She even checked in with us later to see if we were satisfied with the service. Overall, just a great Verizon store!My Daughter is ELATED because she got the new iPhone 13 (something-or-other!) I dont know what its called. LOL! π€ Anyway... shes happy, which makes me happy! And as long as shes happy... Thats all that really matters!But Quinn showed me how I could get a better plan, for less money! That was awesome!If youre going with Verizon, go to this location and ask for Megan or Quinn!
Absolutely over this store! We walked in about 10 until closing. All we wanted to do was order one of the IPhones on back order.We saw 3 employees all helping people so we went and sat down to wait for someone to come assist us. About 5-10 minutes later an employee walks out and starts pulling the window shutters down. Then an employee who I didnβt catch the name but ginger, white, about 6β3β saw us. He ducked in the back and then came out to confusedly ask us if weβd been helped. We said no and he said oh uh well we are closed.We said we had been here for about 15 minutes and he countered saying how weird since he had been standing up front for the past 20 minutes(not true). Basically implying we were lying.I then told him what I wanted to do. That I knew the stock was out but just wanted to order one and secure the trade in value. He then said well we are closed but you can do that through the app. Very dismissive. I reminded him that we did come in BEFORE closing so weβd like help in store and not through the app. He again states that he mustβve not seen us since he had been up front. Again implying that weβre lying. He said we can do it through the app or call 611 but since theyβre closed they canβt process anything in store.Thatβs when I decided to walk out because I was done with his dismissive rudeness. This is the 2nd time weβve had someone at this location be rude and dismissive and the last time it was the manager. This store needs a massive employee overhaul or re-training. Employees at Verified Verizon retailers are more knowledgeable than that lot.
They must not have phones in any of their stores because itβs literally impossible to speak with a representative over the phone. I had a simple question that couldnβt be answered by the automated massage. I just wanted to speak to an actual person, but instead they directed me to the website (Iβm not the account holder and I donβt have the log-in information) and they hung up on me.
My daughter had to close out her deceased mothers phone account. Megan strepped up and was able to close out the account and put her mind at rest. Thank you Megan!!!
I go to the store, im told i have to make an appointment and come back. i go online and cant figure out how to make an appointment. i call the store and the phone doesnt offer appointments or allow me to speak to a person. i end up having to go back to the store to have the employee help me make an appointment so i can go back a 3ed time to handle my needs..... what the actual FK
I was on vacation and thought I had lost my phone so I went to this Verizon store since I was staying at a hotel nearby and the store associate/manager (?) was able to locate my phone right away! I had inadvertently dropped it in my car. Thank you so much for your help!!
This place is about as bad as I can imagine a store can be operated. Only one person working here does the business accounts. Day 1, hes not available. Day 2, I send my wife in and he will not talk to her, only email me a quote. Day 3, havent received the quote so I go in. Hes in a meeting and unavailable, but hell call me. A week later Im writing this review because I forgot about it, having never received a call. The employee, Diz, might as well not do customer service at all. Guy was worthless.

Horrible customer service, I have a Samsung s10 5g with Verizon went in looking for a case and screen protector ended up leaving with nada.The good:I was serviced at a reasonable pace which is just about the only good thing I can say from my visit here.The bad:-the workers didnt know about the s10 5g and gave off vibes like I was messing with them, which to me just means they dont know what they are selling because I looked around and they even had it on display.-the gentleman started to look for Samsung products under their Apple side of the store, pretended to look for 5 seconds right in front of me then told me they didnt have it.-I asked him to check online he pressed a couple buttons definitely not enough to type in s10 5g let alone Samsung Galaxy S10 5g or any other variation, looked for 5 seconds and told me they didnt have it.Overall I didnt feel welcome in this store, and the workers made no actual effort to help me spend my money here.

I cant tell if Im at the DMV or a Verizon store. Ive been to paint stores with more excited staff. Avoid this understaffed location that has nothing in stock and phones locked down like they were made of diamonds.
I bought a new Galaxy S20 5G today. Went to pick asked the guys about data transfer. Was told its very easy etc (my old phone not working right).Long story short had to drive back to the store.A Wonderful Young Lady Geneva came to my rescue. She went out of her way to make the transfer of Data from one phone to the other easy and relatively fast.My complements to her Customer Service. there should be more like her.

Customer service was great, but dinged one star due to selection, or lack thereof, of Samsung watch 3s on display. Not sure if thats on Samsung or on Verizon, but it was extremely difficult to make a decision on which color and size to get when there was only 1 option available to look at.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The operating hours are reduced to 6 pm close time. Never look for a bargain in this place if you are looking for phone accessories unless they have something on sale. Youd probably pay twice as much here compare to online products from Amazon or other vendors.

