her my husband would be interested and would reach back out to them. Later that day I received another call (from Andreas manager) who told my husband about the same deal. My husband took his only day off and drove 30 minutes to Napleton. He told the staff about this VIP program---literally nobody knew what he was talking about. Nobody. One salesperson went to the Manager and came out and told my husband they could tack the remaining lease payments onto a new lease....that was given, but that is not what he was told. He left. Simon--salesperson my husband worked with before--called and told him they werent responsible for what Andrea (or her Manager) said because they are in a call center---evidently forgetting the fact they represent the dealership. Simon also told my husband he would see what he could do about putting a deal together for him. Four days later and not a word from Simon. These bait and switch tactics add to the reasons why working with this dealership is not recommended.
This dealer was the first dealer that I actually enjoyed working with as we purchased our Jeep Wrangler. I simply built the vehicle on Jeep website, they called and worked through details on the phone. They didnt have my exact vehicle but one even better. Manager text me with the information and price. We agreed on terms via text then went in and signed the papers the next day. Was in the dealership less than fifteen minutes and another twenty minutes with sales person giving us a walk through of the car. The manager understood how to be flexible.
This place is awesome! Very friendly, flexible and competitive. Scotty treated us great and made sure all was well and on the mark as expected. Give these folks a try, you wont be disappointed!
My experience was horrible I called to see a jeep i came out my way an hour way and they said the car was fine and able to drive I get here and the car isn’t here I can’t see it and there’s problems with the car supposedly
I purchased a used Audi from here. They said it was getting serviced and a couple minor repairs fixed at Audi West Palm. A week after I received the car from purchasing it I had to have over $8,000 in repairs done to rebuild the engine. Even worse, the service manager at Audi told me that the manager at Napleton knew about the blown engine and informed them to get it buttoned up to be sold. I really feel like they dropped the ball on this sale. A second trip there to help a friend purchase a mini van yielded the same experience. Thankfully during price negotiations I had them work in a 3 day warranty on the vehicle. 12 hours after driving off the lot the transmission was blown and only because of the 3 day warranty was 7800 dollars in transmission work done. Buyer beware when buying from Napletons.
Samantha and Brian were great and they worked very hard for us!
Disaster purchase. Dont let them sell you a aftermarket extended warranty on a new car like they did to me. They are not the same. Get factory warranty only.
No one will return my emails or calls for over a week. My temp license expired. My new plates have not come in. They told me just call and we will send another temp plate right out. So my car sits in the driveway unusable.
ADVISOR INCOMPETENCE and POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS OWN 2012 CHRSLER 300 LIMITED: This service department FRAUDULANTLY submitted extended warranty claims for legitimate repairs, but NEVER performed the actual vehicle repair. I NEVER left the service department without cosmetic, physical, or a new mechanical issue as a result of the initial service issue NEVER being resolved. Fortunately, the issues were not major mechanical issues.
Great place with awesome people, excellent attention and really helpful, congrats 👏 😀 👍 🙌 😊.!!!
Nice sales people, but no real killer deals on what I was looking for at the time. I definitely will try them again in the future. I ended up buying a car somewhere else later that day.
Sales person was very nice, we were planning on buying from them, than the manager jumped into the whole process and my wife and I changed our minds about dealing with them. We ended up buying from a dealer in Stuart, FL. I would not recommend them.
The people are okay. Very hit or miss. Mostly miss. No one ever calls you back from the dodge side unless it is service side.
Great place to buy a pre owned car! The management and the Sales staff treat you like family. They made everything simple and easy. I was given all the money for my trade. I will definitely be back !
If there were negative stars - I would put them here. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau. On the last month I went to two Napeltons. Kia and Hyundai. Both were a bait and switch. The internet price isnt really the price. In both cases I found a car listed for 16k and then when they show me the itemized bill it is 23k. They add 2k to clean the car and check it after they get it from auction. And something called vip experience which they tell you that you dont have to pay. But you can of you want to. Either way, the internet price isnt the price once you get there!
Honest, Friendly and most definitely the best car buying experience EVER. Thank you so much to Celestino for making it happen!!!!! 👍
Routine auto dealership - hungry!
Recently purchased a car here. Experience could not have been better. Friendly, fair, welcoming! Great service from Kayden and Gregg! I highly recommend this dealership.
