Great store very clean. Staff was amazing and very helpful. No pressure to buy anything at all.
I have to say I had a great experience yesterday at the T-Mobile store. We have been long term Sprint members so was a bit skeptical. Not only did the sales associate (I think Girlene (sp?)) suggest I not spend any more money than I needed to (refreshing), she helped switch our financing plan so we saved money on the remaining lease dollars. I will absolutely continue to use this store! Girlene was VERY knowledgeable. Thank you!
I admit I had low expectations when I went in. I had accidentally let my Samsung 8 run out of charge and when I plugged it in to my charger it wouldnt charge. It made a kind of thumping sound, but no charge. I searched online for a solution, found nothing. Went in thinking I had lost my data and would need to buy a new phone. The sales guy listened to my reason for being there and said let me charge it up. I said that would be great, if you can. He placed it on their wireless charger and in about 20 min. the phone was charged to 8%, 15 more min. phone was up to 16%. The S8 charges slow on wireless, but charged. Once it had a little juice in it I was able to plug it in and charge it. I bought a wireless charger just in case.

My experience was with attitude.. I call on Friday on Screen protection price .for s21...phone Was $40 say v .dere 9am..got dere on Saturday. Now dont have the 40$ Let me check.... We have the $59 ..dollars one ...wooouuuu...what a way to treat customers....and the mask not covering the nose...and telling me stand out side and wait..v cust I biate my nail for a second...

I talked to a guy to see if I can come buy iPhone pro max with cash. When I called again to ask if they can hold it for me, he hung up on me twice. Ill take my business elsewhere.
If you are a Sprint customer, do NOT go to this T-Mobile store. They will charge you $10 for a sim card but if you go to a Sprint store, it is free. Also I found out today, 2 weeks after my visit to get a sim card and activate the device, they enrolled me for a $19 monthly service which I didnt authorize. When I called Sprint customer service about this, they confirmed T-Mobile agent enrolled me for that service. Sprint agent has asked me to contact their Asurion team to help remove that service so now I have to call them now to get this monthly charge removed. So avoid this store if you can.
I was a Sprint customer and they were not helpful at all. I spent over 30 minutes here just to tell me they didnt have a sim card! They sent me to Aliso Viejo store becuase it was the closest store that had the right sim card. Drove there to find out they had none. PLEASE GO TO THE T-MOBILE STORE ON RIDGE ROUTE!
Went to store to establish new service. I was helped by yvette who was superb. She explained what was available and helped me set my phone up. When I had a problem later on she had already found it and had corrected it before I could get back to the store. Every one could learn the meaning of customer service by watching this store.

Ive been helped by several people and theyre always great. I have an old plan Ive been grandfathered to and all of them know exactly what I need when Im there. Had friends visiting from Brazil and they were vey helpful finding the right option for their short stay!
I really hope the right person reads this because I absolutely need to let everyone know about my amazing experience at this location. I used to have Verizon but after they took advantage of my dads account and added unnecessary charges for over 6 months, I decided to switch to Tmobile. The hardest part about this is my dad is a Vietnam Veteran who suffers from PTSD, amongst other things and seriously hates change in his life. After months of debate I was seriously so concerned about our visit in. However, it was the best and easiest visit possible all thanks to an amazing employee named Yvette. She was beyond accommodating, even when my dad cried from time to time. She kept asking if he needed anything, like water, or tissues. My dad has had the same phone for years without ever cleaning it and poor Yvette was nice enough to clean it for him (even though I offered numerous times because it was seriously so bad without the case on it). She knew exactly what language to use with my dad to make him feel comfortable with the change and at ease in the store even when he started to cry. She honestly blew my mind. Like someone, anyone, please give this outstanding woman a raise because THIS, this is what it means to go above and beyond in customer service. At the end of our experience, she even hugged my dad goodbye. This broke my heart because my dad doesnt always look so approachable, but she didnt even hesitate. What was probably a small gesture to her was a HUGE gesture for me and my dad. I honestly cannot recommend this store enough and seriously thank Yvette for her time and patience. I wish you the best & seriously thank you so much! The world needs more people like you in it.Blessings,Mandy & Steve
They need someone who say greeting to arrival and handles them. We wait about five minute without any consideration and I objected.Not this shop all the company make many mistake they don’t use training staffs.

The workers here are fast, in a good way, and very knowledgeable and helpful. I was passing through to get a new phone because my phone took dump on me. Also, the store was very clean and everything was where it should have been. I come back again if Im in the area and need to pay a bill or something.

I came here to ask a few questions about using my phone abroad. They promptly answered my questions and put my mother (who thought I would incur roaming fees) at ease.
The interior is nice, but they dont have much in the way of seating. The seating wasnt too important, as the associates worked through problems fast. I think they were almost all bi-lingual, and very friendly. I just switched to T-Mobile and things like this make the switch seem worth it. You can also grab a bite to eat at Chipotle next door.

I bought a phone from this T-Mobile a year ago and the phone was always in its cover....today they had a promo if I trade in a phone I will get 600 credit if I add a line, so I was ok no problem I’ll do that, then their like oh no the phones screen was “replaced!” I’m like excuse me?! Then T-Mobile scammed me, or ur employee gave me a second hand device! Long story short don’t be scammed make sure ur phone is new or the screen “hasn’t been replaced”

The representative constantly tried to quick talk his way through the entire conversation. The whole experience felt more than just rushed; it felt like he didnt care about the level of service I received. Thankfully I ended up getting what I wanted anyway.

The worst network, I am paying network for a tablet according to unlimited and it runs out of Internet and it gets super slow ... terrible network.

If you have a problem with your mobile phone, you cant solve it. You can go to the store to find someone to help you. The service attitude and service quality are very good. For example, add a WeChat, clean up the garbage in the phone, change the plan, etc., you will not refuse, but you must understand English is available, no Chinese service.
