Ive been shopping for a car for about 3 weeks. I went to *all* of the local dealerships and found high pressure, hidden fees, outright lies and general misery. BEWARE OF THEIR 2013 F150!!! I bought a used F150 last week, 2013 with a lot of miles but a solid looking truck and drove great on the test drive. I drove it 2 days and on the third day the shifting around 25-30mph was ROUGH. That same day I also noticed a a dead roach on the floor mat left by the service team. Next morning the check engine light was on and roughness of shifting continued, enough to shake the truck. I also found the roach nest, ~50 live roaches under the back seat carpet/cubby. They scattered and I managed to kill a few (seen in the pic). I used their 5 day/300 mile return policy to return the truck (someone called me after I spoke to my salesman Clarence (he was amazing) and told me the check engine was probably just water on my engine from them cleaning the car…yea right). They did not want to talk or hear about the cockroach infestation either. I had bought an additional key for the F150 for total of $280, but of course upon the return of my car they said that was my decision to get the extra key and would not credit me the $280. Only reason this is not 1 star as that I was able to upgrade to a newer truck with a full credit for the F150

One of the few places that had inventory of 2021 Ford Expeditions on site and with multiple options. Jordan was great in his response to my questions and took care of my wife and I from the time I called. We were able to take a test drive and even had the option of holding the vehicle for the rest of the day. Once we decided to pull the trigger on a vehicle the process was smooth. They filled the tank and detailed the vehicle and we were in and out with an hour. Great service!

Purchased a used car from this dealership about two weeks ago and the experience was great. Dave assisted me with my purchase and had great communication throughout the process. Dave ensured I left the dealership in good spirits.I came with a preapproved loan from my bank and was not hounded to use one of their finance partners unlike other dealerships i visited while shopping around. Also unlike other dealerships, the upfront pricing thing was real. At other dealerships, whether in the fine print or not, the total would increase by thousands before tax but this process at Mullinax was honest and upfront.

Despite living two hundred miles away, we’ve bought our last four vehicles from Millinax Ford in Palm Beach. They are one of few dealerships that “walk the talk.” Millinax has great selection and prices. They are transparent— you know what you are getting and exactly what it is going to cost. They are realistic and fair in their trade in offers. Our contact is terrific. Mr Waldo Flores, who is professional, honest, responsive, and customer focused, is one of the best in the business. This place is the worst! They are called Quick Lube, but, there is nothing quick about them I called on a Thursday and couldn’t get an appointment till the following Wednesday.When I got there 90% of their service bays were empty. I asked for a full synthetic oil change and got a regular oil, oil change. When I questioned it, they said they would fix it. They didn’t change the filter which is filled with regular oil. It took an hour and a half to get my truck back. Then I get there inspection report and they try to sell me windshield wipers. I just bought the best Rain-X wipers 10 days ago!Don’t get me wrong Mullinex Ford is great for selling vehicles and Howard Bass will keep me and my family in Fords for a long time but the Quick Lube Service is grossly ill managed and the service sucks!

Every time I go to Mullinax Ford Quick Lane, everyone there is super nice- especially Luis. There’s something very calming about him. They always get the work done efficiently and are always eager for you to utilize your Ford pass points. I just feel better taking my car here overall.

We enjoy having Mullinax as our local Ford dealership. We have purchased vehicles here, and their no haggle pricing makes the whole experience straightforward and painless. Their service advisors are friendly and efficient, and the mechanics know what they are doing. We have a deposit down on an electric F-150 Lightning, and will purchase it thru Mullinax.

I was not pleased with your service department on my last visit.made a 3:00 apt at Wuick Lane but waited in the service department for over 10 minutes only to finally be asked if I needed help then told I was in the wrong place. Made me lateAcross the way. On Monday I was told to arrive at 11:30 for an issue with audio and that technician was there then and first come first serve. Arrived at 11:25 only ti be ignored for 10 minutes. Then finally a nice guy with great energy, Ben approached me and got me taken care of. They ordered my new radio and I returned today for the install. Ben and the audio guy seem to be the only helpful people in your service department . So my review is based on getting this guy promoted because he actually seems to care and respect people’s time!

Staff is excellent! I also used Ford Pass points to pay for my service and on top of everything they had my truck out well before the time that I was quoted! Thank you for the great service every time!

I purchased 2017 F250 brand new then. Now little over 44k miles, still in warranty, I started having issues same day or after I took the truck to quick lane. First tires sensors ($200+ replaced) then engine light on and now DEF fault that will limit to drive max speed 50mph. Plus Ford recalls. I called the repair department and they are booked for 3 weeks ahead. I explained that I need the truck for my business and still they wont let me take the truck earlier than 3 weeks. I purchased premium maintenance for the truck in Mullinax and I feel I wasted a lot of money for the service. Its unacceptable and disappointing for this dealership customer service experience. I guess I have a lemon and a disappointing service. At the beginning service was fantastic but these last couple years its going to the wrong direction.