Worst car buying experience ever. Agreed to 11500 on a vehicle to find out the next day that they charged me 12600. The sales manager conveniently disappeared while the guy I dealt with did not care. Its like only 15 bucks more on your payment a month whats the big deal? Almost punched the guy. I hope the owner sees this so he can see how his sales people are acting!!! Do not shop here!!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer relations!! Gave them 1 star only because there is no 1/4 star option. Went in with advertisement in hand to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Accent for my daughter. The salesman whos name I will not mention because he really tried and was very helpful. I showed him the advertisement below for the Accent, that clearly shows the Sale Price of 13,043, AFTER listing the $17,670 MSRP, minus a Napleton Discount of $3,627, minus a $1,000 Hyundai Offer, I also had an additional $500 to be deducted due to being a law enforcement officer. Initially, we received what appeared to be covert suggestions to check out the Elantra, which was confirmed when we kept returning to Accent and our salesman finally said that his manager told him to try to get us back to the Elantra. We finally had narrowed down the choices, 1 of which was the Accent, and asked for a final breakdown and payments on 2 vehicles. Our salesman went to his boss, then returned with a bottom line breakdown for only 1, Ill let you guess which one he didnt come back with. I thanked the salesman for the breakdown and pointed out that he did not provide one for the Accent. Again, he went to his boss and returned without a breakdown for the accent, but he did offer some alternate options including some other used vehicles. I explained that I appreciated his offers, but wanted to see what the final breakdown of the Accent would be. Once again the salesman went to his boss, only this time he returned with his boss. The story is long enough so I will shorten the remaining details. After several back and forth requests to see the numbers after all the listed money off, plus my $500 First Responder Offer, I finally gave one last push, explaining that judging by the information on the advertisement, AFTER MSRP of 17,670, and after all the money off, my cost for the Accent should be $12,543 plus tax tag title, etc., I was told youre not going to get a brand new car for that price. I flat out asked if the advertisement was false, and the manager turned to our salesman to check for any disclaimers. After not being able to find a disclaimer we were again told we could not get a car from ANY dealership for that price. I again asked if the ad was a product of false advertising, the manager said no, but he does not control or like the way they advertise, but the advertisement I had does not mean what it says, it means that is that is the price AFTER all the rebates. I again disagreed and in frustration the manager said that if I wanted to see the breakdown he would be more than happy to do it but its not going to be the price on the ad. He returned with the breakdown which did not reflect what was stated on the ad so my daughter and thanked them and left. On the way out, the sales man stopped us and said the GENERAL MANAGER now wanted to speak to us. In a nut shell, after hitting it off with him he did try to accommodate us with a used car that my daughter liked and at a decent price, but when we returned after telling them we would return with a decision, we were told someone else who did not know we were working a deal on it, sold it.
Staff were friendly. Service (oil change) was quick and efficient. The service manager Pat seemed to go above and beyond to assist customers.
Drove up to see a car that I saw on the internet. The salesman was super friendly and very helpful. I had a good buying experience even though they werent open to negotiating on the price too much. In the end, I ended up getting an out the door price that I was fairly happy with. And the car was/is great.
Although the salesman we dealt with was very nice, we couldnt find a car that met our needs. After leaving, I did an online search and found two cars that were exactly what we wanted and they were supposedly at Napleton. So I sent email requests for more info. Two different people from Napleton called me and both stated that I could come look at the cars I had inquired about. When I stated that we had just left their dealership and had not seen those cars, both representatives stated they would verify the cars were there and get back with me to schedule a VIP visit to test drive them. Neither representative ever called me back so I can only assume those cars were NOT actually in-stock. Leads me to believe this dealership needs improvement in inventory control.
Mapleton Auto Group is a very nice dealership. I purchased my vehicle there, everyone that works there are very kind and most helpful in any way they can. I will continue to do business with Napleton.
Recently bought a car with Napleton. The experience was great and the service was quick. The buying experience was also very easy. Overall great business highly recommend.
Went today David Lyons gave me the Best deal. Was extremely professional And courteous. And tell him all of my friends and family.
Napleton North Palm Hyundai a store that respects its customers to the highest degree. They treated me like family. Classy service and understand my needs. I thank Steve the GM, Scott Steiner the Sales Manager Also Cisco the GSM. They all were awesome. I would recommend my friends and family to this store.

