One Friday evening, my husband and I went to this store to check out new iphone. Saul was extremely helpful explaining about the plans and discussing about advantages/disadvantages of our cases. His advice was super useful! Now we just got our new phones! Thank you Saul!

Initially called into AT&T to try to resolve my issue but was not satisfied.. Stopped by my local store where I originally purchased my phone and was met by Saul immediately upon entering the store. Within a couple minutes Saul had consulted with Vic and my issue was resolved completely. 1000% satisfied and will definitely go back for any future needs.Thanks Saul and Vic for a wonderful experience!!

My wife and I came here today and wow!!! Saul and Vic were awesome!!! They hooked it up big time. I thought I was going to come out of pocket a lot of money but after the upgrade and all the new accessories plus the internet for my house I literally payed half of what I thought I was going to pay. These guys kick a$$ very friendly and helpful and the place was very very clean. Walked in to this corporate AT&T store to change my prepaid plan to a post-paid plan and upgrade my phone. Samuel did an exceptional job at taking the time needed to figure out which plan worked for me and he worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I highly recommend this store and Samuel for his exceptional service!

After seven years of being an AT&T wireless customer, I decided to try another company was in the top three wireless companies. I did this because I was offered an extremely low cost. I thought is was great deal bust the entire experience cost me. I was pushed, made promises that they could not keep while all along they were hoping I would keep believing them. It cost me having to go to the store three time, calling tech support seven times, receiving different answers for the same question. Never ever will I purchase from this store as my called dropped four times when I spoke with them for support. They still were in denial that there was a problem. I went back to AT&T and they welcome me back. I was so happy to be back home with AT&T. Knowledge, service, friendliness, and reinstated me with my previous rate too. Jordan is my go to person and was delighted to help. Jordan, thank you. It feels good to be back with my AT&T family.

Josh did an exceptional job servicing my business account switching 5 times homes to AT&T. He went above and beyond in several ways. He’s the best rep I have ever dealt with out all the cell companies we have used. He has a bright future !

First of all, please ONLY and ONLY go to att corporate branches like this location as a corporate branch. Do not ever go to third party att branches at all. They just add more complication for you. Corporate locations are not a lot around an area, however, it definitely worth it. Trust me.Second, Jordan is amazing. He helped us install our screen protector and trade our phone successfully, although couple of third party branches dis not even know how to install the screen protector and they add lots of complication for our trading. Jordan is a knowledgeable person. He helped us twice and we were satisfied both times.

I had to go to the ATT store to add a line + phone to my plan. I immediately was greeted by Salvador the store manager who properly explained wholl be helping me out. Jordan & Luis were assigned to help me and I had the most pleasant time working with them. They both helped me connecting the new line, the new phone and made all the activations. Customer Service was phenomenal. I personally did not experience anything wrong or bad at all. However, next to me was another customer having a difficult day and he was being exclusively helped by Salvador, I have to say that this customer was too mad 😠 (not at Salvador) but at an issue he was having and started raising his voice expressing his frustration. Nonetheless Salvador was extremely helpful and handled the situation in the best way... Seriously very admirable. Thank you AT&T for your excellent service and employees.