Experience was excellent. Luis who helped me check my vehicle in and check my vehicle out was great. Explained what was needed to be done to my vehicle ( besides the oil change that I initially came in for ) and they were able to do it on a Saturday which was great for my work schedule. Yesterday, on my way back home from work, I noticed a small broken grommet land on my floor mat from underneath my steering wheel, Immediately, I could feel my car not accelerating too much. Seeming like I barely got home, my cars brake lights would remain on even with the vehicle turned off. I was worried the transmission or fuel injectors and an electrical short were to blame. But I had a gut feeling the grommet broken in pieces had to do something with it. It couldnt just be a coincidence. After doing some research, I found that it was a common problem with the Ford Mustang Ecoboost and the fix was cheap and easy. All I needed was this replacement little piece of rubber (grommet). I went ahead and called Ford Mullinax Parts Department and they were able to let me know they actually sell the whole Pedal as a part for around $35 bucks and I could get the grommet off of there as they do not sell the rubber piece alone. I went over, bought the piece and installed it myself when I got home, my car is now running back to normal. Very helpful and informative during such a hectic moment for me. Very appreciative they were able to quickly help me out.

Well, since you asked for a review, here ya go Mullinax.This was our Second vehicle purchased at Lake Park.May be the last one.Would have been 5 stars.Everything was fine until I picked up my vehicle.I started it up, left the lot and smelled something that stunk.I thought it was outside the vehicle.Long story short, when my vehicle was prepped and ready for me to take possession they apparently washed down the interior with a dirty rag/ water.The streaks were noticable across the dash and console.Not very happy about it.Shows poor customer care and concern.All else was easy, no hard sell or hassle.

Everyone was great to work with and they made the purchase process completely painless and quick. Will drive past several Ford dealers just to work with this one!

And the story gets even better…last week I put the convertible top down only to discover it doesn’t go down without catching on a support bar and makes noise that doesn’t sound real good. I texted our salesman to mention this and his reply was “we had the top down several times and it was fine”. Really???! So took my car over to Nissan and to my surprise, they told me my car’s top has been repaired twice by them!!! Did I know that?? The answer is no! And the ease with which the salesman had my top up and down several times with no problem, couldn’t possibly be true. Full disclosure is not what you get from Mullinax Ford.So how does a customer go from giving an A+ rating to saying this dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Used car recently purchased from Mullinax (7/12) and received a week later only to discover that convertible top doesn’t work properly. When reported to them, they say it worked fine on their lot and have no idea what the problem is. So the recourse is to take the car to Nissan for repair and certainly a costly charge.Saw Mullinax Ford’s posting of a car that I wanted and from the moment I first contacted them, it was the kind of transaction you hope to have especially with a car dealer. Andy Cook was our contact and has been from the start, terrific to work with. Took out his phone and we did a FaceTime viewing of the car we were interested in. From then on, he couldn’t have been more efficient….text messages, phone calls, quick response to questions, etc. He was the car salesperson you want to have, but usually don’t get. Their Finance Manager David was also easy to work with and quick to respond.We highly recommend Mullinax and their staff!Sorry to say since I left my review, my experience has changed about Mullinax. Once we paid in full (in cash) on 7/12, we’ve been waiting for our title. I asked this past Friday if they could overnight the title so I could register my car which has been sitting in our garage now for almost a week. Well apparently after ignoring my request for an overnight FedEx, now I won’t get the title until after close of business tomorrow. So once this dealership gets paid, they could care less about customer service. Oh, and no paid in full invoice either!

We test drove a 2020 Explorer and we were told that the stick price was a no haggle price. When we were presented with an estimate the sale price was $2000 more. When I questioned the salesman, he said that was the price without financing . That seems very misleading. We went to this dealership as a referral from my parents because they said Mullinax was very easy to deal with and very upfront about pricing. I feel I was very mislead and false advertising!!!

First and foremost I would like to thank Tonya for everything she helped me from start to finish!!! The car was greatly priced I almost couldn’t believe it but as she promised there would be no hidden fees! The day I bought the car I thought something was wrong with it so I immediately went back and tonya was able to get me an appointment the next day. Once I arrived to my appointment I gave them my car and just so happened my boss called me and asked me to come in to work a little earlier, there were no loaner cars due to other customer usage but Tonya went above and beyond to find me something to get to work even after I assured her that it wouldn’t be the end of the world if she couldn’t. After a thorough inspection my car was ready and it turned out I just needed to break in my new rotors (thanks James) but long story short this is the best dealership I’ve ever been to please please please don’t hesitate to come shop with them I promise you won’t be disappointed. But most important PLEASE ASK FOR TONYA!

Had 7:30am appointment on Friday for diesel truck which took 2 weeks to get in the first place. Its now Wednesday and noone has looked at my truck.. isnt that the purpose of a appointment?? So here we are 4 days later with no end in sight. I only brought it in for minor issues, AC, front tire shakes, and a exhaust senor. Oh yeah and no rentals available there either. Looking like a real cluster F____. Great service to sell you something, screwed if you need it fixed!!