Napleton Hyundai is a excellent car dealership, they are very professional and reliable. I have been a long time customer and I have been very satisfied with my dealings with all departments, including sales, finance, parts and labor. I recently bought my 7th vehicle with them and the whole experience, once again was a pleasure, I was in and out, including returning my old leased vehicle and purchasing a new one in less than 2 hours! The General Manager Louis Terri, the sales and leasing specialist Christian Umanzor and the Finance Manager Steve Pearl are first class professionals who made my whole experience very enjoyable. I am a very satisfied customer and I will always do business with Napleton Hyundai and I encourage all to do the same.
Sales rep Marcos goes above and beyond before, during and after the process of purchasing a new vehicle! Very knowledgeable, honest, and patient. Company lost one star due to management who closesthe deal & does all the paperwork.... There was one or two things that kind of agervated me but all in all I would recommend this company and will use them in the future!I am very disappointed with the service department!! It took two trips and over 4 hours for my tire to be changed!! I was told my second trip would be quick cause the tire will be in stock...nope! Upon arrival was told it would be an hour...nope! An hour and a half later....still waiting and now told it will be another 30 minutes....lets see if this information is correct.
Recently had a more pleasant experience at your service department, dealt with Angel and I believe the service manager Anthony on some issues I was having, quick turn around and kept me updated, thanks!!!
Service team lacks communication skills.Had my car in 8 times for the same issue.Still not 100 % fixed.Just gave them another chance and on this visit they did awesome.Communicated well and even cleaned my car 😁.Very nice experience.
It was excellent Jonathan Alvarado and his manager Nick sciorsci were extremely helpful
Had to bring my god father jeep in and Sami Cole helped me when it came to bring it to service.
One of the best automotive dealership around West Palm Beach.very reliable collection of vehicles and after sales service. Experienced technical team and very good service.
Their employees walk through Northlake traffic to get to their parked cars on the west side everyday. They jaywalk on NORTHLAKE. Its only a MATTER OF TIME until one of their employees gets hit. The crosswalk is 50 yards west. Really time to implement a crosswalk only policy for their employees. Or dont and see what happens.
My name is Rick Jorgensen and my wife and I recently just purchased a 2017 jeep wrangler from Mapleton’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM on Northlake Boulevard on February 20Ihab Labadabi and Billy Hassan your friendly neighborhood jeep salesman and your friendly neighborhood finance or wizard. They showed extremely knowledge of both of their fields in detail they were very friendly happy fun to work with and they knew their jobs tremendously. Mapleton should be very very proud to have them both on their team as we consider them both experts in their fields. I wish I would’ve met them last year before I bought my other truck but I will be back for my next vehicle. I will be happy to refer them to all my friends that are in the market for a new vehicle.thank you very muckind regardsRICK JORGENSEN INCWindow Partners LLC
I had an appointment to get my service package (oil change & tire rotation) done @ 10am. When I got there it was six cars deep just to speak to someone. When I walked up the man in front of me was going also, he told the advisor he had a 10am appt. The advisor told him it would be an hour and a half be fore he could be seen and another 1.5 hours before theyd be done. When he asked what about the appointment, he was told that they had a lot of drive ups and we had to wait our turn. I made this appointment 2 weeks ago and they expect me to wait 3hrs for an oil change? I will never go back to them. Im canceling the service package and going to Ariggo, a much smoother operation, not a cluster...
Someone texted me after I asked for information about a car through my USAA app. They confirmed the car I was interested in was still there and I drove an hour way. When I arrived a sales lady looked up the car in her computer and advised it was sold. I explained that I just finished confirming with someone that the car was there and she said that sometimes they do that to get customers in the door. Truly unprofessional and I am completely unsatisfied.
Great place! Sales from Sales Mgrs to sales associates very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Service is great, explains everything. Love the new building!! State of the art!!
Pablo’s a good guy, he took care of me and was able to help me with all of my questions. Keep him around.