Anytime I need anything I always go to this Verizon store. They are attentive, respectful, and helpful. I was very happy to meet and work with Justin G. on a recent purchase of three phones. I needed a phone for each of my kids and one for myself. He made it happen. He made the experience easy and actually delightful. I was very impressed with his knowledge, skills, and understanding of what we needed as a family. So I highly recommend anyone who needs a phone or has questions go see Justin G. Or any of the qualified workers at the Verizon store.

The store has full display of different gadgets and accessories. Staff are very welcoming once you step into the store. They help you choose what phones you need and according to your lifestyle. So many choices and they have bundles package if you get a case, charging cable and wireless charger. Im impressed how they help you out in making decisions .

And based on the answer to his question, he thinks I am not going to spend money. Never sidewalk qualify! Been a customer since 1994 when it was still Airtouch. Loyal customers should be valuable to a corpiration. But not Verizon.
I had the worst experience with Verizon store at 23718 El Toro Rd,very poor service, long wait time, staff are not friendly, they are not understanding and they are very slow,Today was my second time and also will be the last time visiting this place, each time they said waiting time is 20 to 25 minutes but the reality was 60 to 90 minutes waiting,looks like they have no respect to customers time, I donβt understand why they donβt give you right expectation about waiting time? I just needed to pick up a SIM card, I have right to know how long time this simple process will take, this kind of service is rude and not respectful to customer.
I took my 88 yr. old neighbor, who as having a problem with her iPhone. As we entered, we were βgreetedβ by a rather rude man who told us it would be an hour wait before we could get any help. My neighbor is unable to stand that long...so the man pushed a couple of buttons on her phone and told her to go to βyou break it, I fix itβ store. The phone wasnβt broken. We left. Today we went to the Verizon store in Laguna Niguel. The phone was fixed, the employees helpful, and they took us immediately to a comfortable place to sit. We were out of there in ten minutes.I have been a Verizon wireless customer for more than twenty years. The Lake Forest store is an embarrassment to Verizonβs integrity.

I went to this location the other day in search of the reason my phone would not work. I came in from a fairly long drive, and was greated nicely. The workers helped me work out issues by even calling the manufacturer and figuring out the problems I had to no end. Great employee, whoever helped me that day.
Just bought a new Samsung Galaxy A20 from this store. When I received the bill this month it showed an additional two lines on my plan I never signed up for as well as a new iPhone8 I never bought and do not physically have; never did. Bait and switch scam of the worst kind. Cannot reach anyone at customer service. Wont allow me to cancel plan online. Completely bogus.

Verizon store El Toro Rd. they are always super helpful. Jake was enthusiastic and able to give us wisdom guidance direction today we really appreciate Jake As my daughter and I are looking towards purchasing new phones.
Update: This would have been the worst Verizon Wireless customer service experience I have ever experienced, but for, General Manager Gus. He saved what could have been a terrible situation and he corrected his associates mistakes. Heres a bullet point of how badly his associate, Brian the Solutions Specialist, messed up my order regarding a new iphone 11 Pro and adding a line to my family plan:(1) Ships to wrong address;(2) Says he fixed his mistake and that the phone is now being routed to the correct address but refuses to provide written confirmation saying they dont provide that;(3) Turns out this was false, and General Manager Gus submitted a ticket with the address change;(4) The ticket was denied and then Gus resubmits the ticket and gets it approved like a champ!;(5) Turns out Brian never switched my plan to the better and cheaper Start Unlimited plan; and(6) Brian never connected my family members existing phone to our family plan so he didnt have a working phone and we had to activate his old phone so that he can use it in the meantime.This whole situation was saved by General Manager Gus. He was so professional and now my family member is going to get his product. Javier the Manager also agreed to help us out on another issue. So thankful for Gus and Javier. Im going to go back and get some more phones from them but no more Brian, seriously, hes not ready. Also, thankful for the Verizon chat representative and customer service representatives helping me connect the old phone and update my family plan.
Iβve been in this store twice in the last month and stood in the lobby waiting on service for 20 - 30 minutes each time before having to leave due to another commitment. They are understaffed and I wonβt be returning to this location any time soon.
This store was recently remodelled. The new layout and knowledgeable employees make this my favorite Verizon.
The Manager was fuming as he spoke to me. Its like a car dealership. There are no plan prices posted, you have to talk to someone to get prices. TV ads seem to be a lying gimmick. I believe they have the worst prices of any carrier
I came to this store for an upgrade because I prefer Iphone than android device. One of their associate named Willis gave me the best package deal and very satisfied with it, he is very professional and straightforward on the details explaining your options. So I took the edge package over the 2 yr plan and it saves me a lot of money. Big kudos to this guy named Willis for his outstanding service. Cheers!