Took my uncles truck in for service and did an excellent job
DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE UNLESS YOU THOROUGHLY GET IT CHECK PRIOR TO DRIVING IT OFF THE LOT.I purchased a car in August- it is now November and it has been in the shop TWICE. The battery completely failed this past Saturday and had to have it towed to the dealership & they never provided any discounts nor compensation for this battery despite just recently purchasing the car. However the West Palm Beach location reported that they should have done this due to how new the purchase was so be mindful of this. You may call to verify that if needed. Had I been made aware that the battery warranty in the car was already expired at time of purchase then I would have replaced it at the time of purchase instead of being stranded at 25 by myself at night on the side of the road. They said they tested it and it was fine however I have my doubts about this as well. When I asked why they didnt feel the need to disclose this information- the same woman said when selling a car they do not have time to do this. A battery which is clearly old and warranty is expired should be at the responsibility of the dealership to do so and takes 5 mins of time but okay.Next, The woman Samantha gave me the price for the battery replacement which was lol $305. Unless you have an extra 300 around AFTER just recently purchasing a car, down payment, and insurance- go purchase one from Autozone and save you $200. She also told me I may take my car back due to me not having the $300 to spend but bring it back because they could not complete the oil change due to it not starting. I then said okay and went back & a mechanic pointed which one was mine. When my family was speaking to them- the same woman made it seem like I just randomly took my car when I made her aware of what I was doing and why I had to. Why else say okay please bring it back in for the oil change If I just took back my car. I went to the back because I saw them pull it around there and I waited but no one ever showed up to the front and that is the only reason I went back there to see if they wanted me to drive it around instead not her claim. Then I cleared my entire schedule to return to the dealership because she said THEY DID NOT DO THE OIL CHANGE only to get a phone call back a few hours later to say she made a mistake and the oil change was done. Do not tell customers a service was done unless you are 100 percent sure. I understand due to me leaving early that the paperwork wasnt processed however it is not hard to confirm with the mechanics on the shift if a service was done BEFORE you tell the customer that it wasnt. Also no rental car at all was provided to me. If a battery fails after 3 months, a mis fire occurs both resulting in inconvenience to the new customer as well as making her miss work due to not being able to have any rental cars- dont you think a least a discount should be provided? My salesman did in fact report he spoke to the manager and nothing was done. I have referred several people to this location however I will never ever be bringing my car back and will always take it to the West Palm Beach location. CHECK THESE CARS OUT. TWO TIMES IN THE SHOP IN 3 MONTHS IS INSANE.
Just had a phenomenal experience working with Michael Iaboni! I’ve never had such an easy time at a dealership, so 10/10 would recommend working with him again!
David Lyons is a true professional and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. We have purchased many vehicles from him and it is always a great experience!
On 6/8 my car was towed into the shop. I told the Advisor the car was not starting but all the electrical things in the car was working. On 6/11 I told him another problem that I needed checkd while they were diagnosing my car. I was then told the problem was the battery and I had to pay separately for the battery plus the diagnostic fee and anything thing else would be another diagnostic fee because the fee is not based on per visit it is based on per diagnose. As if I was stupid. Unless things had changed. In order to figure out it was a battery issue IT HAD TO BE DIAGNOSED and that means since I was purchasing the battery the diagnostic fee was no longer charged. And lets not talk about how they did not diagnose a issue that you can clearly still hear in the AC unit. Or find out what was wrong with the key fob. Or even have the battery in the car or in the system by the time I came at 6:30. Luckily Adam R. Saved the day. Although he was extremely overwhelmed with customers and him being the only one working in the afternoon he was very pleasant and helpful and was able to make phone calls and figure things out even without all the appropriate information in which his co worker did not provide in the system. He literally made a bad situation not as bad. I will not come back to this shop nor do I recommend anyone to but if I ever did I would ask Adam to assist me.
Nothing that they told me was the truth at Napleton Hyundai!!! I had toxic poisoning and have stage 4 Cancer when I was in the dealership and needed to get out of the van I was driving because it was full of gas and making me sick. I trusted them to make me the right deal and they took advantage of my condition. They added things without telling me and knew I was not in the right state of mind to read it all. When I found out I canceled the extended warranty and maintenance they added without asking me if I wanted it. They never filed the paper work with the company that holds the policy. I talked to corporate and they said they would make sure it was done, never happened. Still working on it months later and the people holding the warranty will not cancel it without the dealership. Sounds like a scam to me, but hey what do I know?
Very busy place, but the staff are very helpful and pleasant.
Ihab was an excellent salesman, Knowledgeable and courteous. Sales manager Chad and even the GM were extremely helpful in the closing process. Would def purchase here and with Napleton sales again.#ShadowMark