Meh. They were undergoing some construction but have a little kiosk where you can pay your bill or buy stuff so its simple to do what you have to do.
Used car type sales guy helped me, he misinformed me about their policies, didnt answer questions completely / accurately, I had to find out the HARD way that the guy sucked. I had to make a LOT of noise to get what I wanted.I informed the Manager about my interaction with his guy and his response was I cannot hear EVERY conversation my guys have. My response was... um, perhaps they need to be trained?Be careful, or choose a different location.
Takes way too long to purchase a phone. Needs to be more simplified. Can be very confusing to purchase a new phone. They need to be more articulate with their speech so that the customer has a clear understanding of the transaction.
Id give a 0.5 star if possible. This store is slow and the staff generally have no clue.

Horrible experience 2 times in a row. Got Paul both times and he just keeps saying he doesnt know how to fix my iphone just so that I will upgrade/buy a new one. No advice, no troubleshooting, nothing. Even if I have to be a new iphone, I wasnt going to give Paul a sale. Heading to another Verizon store.... Granted, I have had good service here before, just not lately.

Stay away from big Andrew ask for an honest sales person he is a fast talker and very dishonest in his sales approach, he took me off of a grandfathered plan and put me on a business plan and said nothing would change. omg everything changed and it cost me a month in advance even though i have been with Verizon for 10 years never late on a payment and it cost more monthly. What has happen to this world? I thought honesty was the best policy.

These guys were great. I handle mobility at my joband lately they havent been handing out non activated/blank sim cards becuase of criminal purposes. Very frustrating as i have to go and wait inline in person for 45 minutes every time i need a sim card for whatever reason. Luckily, forgot the guys name who served me initially, but he recognized what was going on right away, uses common sense, and grabbed the buiness manager. The guys helped me out big time and saved allot of heartache on both ends. Great job Jason and the ither guy!

I went in and tonight (3/29) and needed some help with the battery for my pixel 2 xl I had had for 5 months. It was draining way too fast. I told the worker there and he began to tell me he isnt sure because he does t know what apps are running in the background.After 5 minutes of trying to explain that I havent changed anything in the last day, I walked out. I drove to the Verizon store in Laguna Niguel and they were very helpful, ran tests, and found out there was a problem with the phone. They will be sending me a new one because of the people in the other store were helpful. Just wish I had the guys name so I could put him on blast for his terrible customer service.

Ive never been in a store with every single employee so unwilling to help anyone, until I visited this Verizon location.My husband and I went into the verizon store to check out the new Galaxy S5, which had come out that day. The store had about 8 customers and two verizon employees. A man named Guillermo took our names and informed us that it would be about half an hour wait to be helped.We went over to the S5s. One of them was completely dead despite being plugged in. It would not power on. The other phone was completely locked, with only emergency and the camera as options. Surely there were other people that would want to check out the hot new phone right?I asked Guillermo how to unlock it. Despite just standing there with his ipad doing nothing, he responded We will help you when it is your turn. I responded that I just wanted to see the phone while I waited. He dismissively responded just to slide my phone on the screen. When I explained to him it was locked, he just ignored me. I pressed that it should only take a second for them to unlock it and he just told me to wait my turn.After this, another customer complained to Guillermo that others had been helped before his wife. He was rude to the customer, saying What do you want me to do? and snickered when the man told Guillermo he would complain to corporate.I tried to get the other verizon employee to unlock it, who was standing in front of the S5, while her customer was calling relatives to retrieve passwords. She insinuated that I tried to jump the line and that I would only get helped when it was my turn. I still dont understand why either employee couldnt take the half a second to either unlock the phone, or simply explain that they didnt know how to and would need to look it up.Insane... two verizon employees (Guillermo informed the customer who had complained that there were three employees but one was on lunch break) just standing around not being a help to anyone. Ludicrous that the day the S5 comes out there are two on display and I cant even see the home screen. I cant imagine going into an apple store and not being allowed to play with their iphones.
The person who helped me seemed rushed and like he wanted to go home. It was my first i-phone, and he did not tell me some important basic information like how to set up voicemail, pick up a call, basic texting, how much data is used for basic things, etc.
Awful experience, they were internationally rude and offered no assistance or facts. I would strongly recommend another location.

Customer Service is horrible at this store. Avoid it like the plague. Trying to activate an old phone on a new line with a rep on the phone but my sim card had expired so I needed a new one and couldnt wait for them to mail a FREE one out so he said go pick one up at the store and text me the ID number. Got here and they cant just hand me a free item for the phone rep to finish, 20 minutes later and the phone still isnt activated
